2.总装机组装配的通流部件汽轮机整个通流情况的好坏受很多因素影响,这些因素大到汽轮机整个结构,小到汽封齿的径向间隙都会或多或少的对汽轮机通流产生影响。
总装工序的通流优化主要在对汽封圈的径向间隙进行重新加工控制,因此在这里涉及到了部件包括两大类:隔板和汽封体。
它们是汽轮机组的汽封圈的主要载体。
如下图所示:3.通流数据的测量总装测量的通流间隙数据均为隔板或汽封体的汽封齿与汽轮机转子之间的间隙数据。
为保证数据测量的准确性,天地方向的间隙均采用压铅丝测厚度的方法进行间隙测量,水平方向的径向间隙则使用塞尺测出,测量每圈汽封圈以此得出上、下、左和右4个数据(如下示意图)组成1组数据以作以后分析。
一 汽轮机计算目前汽轮机在设计工况下均属于临界工况,在汽轮机背压升高或机组负荷降低到一定程度时可能处于亚临界工况。

在汽轮机正常运行工况下,一般处于喷嘴临界工况,在某些故障情况下(例如旁路投入时),处于未达临界工况。
利用Flugel 公式计算最大的问题是目前汽轮机一般没有安装调节级温度测点。
在许多文献中,直接利用主汽温计算。
也有的采用汽轮机一段抽汽温度计算。
也可以采用等熵原则计算。
由于蒸汽在流经汽轮机做功级前,存在主汽门、高调门门杆漏汽和汽轮机高压缸轴封漏汽,所以在计算时应予以考虑。

汽轮机各种型式汽封的应用及评价关键字:汽封, 刷式汽封, 改造位置, 优化建议, 性能对比引言汽轮机是将蒸汽的热能转变为机械能的一种动力机械,级是其最基本的工作单元,在结构上它是由喷嘴和其后的动叶栅所组成,蒸汽进入喷嘴后其热能转变为动能,然后进入动叶给动叶片以冲动力,使叶轮旋转而输出机械功。
大型汽轮机就是由多个级组成,每个级都有动、静两部分组成,因此整个汽轮机也就由动、静两部分组成。
汽轮机的转动与静止部分之间必须有一定的间隙,以防相互摩擦。
由于汽缸内外、隔板前后以及带反动度的动叶两侧存在压差,而相应各处动静部分之间又必须保持一定间隙以使它们不致相碰,因此必须设置汽封装置。
汽轮机的汽封根据安装的位置不同分为:轴端汽封(简称轴封)、隔板汽封、和通流部分汽封,分别用来防止汽轮机的轴端、隔板和动叶顶部、根部蒸汽的泄漏,其作用分别是防止外界空气进入汽轮机,与汽轮机内的蒸汽混合,减少蒸汽泄漏量,从而减少化学补水量和防止高位能的工作介质低位能流动。
作为汽轮机的易损件和必备部件,汽轮机的汽封越来越引起从事汽轮机设计的工程技术人员的关注。
因为从汽轮机运行的测试结果可以看出汽轮机级间蒸汽泄漏使得机组内效率降低,漏汽损失占级总损失的29%,其中动叶顶部漏汽损失则占总漏汽损失的80%,比静叶或动叶的型面损失或二次流损失还大,后则仅占级中损失15%。
近年随着汽轮机汽封技术的不断发展,汽轮机运行的安全可靠性和机组热效率都得到相应的提高。
为了减少漏气损失,提高机组安全和经济性,国内外有关部门对传统汽封进行改造和设计,已陆续出现了许多新型汽封。
一、 传统疏齿式(迷宫式密封)密封传统的迷宫密封为一种非接触式密封,不能杜绝泄漏,而是用逐级节流的方法来抑制泄漏,由于受设备轴向长度的限制,使迷宫密封泄漏量较大,并且迷宫密封的泄漏流量随着压差的增大而急剧上升,其密封效率急剧下降,据相关统计资料显示,汽轮机间隙每增加0.0254mm,平均功率损失约4~5kW 。

在最近的20多年里,汽轮机的通流部分在计算流体的推动下有诸多改进,性能也有一定程度的提高,但随着汽轮机蒸汽参数的提高,漏汽损失成了制约汽轮机效率提高的最主要因素之一,减少泄漏损失便成了提高汽轮机效率的重要措施。
汽轮机汽封是汽轮机的重要密封部件,汽轮机汽封的密封性能将直接影响到汽轮机的机组热效率。
近年出现的刷式汽封可使泄漏量比传统汽封减少20%~50%以上,提高了机组的热效率。
此外,刷式汽封的轴向长度和重量远小于传统汽封,具有结构紧凑、可靠性高、寿命长、改造变动小和维护费用低等特点。
电站汽轮机,采用该技术对降低漏汽损失、提高机组的安全运行具有重要的意义[1~6]。
本文旨在通过数值模拟的方法研究刷式汽封的结构参数对密封性能的影响规律。
1 建立刷式汽封数值计算模型刷子汽封的优异性能,其高密封性和安全可靠性,是由它的结构参数决定的(结构如图1所示)。
刷子汽封的结构参数有:刷子细丝直径d,细丝的密度ρ,细丝长度L,倾角α,夹板厚度 b,短夹板宽度h1,长夹板宽度h2,刷子汽封片厚度B,刷子汽封片在汽封片槽中的深度H,刷子细丝探出的长度l,汽封片垫条厚度Δ,刷子汽封间隙δ,转子旋转方向和漏汽的泄漏方向等。

