最新无线网络领域顶级国际期刊、会议档次划分和介绍

CCF公布推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录经过3年多的工作，CCF推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录现予公布。

本目录包括数据库、软件工程、计算机网络、计算机图形学（几何造型、多媒体、可视化、虚拟现实）、计算机体系结构、计算机科学理论、人工智能与模式识别、网络与信息安全等八个方向的国际学术会议及期刊目录和一个综合类的国际学术期刊目录，供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价的参考依据。

目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。

A类表示国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类是指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，代表该领域的较高水平，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际上重要、为国际学术界所认可的会议和刊物。

早在2005年12月17日，CCF YOCSEF就举办了“从SCI反思中国的学术评价体制”的专题论坛，探讨为何SCI会成为衡量大学、科研机构和科学工作者学术水平的最重要的甚至是唯一的尺度，提出了如何建立中国公正合理的学术评价体制的问题。

这次论坛，在国内引起了强烈的反响。

李国杰理事长在各种场合多次呼吁要重视在顶级国际学术会议上发表论文，希望CCF拿出顶级学术会议和重要学术期刊的目录，提供给各高校和科研单位做学术水平评价的参考。

此后，CCF委托YOCSEF学术委员会组织此项工作，经过调研、分析、选择试点方向、收集整理资料、研讨、向学术界公开征集意见、报常务理事会审议、学术工作委员会再修订等过程，最终推出目前的推荐目录表。

这些分类目录每年将根据具体情况进行修订。

最新无线网络领域顶级国际期刊、会议档次划分和介绍无线网络算是计算机(CS)和电子工程(EE)的一个交叉学科。

相关的会议和期刊通常没有物理生物等领域那些量化的影响因子排名。

但是有一点是公认的：会议影响力远大于期刊。

而会议之间也没有任何量化比较，只有人们默认的一些不成文的档次划分。

我读硕士和博士期间，组里对于会议和期刊档次的划分大致如下(其中加入了一些个人分析和评价)。

第一档：SIGCOMM, MobiComSIGCOMM是ACM老牌会议，其首席地位无可置疑。

SIGCOMM论文录用率在10%左右，收录的论文偏重系统和协议设计，极少有理论论文。

另外，每年收录的二三十篇论文中仅有1/5左右是无线网络，但这些论文的平均质量和影响力都很高。

MobiCom 专注于无线网络，每年收录30篇左右，录用率在10%~15%。

在2005年以前，MobiCom论文以理论加仿真占主导，所以一人一电脑就可搞定。

但之后随着WiFi硬件接口的公开和软件无线电平台的星期，做实验变得越来越容易，所以对于实验验证的要求越来越高，收录的论文也越来越偏系统设计测量之类。

2010年MobiCom的一位组委会成员感叹：MobiCom is becoming highly imbalanced. The systems guys clearly dominate the entire conference. Most of them don’t have the patience to read theory papers… If you don’t have any running code, it’s very hard to get in.第二档：MobiHoc, MobiSys, SIGMETRICSMobiHoc, MobiSys两个会议可以说是MobiCom下比肩而立的两兄弟。

MobiHoc偏理论，MobiSys偏系统和应用(特别是手机等移动计算系统)。

Ei期刊介绍Ei Compendex Web（EI网络版）是《Ei Compendex》和《Ei PageOne》合并而成的Internet版本。

Ei来源期刊分三个档次：（1）核心期刊， Compendex 数据库收录重点是下列主要工程学科：化学工程，土木工程；电子/电气工程，机械工程，冶金、矿业、石油工程，计算机工程和软件。

美国工程信息公司副总裁Katz认为：“这些是Compendex数据库的‘核心’领域。

”目前，核心期刊约有1000种；每期所有论文均被录入Compendex。

国内《金属学报》、《清华大学学报》等为核心期刊。

（2）选择期刊，一些学科领域的期刊是有选择地收录，包括：农业工程、工业工程、纺织工程、应用化学、应用数学、应用力学、大气科学、造纸化学和技术，高等学校工程类学报等。

Compendex 只选择与其主题范围有关的文章，并不是所以文章均被收录。

目前，选择期刊约1600种，国内以上学科的期刊大多数为选择期刊。

（3）扩充期刊，它只收录题录（Ei Page One）。

在Ei的扩充版中，约2800种期刊。

国内期刊比较多。

什么论文是Ei核心版：Ei Compendex 数据库文字出版物即为《工程索引》，图书馆四楼文献检索阅览室有原版的印刷本，凡是进入核心版本论文可以在印刷本检索到。

它收录的论文题录、摘要、标引主题词和分类号，并进行深加工；有没有主题词和分类号是判断论文是否被Compendex数据库正式收录的唯一标志（会议论文进入Compendex 数据库库）。

Compendex主要包括：论文标题（Title）；作者（Authors）；第一作者单位（First author affiliation）；英文文摘（Abstract）；论文所在期刊名称（Serial title）；卷（Volume）期（Issue）；论文页码（Pages）；分类码（Ei classification codes）；主题词（Ei main heading）；受控词（Ei controlled terms）；自由词（Uncontrolled terms）等等。
