必修二Module 2 No DrugsReading and Vocabulary一、教材分析1. 教材的内容:这一课是出自外研版高一英语必修二第二模块的Reading and V ocabulary。
本单元的主要话题是“抽烟,吸毒的危害”。
这篇阅读文章分为2部分,第一部分从Adam的吸毒亲身经历为例,让学生了解吸毒对人的危害;第二部分简介crack cocaine这种毒品,使学生加深对毒品危害的认识。
2. 教学目标:Learning aims(知识目标)①. Get some information about drugs and taking drugs.②. Grasp some reading skills by reading the passage.③. Learn some new words and phrases in practice.Ability objective (能力目标)Improve the students’ ability of analyzing an article.Moral objectives(情感目标)①. Module 2 No Drugs I. 模块教学目标II. 目标语言Ⅲ. 教材分析与教材重组1. 教材分析本模块以No Drugs为话题,通过本模块的几篇阅读材料使学生对drugs和smoking有所了解,并通过对这两个问题的讨论使学生更深刻地认识到drugs和smoking对人体的害处,对社会的危害,以及可能引起的一些社会性问题,如:burglary, shoplifting等。
从而鼓励学生远离烟和毒品,养成良好的生活习惯,关爱社会关爱他人,并通过所学知识运用恰当方式规劝他人也远离烟和毒品。
1.1 INTRODUCTION通过对抽烟数据的检测,让学生了解吸烟的危害,并通过英英释义的方式进一步熟悉词汇,最后利用对三个问题的讨论来引出另一个话题: drug use。
1.2 READING AND VOCABULARY 阅读部分是打乱顺序的两篇不同类型的文章,通过给两篇文章选标题的方式培养学生的逻辑分析能力。
然后通过练习使学生掌握有关drug use的词汇,并培养学生获取准确信息的能力。
1.3 GRAMMAR 1 是学习不定式作目的状语的用法。
在练习前先列出to 的几种不同用法来引出to 可作目的状语。
接着又引出了其它可作目的状语的短语:in order (not) to, so as (not) to。
1.4 FUNCTION 这一部分先展现例句引出要学的短语,然后通过练习来巩固所学内容。
1.5 LISTENING AND VOCABULARY 是关于drug users 的一些信息。
在听之前通过问答的方式先巩固词汇,然后采用问答和完成句子的形式对所听内容进行检测,培养学生获取信息并再现的能力。
1.6 GRAMMAR 2 通过不同类型的例句引出引导结果状语从句的词: so与such以及对so与such区别的讨论,然后通过练习来巩固其用法。
1.7 PRONUNCIATION学会在日常交际中表达语气和情感。

通过本册的学习,学生能初步适应高中英语学习的要求。
本模块以“No drugs”为主题,阅读文章由两篇短文组成,分别介绍了一位名叫Adam Rouse的19岁男孩,染上毒瘾,犯罪以及最后成功戒毒的经历;并介绍了不同类型的毒品,以及吸毒引起的相关疾病。
通过阅读材料的学习,使学生对drugs有所了解,并且通过此话题,使学生更加深刻地认识到drugs对人体造成的伤害和和对社会造成的危害,以及可能引起的一些社会性问题,如break into the house to steal something,从而鼓励学生远离毒品。
养成良好的生活习惯,关爱社会、关爱他人,并通过所学的知识,运用恰当的方式规劝他人远离毒品。
2.教学目标新课标提出:英语课程的学习,既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动,逐步掌握英语知识和技能,提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富社会经历、开发思维能力和提高人文素养的过程。
本课所有的语言知识和语言技能都是围绕“No drugs”这一主题而设计的。

二、说教学对象教学对象为高一学生,通过初中三年的学习,大部分学生已掌握一定的语言技能,具有一定的语言学习基础,语言学习兴趣较浓,表现欲较强,但良好的语言学习习惯仍需进一步加强与巩2/ 8固。
因此,教师要通过创设语境,设计难度适中、可操作性强的任务,并且配以清晰的指令,和简洁的示范,激发学生积极、主动地进行语言学习活动,三、说教学策略及教法设计教学策略1.本节课的教学以建构主义学习理论为指导,以学生为中心,以问题为出发点,使课堂教学过程成为学生进行信息加工、知识意义建构、创新能力发展的过程。
教师在教学过程中则适时介入,引导、启发、组织、帮助、促进。
教学方法:. 2把制作的课件、图片等显示给学生看,便于学生对微观知识的把握,并从旧知识A.演示法:中获得启迪,从而解决问题。

四、说教学设计、设计指导思想1《新课标》提出:根据高中生的认知特点和学习发展的需要,在进一步发展学生基本语言运用能力的同时,着重提高学生用英语获取信息、分析处理信息和解决问题的能力,为他们进一步学习和发展创造必要的条件。
依据新课标的要求,我的教学步骤如下:教学程序四个组,并选出小组组长;然后分发学和Star准备活动:课前将学生分为Sun, Moon, Earth 案给学生,学案上第一道题为词汇题,要求学生课前预习,并完成相应的练习。
