DOI:10.13419/ki.aids.2020.12.21•工作研究•PDCA循环管理法在消除艾滋病梅毒和乙型肝炎母婴传播项目中的应用樊静洁，刘世新（南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院预防保健科，广东深圳518028）摘要：目的探讨计划、实施、检查、处理(PDCA)循环管理法在深圳市助产机构中消除艾滋病(AIDS).梅毒和乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)母婴传播项目(EMTPT)的应用效果，为在助产机构中开展EMTPT项目探索新的管理方法。
方法运用PDCA循环管理法，对EMTPT项目中的各项指标进行监管，比较应用PDCA循环管理法进行专项管理前后的效果。
结果观察深圳市2018年6月至2019年5月24161名孕妇和18933名产妇，对孕产妇艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测率、乙肝病毒阳性孕产妇建档率、阳性孕产妇治疗率、阳性孕产妇所生儿童治疗率分别由改善前的91.03%、66.67%,82.00%,6&00%,提高到改善后的95.00%、94.96%、100.00%,100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)f结论运用PDCA循环管理法对EMTPT项目专项管理，能够有效提高母婴阻断效果。
关键词：PDCA循环法；消除艾滋病、梅毒、乙型肝炎；母婴传播；成效分析中图分类号：R512.91;R373.9文献标志码：A文章编号：1672-5662(2020)12-1348-04Application of PDCA cycle management method in eliminating mother to child transmission of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B FAN Jingjie,LIU Shixin.(Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University,Shenzhen51802&Guangdong,China)Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA(plan-do-check-action)cycle management method in the project of eliminating AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B mother to child transmission(EMTPT)in midwifery institutions in Shenzhem and to explore a new management method for EMTPT project in midwifery institutions.Methods PDCA cycle management method is used to supervise the indicators of EMTPT project and compare the effect of PDCA cycle management method before and after the special management.Results From June2018to May2019, 24161pregnant women and18933women who just gave birth were observed.The detection rate of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B,the filing rate of hepatitis B positive,the treatment rate,and the treatment rate of children born to positive pregnant women of the two groups increased from91.03%,66.67%,82.00%and68.00%before the management to95.00%,94.96%.100%and100%after,with the differences statistically significant(P v0.05).Conclusion Applicationof PDCA circulation management method to EMTPT project can effectively improve the effect of mother to child transmission of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B.Keywords:PDCA cycle;elimination of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B;mother to child transmission;effectiveness analysis艾滋病（AIDS）、乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）流行是全球严重的公共卫生问题之一IT,梅毒是全球最常见的性传播疾病之一⑶。
