1.挤压造粒机转移就位前的准备工作
Preparations for Transportation & Positioning of Extruder and Pelletizer
1)根据设备图纸复测基础，确保基础尺寸满足设备图纸要求；
Recheck the foundation as per equipment drawings to ensure its dimensions can satisfy the requirements of drawings.
2)检查设备安装要求的中心线和标高；
Check the center line and elevation required for equipment installation.
3)保证基础表面和地脚螺栓孔的清洁；
Ensure the cleanness of foundation surface and anchor bolts.
4)从挤压造粒厂房东面到基础之间的地方用土填平并压实，隔一定间距铺上枕木，并
在枕木上设置两条导轨。
Fill with earth and compact the portion between east side of extrusion building and
foundation. Lay crosstie with a certain space and set two guide rails on the crossties.
5)在一块3000X2000X20mm的钢板下固定4个轮子作为运输挤压机的拖排，将其吊到
导轨上。
Fix 4 wheels under a piece of steel plate of 3000X2000X20mm to be used as trailer
platform for transporting extruder and lift it onto the guide rails.
2.挤压造粒机就位Positioning of Extruder and Pelletizer
1)挤压造粒机的就位顺序是从西到东；
The positioning sequence is from east to west.
2)就位最西面的AM-6441、AG-6443时在A-6440（CYLINDER SCREW）基础上放
置枕木以便AM-6441、AG-6443能够顺利运至其基础上；
Crossties should be laid on the foundation of A-6440（CYLINDER SCREW）when
positioning AM-6441 and AG-6443 at the westernmost so that they can be delivered onto the foundations smoothly.
3)开箱检查设备有无损坏，并保存好配件，把设备用吊车吊到已准备好的拖排上，（拖
排下的轮子置于导轨内，使轮子能沿着指定好的方向前进）；
Unpacking to check whether the equipment is damaged or not, and keep the accessories in

under the platform shall be put in the rails so that they can go forward along the fixed direction).
4)在设备的前面用导链拉，慢慢使其到达基础旁；(见附图)
Fix the chain block in front of the equipment and pull it until the equipment arrives at the foundation (see attached sketch).
5)设备放到基础上之前在基础上放几根的枕木，并把地脚螺栓置于地脚螺栓孔内；
Prior to positioning, lay several crossties of 250X250X2000mm on the foundation and place the anchor bolts into the holes.
6)把设备移至基础上，并把地脚螺栓固定于设备底座。
Move the equipment onto the foundation and fix it on the base by using anchor bolts
7)待厂家确认基础合格后，用千斤顶式斜铁把设备支撑好，然后把设备下的枕木取掉，
再把设备慢慢往下放至合适得标高。
After the foundation is confirmed to be acceptable by manufacturer, the equipment shall be supported by using jack shims and the crossties shall be removed, and then lower down the equipment slowly to proper elevation.
