数字化技术在半侧颌骨肥大治疗中的应用1例报道吴中兴;叶翁三杰;杨学文;张漫;熊晖【期刊名称】《口腔颌面外科杂志》【年(卷),期】2017(27)1【摘要】目的:探讨半侧颌骨肥大(hemimandibular hyperplasia,HMH)的数字化设计和3D打印□板的应用.方法:对1例活跃期半侧颌骨肥大畸形的患者实施了LeFort I型截骨术、左侧下颌升支矢状劈开截骨术、口内入路右侧升支垂直截骨术合并髁突切除术、右侧下颌下缘轮廓成形术等综合手术.临床流程是先采集螺旋CT 数据,并对牙模激光扫描,利用Supervirtual软件进行虚拟手术设计,通过3D打印□板,在手术中应用.完整保存了患者的临床资料和放射线检查.结果:3D打印的□板精确、有效,手术时间缩短,手术效果好,患者面部中线一致,面型对称.结论:本例报道显示:在半侧颌骨肥大的综合手术治疗中,数字化手术设计和3D打印□板是有效可行的.%Objective: To describe a case of surgical correction of hemimandible hyperplasia (HMH) by virtual design and 3D printed sprints.Methods:Comprehensive surgery was performed in a female patient including Le Fort I osteotomy, remus sagital split on contra side, intraoral vertical osteotomy and complete condyle remove on the affected side, and mandible recontouring. The clinical protocol consists of 3D data acquisition of the craniofacial complex by CT and surface scanning of the plaster dental casts. The ''virtual patient'' created underwent virtual surgery and a simulation of postopera-tive results on hard tissues. Surgical splints were manufactured using 3D printing in order to transfer the virtualsurgical plan to the operating room. Intraoperatively, CAD/CAM surgical splints are effectively used to guide operation. Adequate clinical data and radiographic examination were performed for analysis. Results: The surgical outcome was satisfied with straight facial midline and symmetry. It was found that 3D printed splint is accurate and effective. 下颌髁突软骨的生化组成和在压缩负荷作用下的生化机械性能∗王硕(综述);华先明(审校)【期刊名称】《广东牙病防治》【年(卷),期】2015(000)010【摘要】下颌髁突软骨( mandibular condylar cartilage, MCC)在承受负荷时发生适应性改建,而压缩负荷是其主要的承受负荷。

髁突软骨细胞的主要功能是合成和分泌基质。

胶原形成了 MCC的三维网络结构,也影响了MCC的形态、稳定性、拉伸力和抗剪切力。

持续的压缩负荷比间断的压缩负荷使MCC形变更明显。

MCC是一个不均质体,弹性模量与软骨的厚度成正比。

压缩负荷可增加Ⅱ型胶原和硫酸软骨素的生成,由成熟层和肥大层承载。

髁突软骨细胞对负荷的敏感性是髁突保持终生改建能力的重要生物学基础。

本文对下颌髁突软骨的形态结构特征、生化组成以及在压缩负荷作用下的生化机械性能作一综述。

成年女性下颌骨朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例本文报道1例下颌骨朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症。

患者，女性，34岁，左下后牙龈疼痛1年，伴溢脓2个月，经组织病理及免疫组织化学检查证实为朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症。
