I'm one of your customers. I'm writing to make a complaint about your goods.
To begin with, I ordered a notebook computer and a set of English novels on your website two weeks ago, but I didn't receive them until yesterday. Besides, to my disappointment, the computer I received isn't the one I ordered. If you refer to my original order, you will find that I requested a Model 506 computer. However, Model 480 reached me instead, causing me much inconvenience. To make matters worse, the books are far from satisfying, as I found some pages missing. Therefore, I hope you can solve the matter for me. I wonder if you can take back those you sent out and replace them with a Model 506 computer and a new set of books?
I feel bad to complain but I am afraid that I have to do so for the terrible flight experience on BA793 on February 28th 2018.
