肋骨外翻有多“美”肋骨的构造想要真正了解肋骨外翻这个错误体态，首先我们就要先知道肋骨的构造。

人体肋骨12对，左右对称，后端与胸椎相关节，前端仅第1-7肋借软骨与胸骨相连接，称为真肋，第8-12肋称为假肋；其中第8-10肋借肋软骨与上一肋的软骨相连形成肋弓，第11、12肋前端游离，又称浮肋。

什么是肋骨外翻？一般瘦的人很容易判断出是否肋骨外翻，直观点看就是从外形上看两侧肋骨有向外侧突起，学术一点就是看肋弓角，正常的肋弓角大概为90度，如果大于90度多存在肋骨外翻的现象。

导致肋骨外翻的原因除先天因素外，后天产生的肋骨外翻，跟以下几点有着密切的关系。

1.长期错误姿势的因素生活中很多人常会做出挺胸收腹的动作，不良姿势本身造成的胸廓位置的变化，长期的骨盆前倾使腹直肌拉长无力，进而造成胸腰结合处的过度伸展。

时间长了形成习惯之后，我们的腰部肌肉很可能过度代偿，产生腰痛。

不单容易腰痛，腹部及肋间肌会越来越弱，就会导致肋骨过度向外打开，造成肋骨外翻的现象。
