具体要求如下：一、推荐人选条件1 .热爱汉语国际推广事业，具有较强的使命感、光荣感和责任感；了解国家有关方针政策；组织纪律性强。

2 .有本科（含）以上学历，参加工作 5 年以上。

具有院（处）级以上工作经历或副高以上职称。

特殊人才可适当放宽。

3 . 了解孔子学院所在国国情，能熟练使用所在国语言或其他通用外语。

具有较好的外事和教学管理工作经验。

有海外学习或工作经历。

4. 性格开朗，身心健康。

具有较强的跨文化交流及市场开拓和运作能力。

有较强的团队协作精神。

熟悉掌握文字处理和网络、多媒体应用技术。

二、推荐选拔程序1.推荐及申请（1）请有关孔子学院中方合作院校（浙江大学、宁波大学）按照每个院长岗位2：1的比例，在全校范围选拔推荐。

（2）为补充中方合作院校外派院长能力不足造成的缺额，我厅还将在有关中方合作院校之外（浙江大学、宁波大学之外）的院校为我省承办的孔子学院选拔推荐中方院长。

（岗位需求详见附件1）2.推荐程序所有推荐人选在汉办网上下载并填写《孔子学院中方院长推荐表》（随表需附普通话及外语水平等相关证书复印件）。

单位推荐意见一栏需要按照要求填写推荐审核意见、单位（校级）负责人签字并盖校级公章。

填写材料应实事求是，内容充实。

广西高校引进海外高层次人才“百人计划”申请表
注：1、本表供各高等学校对引进海外高层次人才确认身份用。

2、本表由申请人或用人高校人事部门负责填写，并随表附上申请人国内学历证明、学位证书、专业技术职务任职资格证书、可证明其学术水平的成果证明、获奖证书及身份证原件和复印件；申请人属学回国的高层次留学人才需提供本人护照、国外学历证明、学位证书和我国驻外使（领）馆、国外高等学校、科研机构的有效证明原件和复印件。

附件广西师范大学中外校际交流项目全日制普通本科学生教学管理办法(征求意见稿)第一条为了进一步推进我校中外合作办学的持续健康发展, 规范我校中外校际交流项目全日制普通本科学生(以下简称“项目学生”)的教学管理工作，结合我校实际情况，制定本办法。

第二条本办法中所称的“中外校际交流项目”是指我校经上级主管部门批准，与国外友好学校以不另设教育机构的方式，以中国公民为招生、培养对象，通过互认学分的形式开展的中外合作办学项目。

第三条本办法的适用对象为我校中法“2+2”项目(与法国佩皮尼昂大学合作)、中英“2+2”项目(与英国格林多大学合作)和中美“2+2”项目(与美国威斯康星拉克罗斯大学合作)和中加人才培养项目(与加拿大滑铁卢大学瑞尼森学院合作)及其他中外校际交流项目的全日制普通本科生。

其中，中法“2+2”项目、中英“2+2”项目和中美“2+2”项目为双学士学位项目。

第四条项目学生在国内学习阶段，应当根据我校人才培养方案的要求修读课程并获得规定的学分;在国外学习阶段，应当按照合作学校的人才培养方案的要求修读课程并获得规定的学分。

第五条项目学生在国内学习阶段，按我校经物价部门核准的收费标准缴纳相关费用;在国外学习阶段，按合作学校的规定缴纳相关费用。

第六条学生修完我校两年项目期的课程之后，取得项目要求总学分的70%(含)以上者，可以申请参加专业分流;未取得项目要求总学分的70%者，不能参加专业分流，将被编入国际文化教育学院下一年级学习，其学习费用按学校有关规定执行。

编入下一年级学习一年后，仍未取得项目要求总学分70%(含)以上者，按照退学处理。

第七条达到项目分流条件的学生，经本人提出申请，由学校审批后，分别按照本办法第八条和第九条的规定进行分流。

第八条中法“2+2”项目学生和中英“2+2”项目艺术设计专业学生按以下方法分流到学校相应专业的下一年级继续学习:(一)中法“2+2”项目经济学专业学生分流到经济学(应用型人才培养)专业学习;(二)中法“2+2”项目法学专业学生分流到法学(应用型人才培养)专业学习;(三)中法“2+2”项目旅游管理专业学生分流到旅游管理(职教师资班)专业学习;(四)中英“2+2”项目艺术设计专业学生分流到艺术设计(广告设计、环境艺术设计或职教师资班)专业学习;第九条中英“2+2”项目英语专业学生、中美“2+2”项目英语专业学生和中加人才培养项目学生按照以下原则、模式、依据和程序进行分流:(一)分流原则1(项目学生分流要根据学校的教学资源分布和专业容量确定分流专业范围和人数;2(项目学生分流应根据学生的学科知识背景进行指导，以便于学生更好地完成后续的专业学习，高考文科考生可申请分流到文学、法学、经济学、教育学和管理学的工商管理类专业，高考理科考生可申请分流到学校所有专业。