本文基于效厚度模型,发展了一种刷式气封流量系数的计算方法。
近似认为刷丝呈均匀正方形交错排布,利用交错管束流动阻力系数的计算公式,参考文献中的实验结果建立有效厚度与压比关联式,基于MATLAB软件编写迭代程序,可以方便地计算刷式气封的流量系数。
计算结果与试验数据对比,证明该方法预测刷式气封流量系数的可行性,为设计开发提供了一个思路。

然而由于受设备轴向长度的限制,迷宫密封泄漏量较大,若能尽量减小这一泄漏损失,汽轮机或燃气轮机的效率和功率将得到有效提高,电厂将由此获得巨大的经济效益[1]。
美国于1988年开展了一项综合高性能透平技术(IHPTET)的研究计划,将三维叶片和刷式密封作为重点发展技术,并将刷式密封作为2000年的实用技术发展项目。
目前,刷式密封已在许多航空发动机、汽轮机和燃气轮机中得到推广应用。
刷式密封能适应转子的瞬间径向变形或偏心运动,且不显著增大泄漏率。
实验研究表明,刷式密封的泄漏量是迷宫密封的1/5~1/10,并改善了转子的稳定性,刷式密封可使燃气轮机出力提高4%~6% ,航空发动机推力增大2%,耗油率降低2%左右[2-3]。
若将刷式密封用到压气机叶尖间隙处,可使压气机效率提高2%,喘振裕度提高5%。
对汽轮机而言,汽轮机泄漏损失约占内部损失的1/3,在高压缸中,叶顶泄漏损失和隔板泄漏损失分别占级损失的22%和7%,大约与静叶或动叶中的型线损失和二次流损失之和(为30%)相等[4]。
以某机组为例,其叶顶间隙的平均值约为1.15mm,而动叶叶高为L=17mm~24mm。
两者之比约为5.8%。
若将间隙降到0.5mm,则可增加功率约2%。
从某种角度看,在获得同样效率增量的情况下,改造汽封比改造叶片更节省成本和时间。
本文利用FLUENT软件对刷式汽封流场及其影响因素进行了数值计算,并得出一些分析结论,以供参考。
1 刷式汽封的工作原理刷式汽封由上游环、下游环及夹装在两者之间紧密排列的刷毛组成,刷式汽封的结构如图1所示。
其主要部件刷毛是一束捆扎在一起的高密集度的高温合金细金属丝,按一定方向排列的刷毛束被钎焊在左右两侧的圆环上,刷丝的自由端与轴表面接触,致密的细金属丝阻隔了工质的泄漏通道。
刷毛沿转子旋转方向有一定倾角,这样刷毛通过柔性退让能吸收转子径向偏移,并且很容易恢复闭合状态,保证优越的封严性,在短时期与轴过盈接触后,不会像迷宫密封一样,出现永久性的性能损失。
图1 刷式汽封结构2 刷式汽封流场数值计算模型2.1 有效厚度模型Knudsen[5]提出的均匀交错管道模型,用于分析流体流过管束时所产生的压力降。
受此启发,1991 年,Chupp[6]利用方形交错排布圆柱模型来描述刷式汽封。
Holle[7]对此进行了修订,提出了六边形交错排布圆柱模型。
在此基础上Modi[8]建立了随机交错排布管道模型。
1996年,Chupp[9]解决了刷毛随机分布的定量描述问题,对9种刷式汽封的实验数据进行了统计分析处理,形成并完善了定量分析刷式汽封密封特性的有效厚度模型。
有效厚度模型考虑了刷式汽封的结构参数,如刷毛丝的直径、刷毛倾斜排布角、刷毛密集度、上游环内径和下游环内径;还计及了环境参数,如气体入口压力、出口压力、出口温度以及气体常数及气体粘度等。
图2为有效厚度模型刷毛束的随机分布示意图。
图中,ST,为刷毛横向间距;SL为刷毛纵向间距;db为刷毛丝直径。
有效厚度B,是度量刷丝紧密度的一个尺度,是刷式汽封主要结构参数和环境参数的综合。
该值愈大,刷毛束愈疏松;反之,该值愈小,刷毛束愈紧密。
在一定雷诺数范围内,当地的刷密封特性可以用一个修正的泄漏流量系数φ来描述:图2 刷式汽封的有效厚度模型式中:W为体积泄漏率(m3/s);Tu为上游汽体总温(K);Pu为上游汽体总压(MPa);Au 为刷封上游的漏气间隙面积(m2)。
2.2 数值计算模型根据文献[9]参数,建立刷式汽封流场的几何模型,进行网格化分,施加边界条件,进行数值计算,刷式汽封计算网格如图3所示。

