452023/06·汽车维修与保养局域互联网(LIN)步进电机广泛应用于奔驰、宝马、奥迪、保时捷、路虎、玛莎拉蒂等欧洲车型的汽车空调风门执行器上，这些空调风门执行器通过一条局域互联总线(LIN)与主控制单元(一般是空调操作单元)相连，并从主控制单元接收其调节指令。

空调风门执行器损坏将导致空调出风方向无法控制，维修技师通过仪器进行故障诊断并不能准确识别出是哪一个风门执行器存在故障，而需要进一步检测以判断故障风门执行器的具体位置。

一、LIN总线简介LIN是Local Interconnect Network的缩写，即单线式总线，在传输速率和总线类型上与CAN总线有较大的区别。

LIN总线是一种更简单的通信总线，使用的是与K线相似的通信协议，它不使用双绞线和终端电阻，仅使用一根线，且无须屏蔽。

LIN总线既能够有效提高网络质量，又可以降低成本。

1个LIN总线系统由一个LIN主控制单元和最多16个LIN从控单元所构成，各从控单元之间通过并联或串联的方式联结。

在汽车空调风门执行器的应用方面，风门执行器一般通过LIN总线以串联的方式进行联结。

LIN总线使用串行通信协议，具有以下特点：1.采用单线总线，成本更低；2.LIN总线上的数值传输速率高达20kbit/s，报文帧长度可以传输2、4和8字节的数据；3.单个主控制单元、多个从控制单元，由主机发起通信，通信电平为12V；4.基于普通UART/SCI接口的硬件成本较低，有利于实现较低的软件成本，或作为纯状态机使用。

LIN总线报文帧结构如图1所示，一个帧的数据包括两个部分的内容：1.由主控制单元发送的信息头，该信息头由一个同步间隔、一个同步区域和一个标识符组成；2.由主控制单元或从控制单元发出的信息段，包括数据区域、校验和。
