CCF公布推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录经过3年多的工作，CCF推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录现予公布。
本目录包括数据库、软件工程、计算机网络、计算机图形学（几何造型、多媒体、可视化、虚拟现实）、计算机体系结构、计算机科学理论、人工智能与模式识别、网络与信息安全等八个方向的国际学术会议及期刊目录和一个综合类的国际学术期刊目录，供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价的参考依据。
目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。
A类表示国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类是指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，代表该领域的较高水平，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际上重要、为国际学术界所认可的会议和刊物。
早在2005年12月17日，CCF YOCSEF就举办了“从SCI反思中国的学术评价体制”的专题论坛，探讨为何SCI会成为衡量大学、科研机构和科学工作者学术水平的最重要的甚至是唯一的尺度，提出了如何建立中国公正合理的学术评价体制的问题。
这次论坛，在国内引起了强烈的反响。
李国杰理事长在各种场合多次呼吁要重视在顶级国际学术会议上发表论文，希望CCF拿出顶级学术会议和重要学术期刊的目录，提供给各高校和科研单位做学术水平评价的参考。
此后，CCF委托YOCSEF学术委员会组织此项工作，经过调研、分析、选择试点方向、收集整理资料、研讨、向学术界公开征集意见、报常务理事会审议、学术工作委员会再修订等过程，最终推出目前的推荐目录表。
这些分类目录每年将根据具体情况进行修订。

而会议之间也没有任何量化比较，只有人们默认的一些不成文的档次划分。
我读硕士和博士期间，组里对于会议和期刊档次的划分大致如下(其中加入了一些个人分析和评价)。
第一档：SIGCOMM, MobiComSIGCOMM是ACM老牌会议，其首席地位无可置疑。
SIGCOMM论文录用率在10%左右，收录的论文偏重系统和协议设计，极少有理论论文。
另外，每年收录的二三十篇论文中仅有1/5左右是无线网络，但这些论文的平均质量和影响力都很高。
MobiCom 专注于无线网络，每年收录30篇左右，录用率在10%~15%。
在2005年以前，MobiCom论文以理论加仿真占主导，所以一人一电脑就可搞定。
但之后随着WiFi硬件接口的公开和软件无线电平台的星期，做实验变得越来越容易，所以对于实验验证的要求越来越高，收录的论文也越来越偏系统设计测量之类。
2010年MobiCom的一位组委会成员感叹：MobiCom is becoming highly imbalanced. The systems guys clearly dominate the entire conference. Most of them don’t have the patience to read theory papers… If you don’t have any running code, it’s very hard to get in.第二档：MobiHoc, MobiSys, SIGMETRICSMobiHoc, MobiSys两个会议可以说是MobiCom下比肩而立的两兄弟。
MobiHoc偏理论，MobiSys偏系统和应用(特别是手机等移动计算系统)。
中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊目录（2012年）中国计算机学会前言本次发布的《中国计算机学会推荐国际学术会议和期刊目录》（第三版）是在2011年8月第二版的基础上，根据CCF会员和业界的反馈和建议，由CCF学术工作委员会（简称工委）修订而成。
本目录包括如下10个领域的重要国际学术会议及期刊：1）计算机系统与高性能计算、2）计算机网络、3）网络与信息安全、4）软件工程/系统软件/程序设计语言、5）数据库/数据挖掘/内容检索、6）计算机科学理论、7）计算机图形学与多媒体、8）人工智能与模式识别、9）人机交互与普适计算、10）前沿/交叉/综合等，供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价时的参考。
目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。
A类指国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，有重要的学术影响，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际学术界所认可的重要会议和刊物；其中，会议论文指“Full paper”或“regular paper”，会议上发表的Short paper, Poster, Demo paper, Technical Brief, summary等均不计入，所列刊物列表中，没有收入magazine。
CCF学术工委于2012年4月启动本次修订，根据过去一年学术工委收到的建议，组成10个工作组分别进行修订。
经中国计算机大会（大连）期间召开的学术工委会议及后续讨论，形成征求意见稿，于2013年1月10日在中国计算机学会网站发布，公示一周，广泛征求意见。
征求意见稿得到了国内计算机界同行和海外专家学者的大量建议和意见。
2013年1月18日，中国计算机学会组织由理事长、秘书长批准的终审委员会，召开专门会议，审定目录。
学术工委向该委员会报告了列表的讨论和修订情况，对有争议的会议和刊物，详尽地提供了同行的不同的意见以及客观数据。
终审委员会以讨论方式一致通过了刊物和B类、C类会议的目录。
计算机核心期刊排名及投稿信息计算机科学与技术领域的研究者都希望能够将自己的研究成果发表在有影响力的核心期刊上。

2. 投稿要求每个期刊在接收投稿时都有自己的一系列要求和规定。
研究者在准备投稿之前必须仔细阅读并遵守相应的要求。
下面是一些常见的投稿信息，供研究者参考：（1）投稿格式：期刊通常会要求作者按照特定的格式准备论文，包括字体、字号、标题、摘要、关键词、引用格式等。
（2）投稿流程：期刊一般都有在线投稿系统，研究者需要注册并按照系统要求提交论文。
投稿过程中可能需要填写作者信息、论文摘要、关键词等。
（3）论文评审：投稿的论文通常需要经过同行评审，由专家学者对论文进行评审和审稿意见，包括是否适合发表在该期刊、是否符合学术规范、是否有改进意见等。
根据评审结果，期刊编辑部将决定是否接受论文。
（4）投稿要求和主题：研究者需要确保自己的研究方向与期刊的主题吻合，并符合期刊的投稿要求。
同时，要注意期刊是否要求论文为原创研究，或者是否接受调研、综述等类型的文章。
