I. Introduction
The Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is a comprehensive document designed

facilitate the prompt recovery of operations following an emergency.

II. Scope and Applicability

III. Emergency Response Team (ERT)
A dedicated Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be established to oversee
the implementation of this plan. The ERT will consist of the following
roles:
- Emergency Coordinator: Responsible for overall coordination and
management of the emergency response.
- Safety Officer: Ensures compliance with safety regulations and
provides guidance on safety measures.
- First Aid Attendant: Provides immediate medical assistance to injured

services.

security breach procedures.

3. Law Enforcement: Notify the police and provide them with the details
of the breach.
V. Communication Plan
The Communication Team will be responsible for:
1. Internal Communication: Distribute information to all personnel
through the company's communication channels.
2. External Communication: Notify emergency services, authorities, and
relevant stakeholders.
3. Media Communication: Coordinate with the media to provide accurate
and timely information.
VI. Training and Drills
Regular training sessions and drills will be conducted to ensure that
