采用折叠式滤芯,折叠式滤芯是一种先进的固定型深层过滤芯,过滤公称精度范围可以从0.1μm直600.1μm。
滤膜不受进料压力波动而影响过滤精度。
其特有的低压差,高通量、良好的过滤精度能较低的经济费用成为取代线绕式、棉饼和纸板等非固定型过滤芯的新型滤芯而深受用户欢迎。

三、滤芯的选择:1、滤芯的用途很广泛,滤芯的品种、规格较多,选择型号是很重要的。
根据用途可分为过滤液体和气体二种,规格大小可以分为5〃、10〃、20〃、30〃和40〃等。
工作压力一般在0.1Mpa—0.4 Mpa。
由于滤芯孔径不同,其流量也不尽相同,如0.2um—0.4 um过滤沌水的标准在300—500kg/h,如果要提高每小时的过滤量,则可以用多芯或20〃、30〃、40〃英寸组合,例如要过滤5t/h的无菌水,则可以选用0.2 um,30英寸7芯的过滤器。
若过滤杂质多且有粘度,则应添加前置预过滤设备。
气体的过滤与液体过滤稍有不同,它的过滤量以每分钟立方气体来计算。
10英寸滤芯,孔径φ0.22 um,压力在0.12 Mpa,压差在0.01 Mpa时,流量为4-6m3/min,在发酵工业上广泛应用。
2 、合适的滤芯,选用适当的孔径,若要除菌则选用0.2um-0.5um孔径的滤芯、药用针剂、抗菌素、血制品等用聚砜滤芯。

NEUTEK®品牌过滤器又是这过滤器中有12种专利产品的新型设备,它包括上盖、中壳和下壳,上盖和中壳均设置有两个圆孔,上盖和中壳的两个对应圆孔之间并排连接有两个铝桶,形成第一过滤室和第二过滤室,下壳的下端用连接头连接有排水装置,排水装置设置有浮球。
第一过滤室设置有由环保塑胶丝制造的第一滤芯过滤材料。
第二过滤室设置有由不锈钢丝与特殊棉织造的第二滤芯过滤材料。
本实用新型采用了以上两级三段式过滤结构,即第一过滤室和第二过滤室以及中壳形成三段式过滤结构,第一过滤器和第二过滤器形成两级过滤方式,过滤器中设置有特殊的过滤材料,使得整个压缩过程可以将空气中的水、油、铁锈以及其它杂项彻底的过滤掉,其过滤效率可以达到99.9%。
二、工作原理1.携带含有灰尘、油、铁锈和水分等有害物质的压缩空气,进入NEWTEK干燥器第一级过滤装置。
2.当压缩空气通过第一级筒状网眼过滤时产生聚结效应,大一点的颗粒将被吸附在滤材上,并且水分会凝结成较大的水滴。

空气压缩系统中的空气通常来至普通空气,经过空压机压缩后除含有一定数量的水分外还含有其他细小颗粒、悬浮物,油份等残留杂质。
这些杂质的存在会对相关设备及产品产生危害。
2.过滤器的作用当压缩空气通过过滤器时,由于过滤器中的过滤介质(碳素纤维、活性碳等)的接触絮凝作用、吸附和截留作用使得杂质被吸附、截留。
通过过滤器的过滤,可进一步降低空气的浊度等。
3.过滤器的结构3.1过滤器的分类过滤器直径可从Ф300mm—Ф3000mm,依据直径大小可分为大型过滤器和小型过滤器。
一般直径小于1000mm的称为小型过滤器,直径大于1000mm的称为大型过滤器。
3.2过滤器的结构3.2.1壳体过滤器的壳体有钢衬胶,或不锈钢,或玻璃钢或塑料等。
3.2.2滤料根据要求的不同和使用范围的不同,过滤器的滤料有石碳素纤维、活性碳等。
3.2.3操作系统有管道、阀门、自动排水器等4. 过滤器的安装4.1安装须在系统无压力情况下执行。

4.5装上球阀和相应的自动排水器,拧紧(或拧紧固定螺栓)。
4.6连接操作系统管路和相应的其它连接件。
注意:筒体间的密封圈必须正确安装,以免结合部位漏气。
5. 过滤器的操作步骤检查确认进气方向是否正常,相应球阀打开,排污管是否接好。
最后检测是否漏气。
漏气部位需加密封胶带缠绕再次旋紧。
重复以上步骤直至过滤器可进入正常运行或待机状态。
6. 日常管理及注意事项6.1系统长期运行后,需观察系统前后压力差是否超过0.2MPA以上,另外观察出气品质,一般情况下运行5000小时后需更换滤芯耗材。

