《环境生态学》课程教学大纲一、课程基本信息课程名称:环境生态学英文名称:Environmental Ecology课程类别:专业基础课学时:48学分:3.0适用对象:环境科学专业考核方式:闭卷考试二、课程简介环境生态学属于环境科学、环境工程等专业本科生的专业方向课。
环境生态学是生态学的一个分支,是伴随着环境问题的出现而产生和发展的新兴的综合性学科,是一门运用生态学理论,研究人为干扰下,生态系统内在的变化机制,规律和对人类的反效应,寻求受损生态系统恢复,重建和保护对策的科学。
该课程注重生态学基本原理与实际应用的结合,介绍了生态学的基本理论,重点介绍生态系统生态学;阐述了生态系统服务、人为干扰对生态系统的损伤、生态恢复、生态系统管理及可持续发展理论等。
三、课程性质与教学目的通过该课程的学习使学生掌握环境生态学的基本概念,环境生态学的形成过程及发展趋势,环境生态学的研究内容,理论,研究方法及实际应用。
了解受损生态系统变化,掌握生态系统的演替规律以及修复对策,掌握生态系统管理和可持续发展理论。
在认识和掌握生态学的基本规律的基础上,能够运用生态学理论,保护和合理利用自然资源,治理被污染和被破坏的生态环境,恢复和重建受损的生态系统,实现保护环境与发展经济的协调,以满足人类生存和发展的需要。
四、教学内容及要求第一章绪论(一)目的与要求1.掌握环境生态学、生态学的概念;2.了解环境生态学、生态学产生的背景和发展过程;3.理解环境生态学与其他关联学科的关系;4.熟悉环境生态学、生态学的研究对象和研究方法。
(二)教学内容第一节环境生态学的定义及其形成与发展1.主要内容:环境问题的产生与演变,环境生态学的定义及其发展。
2.基本概念和知识点:环境生态学,人类社会的发展与环境问题的产生及演变,环境生态学的形成与发展。
3.问题与应用(能力要求):认识当今世界环境问题产生的根源。
第二节环境生态学的研究内容与学科任务1.主要内容:环境生态学的研究内容与学科任务;2.基本概念和知识点:环境生态学的研究内容、环境生态学的学科任务及发展趋势;3.问题与应用(能力要求):了解环境生态学的主要研究内容与任务。
绪论:1.微生物是如何分类的?答:各种微生物按其客观存在的生物属性(如个体形态及大小、染色反应、菌落特征、细胞结构、生理生化反应、与氧的关系、血清学反应等)及它们的亲缘关系,由次序地分门别类排列成一个系统,从大到小,按界、门、纲、目、科、属、种等分类。
种是分类的最小单位,“株”不是分类单位。
2.何谓原核微生物?它包括哪些微生物?答:原核微生物的核很原始,发育不全,只有DNA 链高度折叠形成的一个核区,没有核膜,核质裸露,与细胞质没有明显界限,叫拟核或似核。
原核微生物没有细胞器,只有由细胞质膜内陷形成的不规则的泡沫体系,如间体核光合作用层片及其他内折。
也不进行有丝分裂。
原核微生物包括古菌(即古细菌)、真细菌、放线菌、蓝细菌、粘细菌、立克次氏体、支原体、衣原体和螺旋体。
3.何谓真核微生物?它包括哪些微生物?答:真核微生物由发育完好的细胞核,核内由核仁核染色质。
由核膜将细胞核和细胞质分开,使两者由明显的界限。
有高度分化的细胞器,如线粒体、中心体、高尔基体、内质网、溶酶体和叶绿体等。
进行有丝分裂。
真核微生物包括除蓝藻以外的藻类、酵母菌、霉菌、原生动物、微型后生动物等。
第一章1病毒是一类什么样的微生物?它有什么特点?答:病毒没有合成蛋白质的机构——核糖体,也没有合成细胞物质和繁殖所必备的酶系统,不具独立的代谢能力,必须专性寄宿在活的敏感宿主细胞内,依靠宿主细胞合成病毒的化学组成和繁殖新个体。

