一、教材内容分析

本课是《义务教育课程标准实验教科书，英语》八年级上册第七单元How do you make a banana milk shake?第一课时，本单元的中心话题是学习询问和描述一种食物的制作过程，本课时学习询问和描述香蕉奶昔的制作过程。主要是祈使句的使用。通过本课的学习进一步培养学生的跨文化知识和综合语言使用水平。

二、教学目标（知识与技能、方法和过程、情感态度与价值观）

1、知识目标：使学生掌握并熟悉使用以下词语和句型：

(1)milk shake, blender ，turn on, cut up, peel, pour, into.

(2)How do you make a banana milk shake?

2、语言技能目标：能使用所学词汇描述奶昔的制作过程，能在真实

情景中熟练使用。

3、情感目标：通过创设情境，学生身临其境感受和体验，使语言学以致用，激发学生的学习积极性。体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣。了解西方人的饮食文化。

三、学生特征分析

因为农村学生基本都没制作过奶昔，所以学生对该制作过程一点都

不了解。所以在讲授过程中，先让学生自己想象一下制作过程，然后让几位同学实际动手操作，使学生对奶昔的制作过程有所理解，在设计本课时，主要培养学生积极动手制作奶昔，使学生自主参与，积极思考。

本部分内容教师尽量用实物展示边介绍边讲解，并通过课件边演示边讲授，让学生积极观察思考。教师通过屏幕演示教学内容，在教学中随堂实行学习,一目了然

1. 中西方饮食

从食物的营养方面来看，中国的饮食比较健康合理，它们是高纤维素，低脂肪的食品。而西方的饮食往往是高脂肪，高热量，但这并不说明他们不注意饮食健康。在保持食物天然营养方面，西方的烹调手法胜人一筹。比如说，西方人喜欢吃生菜，如蔬菜，水果，沙拉，牛排等。他们注意的是尽量保持食物的原汁和天然营养。这一点值得我们借鉴。

一种文化的形某某应具有一定的历史积累，一种历史往往能造就一种饮食文化。中国有着两千年的悠久历史，创造了无数的灿烂文明，在这种文化蕴藏中，中国的饮食更加博大精深，技术的高超，菜式的多样和造型的精致令人惊叹。而西方的一些国家汇集了各国的移民，因此这些国家深受各国饮食文化的影响，博采众长，从而形成一种综合性的饮食文化。

1.how many与how much

（1）.how many表示“多少”，对数量提问，后面接可数名词的复数形式。如：

（2）.how much也是表示“多少”，但它对不可数名词进行提问。如：