但是,压缩空气中所存在的油、冷凝水及尘埃等会导致用气设备受到不同程度的损环,因而产生高额的维修费用,产品质量也受到一定的影响。
随着当今高科技工业的不断的发展,对于气源质量的要求也越来越高。
NEUTEK过滤器是在美国本土生产的压缩空气干燥过滤器,专门针对解决存在严重油、水、粉尘的压缩空气系统所设计。
美国NEWTECH公司拥有多项专利,具有超过十余年的压缩空气过滤器生产、销售经验,产品畅销世界各地。
压缩空气干燥过滤器是工厂或实验室仪表用气的品质提高必不可少的过滤设备。
NEUTEK®品牌过滤器又是这过滤器中有12种专利产品的新型设备,它包括上盖、中壳和下壳,上盖和中壳均设置有两个圆孔,上盖和中壳的两个对应圆孔之间并排连接有两个铝桶,形成第一过滤室和第二过滤室,下壳的下端用连接头连接有排水装置,排水装置设置有浮球。
第一过滤室设置有由环保塑胶丝制造的第一滤芯过滤材料。
第二过滤室设置有由不锈钢丝与特殊棉织造的第二滤芯过滤材料。
本实用新型采用了以上两级三段式过滤结构,即第一过滤室和第二过滤室以及中壳形成三段式过滤结构,第一过滤器和第二过滤器形成两级过滤方式,过滤器中设置有特殊的过滤材料,使得整个压缩过程可以将空气中的水、油、铁锈以及其它杂项彻底的过滤掉,其过滤效率可以达到99.9%。
二、工作原理1.携带含有灰尘、油、铁锈和水分等有害物质的压缩空气,进入NEWTEK干燥器第一级过滤装置。
2.当压缩空气通过第一级筒状网眼过滤时产生聚结效应,大一点的颗粒将被吸附在滤材上,并且水分会凝结成较大的水滴。
3.进入分离时,压缩空气速度减缓,使得颗粒再一次聚集,水雾在一个蜂窝状的聚水器上。
4.载着杂质颗粒的水沿底部流到排水的装置,通过自动或电动排水阀将其排出。
5.压缩空气中的95%以上的水滴、油滴以及大颗粒已被第一滤芯滤除,经第一级过滤后的压缩空气进入了第二级滤芯。
6.压缩空气通过第二级由特殊所制成的纤维过滤网时,会产生数以千计的小旋涡,同时压缩空气将被加速数十倍,旋涡中心犹如龙卷风一样,形成真空状态,在第一过滤没有被滤除的水滴再次被汽化、转换、滤除,同时,小到5微米的颗粒也被第二滤网完全清除。
7.经两级过滤达到无尘、无锈、无油、无水滴的干净、干燥的压缩空气,保障气动设备的正常运作,延长气动设备使用寿命。
三、使用说明1.压缩空气的流量的选择应根据空压机或设备用气的额定流量和额定的工作压力,来确定型号2.为了达到更好使用效果,不能够靠近在空气压缩机安装范围内使用。
应将过滤器安装在离使用机器或使用的空气工具旁越靠近的地方越好。
3.进入干燥过滤器的压缩空气温度应不大于60℃,如果进气的温度过高,会直接影响过滤器的使用效果和寿命。
4.手动排水阀应保持1/4的排放量。
(根所据冷凝水、油的排放量而定)手动排水阀在关闭的状态下允许10SCFN(0.28m³/min)的空气从过滤器溢流出去,它可以使冷凝水、油和杂质从过滤器中排出。
5.在过滤器上端的压差指示装置,当开始使用压差指示时出现两次闪动6.明显超过10PSI压力降或者当压差指示装置闪动变为红色时出现时,将提醒需更换、清洗滤芯。
7.除非有更高要求,所有NEUTEK空气过滤器的绝对过滤精度都是5微米。
8.如果所有用气的工具总空气消耗不超过干燥过滤器时,气动工具和用气设备可以同时连续使用。
9.为提高压缩空气经过精密除油、除臭过滤器使用效果及滤芯寿命,必须先经过干燥过滤器。
10.不要让压差指示装置的透明表面接触到甲醇、汽油、二甲苯、甲苯;氯化碳氢化合物、硝酸酯、油漆、芳香烃或氯化烃溶剂,丙酮或其它酮类。
这些材料会造成压差指示装置透明表面在气压的作用下产生爆裂,并导致设备损环。
四、安装1、所有的管道和压缩空气干燥过滤器的重量必须得到适当的支撑。
连接口径和管件必须按最高的工作温度和压力来选择,并且必须符合当地执行的工程标准和规范。
2、安装时,应先熟读本产品的使用说明书,确认产品的安装位置;精密除油、除臭过滤器应配置相应的干燥过滤器3、过滤器顶盖上标有指明压缩空气进气口(IN)、出气口(OUT)位置,必须保证压缩空气按指点定的方向流经过滤器。
4、干燥过滤器的接口为管螺纹或法兰,联接处应保持其密封性能,避免针孔泄漏造成露点偏差。
务必保持过滤器垂直安装,在过滤器下面应留有足够空间,以便维护过滤器及自动排水阀。
5、过滤器一般应安装在储气罐出气口端,在压缩空气温度与外界温度相近的位置效果较好。
一般在离空压机10m以上,在管道越低的位置越适合安装如果安装位置的进气口温度高于60℃,建议加装后冷却器。
(如下图所示)6、当解决分支管道及终端设备油水问题应尽量靠近终端使用设备,一般在7.5m范围内。
(如上图所示)7、必须提供排水装置螺纹接口密封材料,安装在自动排水装置端口的底部。
手动式排水阀或电子式自动排水器必须安装在第一级过滤装置即压缩空气入口端下面的排水孔上,浮球式自动排水阀必须安装在第二级过滤装置即压缩空气出口端下面的排水孔8、为了以便在维修时不必切断压空气系统但又能将过滤器与系统隔离并减压。
同时应确保在两个隔离阀之间装有放气阀,发便维护时将管路内压力降低到大气压。
如果某些应用场合不允许使用末经过滤器的压缩空气,则应当有旁通管路上安装第二个过滤器。
(如下图)五、安装尺寸(单位:mm)六、安全规则由于压缩空气干燥过滤器为带压元件,故在操作或维护时应严格遵守以下安全规则:●操作前请熟读本说明书;●在卸压前不允许拆任何零部件;●严禁在超出压力范围上使用过滤器七、维护保养随着压缩空气中的污染物被滤除,颗粒型或聚结式过滤器的滤芯逐渐饱和,使得流经过滤器的气体压力损失增大,降低了系统的工作效率,并有可能使污染物穿透过滤器,由此而可能导致用气设备元器件损坏。
空压机也不得不输出更高的工作压力以补偿系统的压降,使得运行费用增加。
定期有规律的更换滤芯能保证过滤器供应清洁的压缩空气,并降低运行成本。
1、保养周期及配件检查所有过滤器,每一次更换滤芯时都要检查所有零件,并更换已磨损或损坏的零件。