根据转性宿主分类:有动物病毒、植物病毒、细菌病毒(噬菌体)、放线菌病毒(噬放线菌体)、藻类病毒(噬藻体)、真菌病毒(噬真菌体)。

本课程为全面提高当代大学生的环境生态学的基本知识,环境生态保护意识,人文素质发挥重要作用,为培养21世纪高素质的创新人才提供了宽阔的环境生态基础知识平台和广阔的创新思维空间奠定了基础。
本课程的主要任务是使学生掌握环境生态学的概念,环境生态学的形成过程及发展趋势,环境生态学的研究内容、理论,研究方法及实际应用,了解受损生态系统变化,掌握生态系统的演替规律以及修复对策,掌握生态系统管理和可持续发展理论。
通过本门课的学习,使学生能够运用生态学原理来防治环境污染,保护环境。
鉴于该课程的重要性,课程组成员为了搞好教学,提高教学质量,经过多年的努力,在师资队伍建设、教学改革和课程建设、教学设施与教学管理方面,做了大量的工作,取得了一定的成效。
课程组教师有较高的科研水平,几年来,课程组教师发表学术论文29篇。
课程组教师具有优良的政治素质和业务素质,结构合理,为人师表、教书育人,教学工作规范。
课程组成员先后获得曾宪梓教育基金三等奖、江西省高校教书育人先进个人、新余市先进工作者、新余市十佳人民教师、优秀共产党员、优秀班主任等称号。
《环境生态学》课程一直是资源环境与城市管理等专业重点课程。
多年来,课程组教师在教学大纲的制定、师资培养、教材及辅助教材建设、教学资料的收集与积累、教学环节的完善、教学方法与教学手段的改革等方面进行了大量的艰苦细致的工作,使得该课程教学效果保持优秀;在教学研究和改革实践中大胆尝试、开拓进取,紧跟当前学科发展,及时充实新理论、淘汰过时的内容,创造条件建立了化学、生物实验室,将理论与实践教学相结合;利用各种途径,广泛收集资料,建立了试题库和试卷库,将计算机辅助教学与理论紧密结合起来,使《环境生态学》课程的教学充满生机与活力。
课程组教师深知教学研究活动是课程建设工作的重要组成部分,经常进行《环境生态学》课程的教学改革与课程建设工作。
课程组十分重视师资队伍建设,鼓励在教学工作中勇挑重担、鼓励发表论文或进行其他科研、鼓励参加教学和科研活动、大力支持在职攻读硕士。
近几年课程组完成了教师的合理配置,有教授2人,副教授2人,讲师1人,助教2人,其中博士1人,硕士2人。
这一层次结构,已完全满足了课程教学与科研工作需要,保证了《环境生态学》课程的教学质量。
课程组非常重视教学档案的收集与整理,档案保存完整、齐全,并在日常的教学活动中充分利用,取得了很好的教学效果。
二、自评进程、自评结果、课程评价指标体系的建立与评价(一)自评进程与自评结果自文件下发之日起,课程组对《环境生态学》课程进行了严肃、认真、细致的自评工作,自评过程分为四个阶段:第一阶段:认真学习评估文件,领会精神,对照规定,编制指标体系,理解评估办法、步骤和评估标准,统一思想认识,明确组织分工;第二阶段:收集整理自评资料和证实材料;第三阶段:组织同学和同行评教;第四阶段:按细目要求逐条分析总结,填写自评表格,写出项目指标自评说明,撰写自评报告。
自评过程中,实事求是、严肃认真,总结了课程建设取得的经验与教训,明确了今后的努力方向。
在相应的19项评估细目中,自评A级18项,B级1项,C级0项,达到了省级优质课程建设规定标准。

教学大纲是根据国家教委对该课程教学的基本要求,在总结多年来我系及其他院校教学经验的基础上,经过广大专业教师讨论,结合学科发展特点,于2006年6月在以前教学大纲的基础上修订而成的。
