黄斑病一.黄斑病变概述黄斑区是人体眼底视网膜上一个重要区域，位于眼后极部，在眼底视神经盘的颞侧0.35cm处并稍下方，处于人眼的光学中心区，是视力轴线的投影点。
黄斑区富含叶黄素，比周围视网膜颜色暗些。
黄斑中央的凹陷称为中央凹，是视力最敏锐的地方。
主要与精细视觉以及色觉等视功能有关。
一旦黄斑区出现病变，常常出现视力下降、眼前黑影或视物变形。
一般情况下，人眼的视力检查，就是查黄斑区的视觉能力。
黄斑区以外的视网膜视力是极其低下的。
黄斑病可由遗传性病变、老年性改变、炎症性病变所引起，也可受其他眼底病变的累及。
遗传性黄斑病变可有家族遗传史，发病年龄从幼儿期至老年期，但最常见于青少年期起病，治疗上比较棘手；年龄性黄斑病变主要有老年性黄斑病变、老年性特发性视网膜前膜和老年性黄斑洞等改变，通过早期诊断和适当的治疗，可以使病情改善或稳定；炎症性黄斑病变多见于各种视网膜脉络膜炎，如弓浆虫病、葡萄膜炎等；此外，糖网、视膜静脉阻塞、视网膜血管炎、高度近视和外伤性脉络破裂等可导致黄斑区发生损害；某些病变如中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变、中心性渗出性视网膜脉络膜病变等病因尚未完全清楚，但可造成黄斑区水肿或出血而有一定程度的视功能损害。
由于多种因素可导致黄斑病变，因此要注意避免造成黄斑区损伤的因素。
一旦视力出现改变或视物变形，要及时到专科诊治，明确病因及诊治，保护好视功能。
目前现代医学没有特效的治疗方法，临床也常根据病程的阶段给予一些辅助治疗用药，中医药有这先天的优势，占据着主导地位。