当压差指示装置弹出指示器变成红色时,或者当过滤器进气口压力与出气口的压差差达到10psi时,将提醒应更换过滤器滤芯。
无论如何,滤芯至少每年更换一次。
2、维护自动排污阀每1至2个月应对过滤器底部自动排水阀进行全面的检查,是否有油污或水无法自动排出;若有自动排水阀被脏物阻塞,请取下排水管,并在过滤器加压的情况下,用一杆状物把放置在孔中心的顶起,同时自动排水阀浮球顶起,把排水阀内部脏物排出。
由于油污的粘度极高,为了保证精密除油、除臭过滤器的正常使用及延长滤芯的使用寿命。
请维护工作人员务必每天排污两次以上。
在条件允许的情况下,应将“T”型手动排水阀逆时针旋转打开持续排气,让油污边同空气一起排出。
保持畅通可以使精密除油、除臭过滤器在动态状态中,只有少量的空气会通过手动阀流失,每小时保持在0.28m³/min的外泻区域内八、更换滤芯定期更换滤芯可以保证有稳定的过滤效果。
每一年要求更换一次第二滤芯,每二年要求更换一次第二滤芯。
更换第一滤芯的频率取决于压缩空气中的油污和污物的含量,(当压差越过0.79kg/cm²或过滤后仍能发现油污的情况下需要更换第二滤芯)1.打开旁通阀,关闭端的隔离阀,将过滤器与系统隔离。
2.打开放气阀,将过滤内的压力减到大气压。
拆下手动或自动排水阀;3.把上盖顶部边上的每个螺丝拧松至两级过滤装置可自由移动的程度,拆卸两根对角螺丝,取出旧的过滤装置。
从第二级过滤装置内取出星状隔器,清洁两个星状隔离器。
4.去除底壳边上所有的螺丝。
取出底壳内部座芯,使用清洁剂和水清洗、擦干外壳,安装底壳。
更换其产品相对应配件,5.把角上的螺杆放在它们原来的位置上,然后先拧紧中间的螺杆,再紧拧结角边上的螺杆,每根螺杆的扭矩都要相等。
6.关闭放气阀,慢慢开启进气隔离阀,防止对过滤器造成压力冲击。
当过滤器加压完成后,慢慢开启出气隔离阀。
7.当打开两个隔离阀都打开后,关闭旁通阀。
过滤器投入使用;注:如果在拆下过滤器时,听到嘶嘶声,表明过滤器没有完全减压。
请不要继续拆卸外壳。
请不要将整台过滤器从道管上拆下来。
九、质量保修1、当客户按照说明上的使用方法下正确使用而出现产品故障时,本公司对因材料和生产质量引起故障实行免费保修。
保修期为从出厂时算起12个月,产品必须按产品说明书进行安装和操作,本公司的责任仅限于产品的修理、或根据本公司的判断进行退、换同类产品。
2、本公司对由于产品故障引起的事故损失以及事故引起的其它损失概不负责,即使在这一事故及由此事故引起的其它损失的可能性已事先通知本公司中的情况下,本公司对事故及由此事故引起的损失概不负任何责任。
3、本保修不包括正常的保养和例行零件更换。
本公司对所有使用本公司产品的客户提供最优质的长期维修服务。
4、上述的保修如有与其它的保修条款有冲突,以上述的保修条款为准。
同时不对产品的可销性或对某一特殊性用途作任何担保。