教学大纲内容充实、深度适中、结构合理,反映了本课程的未来发展方向,可为本专业后续专业课的学习打下坚实的基础。
附材料1:经修改的《环境生态学》教学大纲1-2 教材及教学资料1)规章制度课程组在教材的选用上,严格按照学校有关规定,选用教育部重点推荐教科书或选用获奖的国家统编教材。
2)基本教材选用根据教学计划和教学大纲要求及教材选用规定,本课程选用卢升高主编,浙江大学出版社2004年出版的《环境生态学》,该教材在国内同类教材中独具特色,体现了当今环境生态学课程的特点,反映了当代环境生态学发展的最新成果和教育理念。
该教材文字简洁、结构严谨、叙述科学、通俗易懂,便于自学。
根据专科学校的具体情况,我们对该教材某些章节进行了删减。
附材料2:教材及参考书书目《环境生态学》课程是一门理论性较强的课程,为加强实践性教学环节和进一步理论联系实际、培养学生的独立思考和动手能力,课程组从现有的一些环境生态学实验课教材中选了一些比较好的素材,利用计算机、野外观察和实验帮助学生建立起对抽象概念的直观感受。
鼓励学生在学习生活中发现问题,探索问题,从而提高学生解决问题和进行科学研究的能力。
1-3 实践性教学环节1)基本要求《环境生态学》课程是高等院校环境工程、环境管理及环境科学等专业的一门重要的专业基础课,理论与实践并举,要求学生既要在课堂上认真理解教学内容,掌握环境生态学的基础知识和基本理论,还能够正确应用生态学的原理来分析和解决一些环境问题,熟练掌握环境生态学的基本研究与观察方法,生态恢复技术技能。
为此,本课程在认真组织课程的基础上,并要求学生通过野外观察和实验自己发现一些现象,通过自己的分析,运用已有的理论知识解释之,从而进一步认识到并切身体会到环境生态学思维和方法的极端重要性,促进其学习环境生态学的自觉性和主动性,巩固课堂教学内容。
2)教学设备、实验场所学校经多年来的建设,投资50余万元,兴建了化学实验室和生物实验室,并计划兴建基础生物实验中心,可以满足该课程的实验教学的基本要求。
1-4 教学手段及辅助设施为提高教学质量,课程组教师十分重视各种现代化教学手段的开发与利用。
在课堂教学中,针对本课程的特点,充分利用CAI教学手段,节省了大量的课堂时间,使一些抽象的概念表述得更加直观,使一些难以理解的概念和过程变得简单易懂,提高了教学效果。
1-5 教学资料与课程改革为更好地提高《环境生态学》课程的教学质量,把握其发展趋势,顺利开展教学和科研工作,使教学内容紧跟当今学科的发展,课题组教师利用一切机会,不失时机地广泛收集教学参考书、学术期刊、学术论文、考试试卷等教学资料,丰富了该课程的教学内容,使教学质量不断得到提高。
附材料3:《环境生态学》教学改革及教学方法论文1-6 试题库、试卷库建设根据实际情况和教学需要,课程组教师根据教学大纲要求,正在完成试卷库和试题库的开发,题型包括选择、填空、判断、名词解释、简答和论述题等,难度适中,适合专科学生使用。
多年来,每次命题,课程组共同命题A、B两套试卷,由教务处随机抽取,任课教师也不清楚试卷内容,杜绝了泄题现象,在教学中使用效果好,阅卷严格按照流水作业程序进行,结果表明:学生能全面复习教学内容,提高了学生的学习积极性。

在课堂教学中,教师首先从认真备课着手,积极收集和组织教学素材,认真编写教案,做到每次讲课都能根据理论发展增添新的教序内容,理论联系实际,不照本宣科,注意改进教学方法,活跃课堂气氛,充分调动学生学习积极性。
