二、编制原则1.严格遵守国家、地方的技术规范、施工规程和质量评定与验收标准。
2.坚持技术先进性、科学合理性、经济适用性与实事求是相结合。
三、编制内容本施工组织设计大纲系本公司对三新中学工程施工的总体构思和部署,各单项工程的施工方案将依据公司技术管理程序,按照本大纲确定的基本原则,进一步完善细化,用以具体指导施工,确保该工程优质高速完成。
第二章、工程概况及工程特点一、工程概况工程名称:上海市松江区三新中学工程工程地点:松江区方松街道施贤路北侧\三新路东侧设计单位:上海高等教育建筑设计院建设单位: 上海松江新城建设发展有限公司工程规模: 建筑面积:24500M2结构层数:框架二\三层(一) 建筑设计概况松江三新中学工程是经上海市松江区人民政府批准的一项重点建设项目。
建设工程位于松江区方松街道施贤路北侧\三新路东侧,建设用地场地平整已完成,地面高程和坐标控制点有甲方现场确定。
工程地质条件较好,总建筑面积约24500M2(招标文件)。
本期实施6栋各类教学楼、行政楼、食堂等,均为全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。
(二) 结构设计概况1. 结构型式及特点:框架二\三层2. 结构构件混凝土材料:本工程均采用商品混凝土(部分自拌砼)。
3. 砌体材料及砌体砂浆:加气混凝土砌块等,砌筑砂浆标号:M5.0 、M10(三) 安装设计概况各楼主要包括卫生间给排水系统;消火栓灭火系统;部分实验室实验用水等。
各单位工程含照明、防雷接地系统。
二、工程特点与施工条件1. 本工程施工现场场地已平整,场地宽敞,施工用电由场区外引入,场区内沿校园环形主干道设置临时架空线路(在建房侧);业主提供施工用水,可沿校园环形主干道(施工时临时铺设)铺设自来水供水管道(每30m留一个水阀)。
松江区初中语文“新农村教师专业发展培训”计划指导思想:新农村教师专业发展培训是新农村建设的一项重要任务。
本次培训以系列小课程为内容,结合我区初中语文教学实际,帮助教师全面了解新课改的要求,正确把握和使用初中语文新教材,提高文本处理能力和写作指导能力,拓宽渠道,发展教师学科教学能力,以确保课堂教学的有效性。
一、培训对象:2001届——2007届青年教师二、培训形式:面授三、培训时间:2009年暑期(8月22、23、26、27日)四、培训模式:1.面授与互动相结合,除了对参训教师进行面对面的讲授外,在有指导的情况下,让教师参与讨论、分享经验。
2. 通过面上教师培训带动校本研修。
五、培训师的来源:区培训师、部分课程设计者。
六、具体措施:1、结合我区初中语文教学现状及青年教师的实际情况,确定培训课程。
2、集中培训。
培训课程:全部6门课程集中培训:4天3、出勤与考核缺勤超过1/3者,均无学分;结合教学实际,完成一篇教学设计及教学反思。
七、课程安排:1.初中语文新教材的把握与使用把握教材编写理念,在整体了解教材的基础上,培养课程意识;着重体会“主题组元”的特点及其在教学中应尤为关注的地方;新教材的文本解读应立足于整体;新教材的使用应立足于课标,遵循基本的教学策略;分享课改基地学校使用新教材的经验。
2. 优化初中作文教学的研究和实践课程共八课,分别从制定作文教学计划、加强指导、丰富情感体验、提高感悟力、注重真情实感、构建写作思路、运用写作手法和提高语言表达水平等八个方面进行阐述。
3.教学内容的选择与教学环节的展开如何根据文本体式和学生的具体学情,确定教学内容,合理展开教学环节。
4.“两纲”教育与初中语文教学结合教学实例讲解如何将两纲教育真正落到实处。
5.语文综合性学习的实施与案例了解语文综合性学习是语文教学的内容之一。
语文综合性学习的特殊性在综合性。
表现为三个层次的综合:学科内的综合,即听说读写的综合;语文学科与其他学科的综合;语文与生活的综合。
