•世界酒精生产状况
目前,全世界酒精年产量约3394万吨。其中美国和巴西的酒精产量占全球总产量的66%。美国,巴西,中国,俄罗斯是世界酒精生产大国。2001年中国酒精总产量已跃居第三位。
发酵罐是反应设备(化工生产中实现化学反应)的主要设备。其作用:①使物料混合均匀;②使气体在液相中很好分散;③使固体颗粒在液相中均匀悬浮;④使不均匀的另一液相均匀悬浮或充分乳化;⑤强化相间的传质;⑥强化传热。
目前已广泛地用于制药、味精、酶制、食品行业等。它的主要组成部分包括釜体、搅拌装置、传热装置、轴封装置。还根据需要加其他的附件,如装焊人孔、手孔和各种接管(为了便于检修内件及加料、排料),安装温度计、压力表、视镜、安全泄放装置(为了操作过程中有效地监视和控制物料的温度、压力)等。

摘要
酒精在人们日常生活以及科学研究等诸多领域都有很广泛的应用。世界酒精行业以及我国酒精行业都呈现快速发展趋势,产量逐年递增。发酵法生产酒精的能力将成为一个国家经济实力的标志。发酵法主要是利用微生物无氧发酵,将含糖物质如,甘蔗,甘薯,玉米等物质内的糖类转化为乙醇,生成酒精。此法原料来源丰富,生产过程环保,值得大力推广。本设计对酒精生产的发酵车间进行了计算和设备选型,力求理论和实践相结合。

1.酒精是一种新能源,其优势在于发酵酒精属于可再生能源,乙醇不仅是一种优良燃料,它作为一种优良燃油品质改善剂被广泛使用,其优良特性主要有:乙醇是燃油的增氧剂,是汽油燃烧完全,大大节能和环保的;乙醇具有很好的抗爆性能;乙醇是优于太阳能的一种生物转化能源,是可再生资源。
釜体是由简体和两个封头组成,它的作用是为物料进行化学反应提供一定的空间。搅拌装置是由传动装置、搅拌轴和搅拌器组成,它的作用是参加反应的各种物料均匀混合,使物料很好地接触而加速化学反应的进行。搅拌装置可以分为非潜水型(仅驱动机和减速机及传动系统露在液体外面)和潜水型(从驱动机至搅拌器全部潜入液体内)两种类型。传热装置是在釜体内部设置蛇管或在釜体外部设置夹套,其作用是使控制物料温度在反应所需要范围之内。轴封装置为搅拌罐和搅拌轴间的密封,以防止反应物料的逸出和杂物的渗入,通常采用填料密封或机械密封。本文参考酒精发酵工艺设计机械搅拌发酵罐。
Fermenter is the main equipment response equipment ( chemical production to achieve the chemical reaction) . Its role :①the material mixing ;②gas well dispersd in the liquid phase ;③uniform solid particles suspended in the liquid phase ;④make another uneven uniformly suspended or emulsified liquid ;⑤strengthen and white mass transfer ;⑥heat transfer enhancement .

Summary
Alcohol has very extensive application in a great deal of fields such as people's daily life and scientific research. The trades and alcohol trades of our country have fast development trends on earth in the world. The output is increased progressively year by year. The ability for producing alcohol of the fermented law will become the sign of a national economic strength. The fermented law is mainly to utilize microorganism to have no oxygen to ferment, it suck candy material like,sugarcane, sweet potato, carbohydrate in the material such as the maize are turned into ethanol, turn into alcohol. This law raw material sources are abundant , the environmental protection of the production process, is worth popularizing in a more cost-effective manner. Originally design the fermented workshop produced to alcohol to calculate with the selecting type of the apparatus, strive to make the theory combine with practice.

•酒精的主要性质
无色、透明,具有特殊香味的液体(易挥发),密度比水小,能跟水以任意比互溶(一般不能做萃取剂)。是一种重要的溶剂,能溶解多种有机物和无机物。外观与性状:无色液体,有酒香。熔点(℃):-114.1沸点(℃):78.3 ,相对密度(水=1):0.79,相对蒸气密度(空气=1):1.59,饱和蒸气压(kPa):5.33(19℃)燃烧热(kJ/mol):1365.5临界温度(℃):243.1临界压力(MPa):6.38辛醇/水分配系数的对数值:0.32闪点(℃):12引燃温度(℃):363爆炸上限%(V/V):19.0爆炸下限%(V/V):3.3溶解性:与水混溶,可混溶于醚、氯仿、甘油等多数有机溶剂。

Has been widely used in the pharmaceutical , monosodium glutamate , enzyme system,such as the food industry . Its main components include the kettle , stirring means , heat transfer means , the shaft sealing device . Also necessary to add other accessories, such as assembly and welding manholes, hand holes and various takeover ( For ease of maintenance the parts and feeding, nesting ) , install thermometers , pressure gauges, sight glass, safety relief device ( for operating procedure effectively monitor and control the material 's temperature , pressure) and so on .
Simplified and kettle body is composed of two head composition, its role is to provide some materials for the chemical reaction space . Stirring means by the drive means is a stirring shaft , and a stirrer consisting of , its role is reacted uniformly mixed various materials, the material makes good contact with the accelerated chemical reaction. Stirring device can be divided into non- diving ( only the driver and gear and drive out in a liquid gel ) and diving ( from driver to sneak into the blender all the liquid ) of twotypes. The heat transfer means is provided in the flexible tube inside the autoclave or in a jacket provided outside the reactor body , and its role is to control the material temperature in the range necessary for the reaction . Seal stirred tank and thestirring means is between the shaft seal to prevent the escape of the reaction mass and the infiltration of debris , usually packing or mechanical seal.
