日本京都MA4210尿液分析仪的常见故障与维修日本京都MA4210型尿液分析仪是日本生产的,它是一台集电子、光学、机械于一体的半自动化尿液分析仪。
该机具有自检功能和热敏打印测试结果,运行速度快,操作简单,在我国各级医院中应用十分广泛,MA4210型尿液分析仪是医院广泛应用的仪器。
该仪器使用专用的试剂带，利用球积分式双波长反射光度计，测量试剂带上每块“色斑”的反射光比率，并与标准“色斑”进行比较，从而达到测量尿液中亚硝酸盐、PH值，葡萄糖、蛋白质、隐血、酮体、胆红素、尿胆素原八项化学成分之目的。
仪器工作时试剂带先在尿液中浸泡约二秒钟，再放到仪器的试剂带台上，光学系统在试剂带台上扫描，光源依次照射试剂带上的“色斑”。
反射光经球形积分器平均后，由光电池转化为电信号，经微处理器处理，把测试结果转换成半定量符号和浓度值，热敏打印机自动打印出测试结果。

热敏打印头是在一小块长方形(4.8×1.2cm)的陶瓷基片上，等距离设置了十个热敏点，它以金属镀膜作为引线。
热敏点的阻值为100Ω-200Ω不等，进口打印头的阻值一般为120Ω左右，国产的阻值则差异较大。
信号电流过大，长期使用老化的打印头质量不好，均可使某个热敏点阻值变大或开路，不能发热，热敏纸不变色，从而造成缺行。
更换热敏打印头故障即可消除。

两部分共用一个DC14.3V电机，通过齿轮转动。
其中有一个塑料中心齿轮，中间圆柱上的螺纹是带动打印机构的，上部小圆盘的外缘上有一圈外螺纹，是带动走纸系统。
如果这一圈外螺纹损坏或局部有缺口，就不能与走纸机构的齿轮良好啮合，从而出现不走纸现象。
这个齿轮材质为硬塑料，不好修复，遇到这种情况，只有更换齿。

首先尿液分析仪测定结果与手工法结果有一定的差异，它的影响因素也是不一样的。

从2维图像数据中，通过各试剂块与试纸支撑部分（基底薄膜）的对比求得各试剂块的R%，从显示各试剂块发色特性的校准线转换为判定值并作为测定结果。
附于专用试纸的空白试剂块用于补正样本造成的各试剂块的着色影响。
由于在每次扫描试纸时，都会以固定于仪器内部的内部标准进行光量补正，因此测定可以不受试纸本身的零散问题以及测定环境、照明条件等影响。
仪器采用了对照明光源的耐久性出色的白色LED。
比重测定原理LED光源（波长：650nm）所散发出的光穿过棱镜在与样本相接的面上反射，入射检测器（position sensor）。
此时,根据贯流分析池中分注的样本的比重,折射率发生变化,因此投向检测器的入射光的位置也发生变化。
通过检测此入射位置求得样本的折射率，换算比重值。
比重值通过以下的公式计算出：SGX：样本的比重值SGH：比重校正液H的比重值（1.035）SGM：比重校正液M的比重值（1.015）SGL：比重校正液L的比重值（1.005）KX：样本的折射指数（由检测器的输出换算所得的显示入射光位置的指数）KHKMKL：比重校正液H/M/L的折射指数（比重校正时存储于仪器内）。