固壁边界:绝热无滑移固体壁面。
周期性边界:定义左右两侧计算边界为周期性边界。
紊流模型:选用k-ε模型双方程模型,近壁区域采用标准壁面函数。
计算得出的速度矢量图和压力场分布如图4和图5所示:可见,气流在流过紧密的刷丝束区域发生偏流,这些偏流在刷丝排之间逐渐形成同向流和射流,并产生随机的二次流和旋涡流。
当射流遇到前面紧密的刷丝束,就会改变运动方向而变成和主流方向垂直的横向流动。
正是由于刷丝束破坏流动而确保流动的不均匀性,使流体产生了自密封效应,横向流动代替向前流动能使横流过刷子的总压降增大,从而减少密封的泄漏。
3 计算结果及分析3.1 泄漏流量系数压比对刷式汽封泄漏量的影响如图6所示。
刷式汽封的泄漏量随着压比Pr(汽封入口压力与出口压力之比)的增加而增加。
根据文献[9]中的试验测量数据,本文计算数据与试验测量数据误差<10%,可见本文计算的方法和结果是正确的。
图6 压比对泄漏量的影响3.2 刷丝横向间隙对泄漏量的影响在刷丝直径 db为 0.0711mm,SL为0.03556 mm以及压比Pr为3.91的条件下,改变ST/SL的值,分析泄漏量的变化,计算结果如图7所示。
从图中可以看出,ST/SL<4时泄漏量和泄漏量的变化量都比较小。
当ST/SL>4时,泄漏量和泄漏量的变化量都开始加大。
因此横向的距离应保持在4倍刷丝半径以内比较适合,在此范围内介质的纵向流动会受到更大的阻碍,更多的介质流向会改变成跟主流流动向垂直或者接近垂直的横向流动,使流体产生自密封效应加大,横向流动或者侧向流动显然对自密封效应有重要的贡献,能有效减少泄漏量。
图7 ST,/SL对泄漏量的影响3.3 刷丝纵向间隙对泄漏量的影响图8 刷丝纵向间隙对泄漏量的影响在刷丝直径db为0.0711mm,ST为0.1362 mm以及压比Pr为3.91的条件下,改变刷丝纵向间隙SL的值,分析泄漏量的变化,计算结果如图8所示。
从图中可以看出,泄漏量在 SL=0.0406mm~0.0432mm时比较低,因此刷丝纵向的分布并不是越紧越好。
刷丝纵向间隙接近0时,泄漏流体缺少了刷丝间横向的流动,主要方向的流动没有被刷丝破坏,使泄漏量不能得到较好的控制。
当然,如果纵向间隙过大,刷丝对流体的阻碍能力就会减小,所以泄漏量就会增大。
3.4 刷丝直径对泄漏量的影响在一定的有效厚度下,在横向间隙与纵向间隙比值ST/SL为3.83,纵向间隙ST为0.00508mm以及压比P为3.91的条件下,改变刷丝直径,分析泄漏量的变化,计算结果如图9所示。
从图中可以看出此模型中刷丝直径在0.06096至0.0762mm左右能得到较小的泄漏量。
从刷式汽封的密封性能角度考虑,刷毛束直径过大或过小,都是不利的。
通过比对其流场速度分布说明,当刷丝直径很小时,并不能有效地阻碍介质流动,无法取得好的密封效果。
当刷丝直径达到一定的值时,横向的流动对主流方向的扰动很大,能达到一个较小的泄漏量。
当刷丝继续加大时,横向的扰动对主流的影响开始变小,因此泄漏量开始增大。
图9 刷丝直径对泄漏量的影响4 结论(1)在刷丝直径为0.0711mm,刷毛纵向间距为0.03556mm以及压比为3.91的条件下,刷丝横向间距保持在4倍刷丝半径以内时,泄漏蒸汽的流向会改变成跟主流流动向垂直或者接近垂直的横向流动,使流体产生自密封效应加大。
(2)在刷丝直径为0.0711mm,刷丝横向间距为0.1362 mm以及压比为3.91的条件下,刷丝纵向的分布并不是越紧越好。
刷丝纵向间留有0.0406mm到0.0432mm时,刷丝分布干扰了主要方向的流动,使得泄漏量得到比较好的控制。
(3)在刷丝横向间隙与纵向间隙比值为3.83,纵向间隙为 0.00508mm 以及压比为3.91的条件下,刷丝直径在0.06096至0.0762mm左右横向的流动对主流方向的扰动很大,能达到一个较小的泄漏量。
