涉外秘书实务复习第一章导论1、涉外秘书工作的基本原则:遵纪守法、求真务实、超前服务、团结协作、联系群众2、秘书工作的一般要求:主动、高效、准确、保密3、学习“秘书实务”的方法:案例学习法、实训法、模拟法、实践法第二章涉外秘书的日常工作1、秘书在向领导者请求指示时,应把握以下要点:(1)秘书请示的内容一般为:事关大局而又无权处理的问题,难度较大而又无力解决的问题,以及超出秘书职责范围的问题。
(2)秘书在请示工作时,要做到主旨明确,要言不繁,态度谦和。
(3)请示是一门学问,也是一门艺术,秘书要注意请示方法的选择,并把握好请示的时机和分寸。
(4)领导者在口头指示时,秘书要凝神聆听,必要时可做记录,然后予以复述。
如果没有听清,或有不理解之处,秘书应当面提出,请领导者予以解答。
2、为了有效地处理各种事务,秘书应将当日的工作按轻重缓急分成以下三类:急办之事、必办之事、缓办之事3、记录当日大事时要注意的要点:(1)及时。
记录大事,一定要当日事当日记,不可拖延,不能积压。
如果拖至第二天,就会因时过境迁,难免遗忘与疏漏。
(2)客观。
所记大事,一定要由秘书逐项核查,使内容与事实相符,不可靠想象、推测去作记录。
(3)全面。
记录当日大事,一定要反映工作全貌,如实记载有备查价值和认识价值的重大事项,不可挂一漏万,也不可有闻必录。
(4)简明扼要,使人一目了然。
4、随从领导人应酬时,秘书应该做好的工作:(1)提前安排车辆。
领导人动身之前,秘书要首先通知司机,请司机在指定的地点等候,以保证领导人准时参加应酬活动。
(2)及时进行联络。
领导人于何时、何地、与何人交往,秘书均应及时与对方取得联系。
如果需要多位领导人参加,秘书要逐一通知,以做到万无一失。
(3)注意修饰仪表。
在领导人动身前略加修饰。
(4)负责领导人的安全。
中下层领导人外出参加社交活动,一般无警卫、保安人员随从。
此时的秘书,兼有负责其人身安全的义务,警惕防止意外情况的发生。
