基于PROE隐形眼镜盒注塑模具设计

塑料模具是塑料工业生产过程中利用特定形状,通过特定的方式来成型塑料制品 的一种生产工艺装备。模具的设计与制造技术,特别是设计与制造大型、精密、长寿 命模具的技术,已成为衡量一个国家机械制造水平的重要标志。本文是隐形眼盒的结 构选择及其注塑模具结构的分析,隐形眼镜盒属于日常生活用品,所用原料是当前应 用较为广泛的热塑性塑料 ABS。该隐形眼镜盒具有:结构简单,外形美观;表面光滑, 粗糙度小;结构强度高,经久耐用等特点。 本文研究内容为:使用 Pro/ENGINEER 软件的零件制造模块设了计眼镜盒结构形 状; 用 Pro/ENGINEER 软件的模具制造模块对眼镜盒进行模具装配; 分析了眼镜盒分型 面并设计出了模具浇注系统;对模具的动、定模板进行了开模设计;用 EMX 软件对设 计好的模具进行了模架的总装配并对装配好的模具进行了开模测试分析。 设计使用 Pro/ENGINEER 制图软件对隐形眼镜盒模具进行设计,实现了隐形眼镜 盒及其模具结构的成功设计和分析。设计结果的模具开模测试证明模具具有良好的可 行性与经济性,与传统的设计方法相比,这种设计方法不仅提高了生产效率,同时提 高了产品的质量,模具结构整体设计思路和要求符合现代模具设计潮流,符合现代模 具设计的发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
Plastic mold is a kind of craft equipment in the plastic industrial production which uses the specific shape and shapes plastic products through certain way. The mold design and manufacturing technology, specially, the designing and manufacturing the large-scale, precise and long-life mold has become an important symbol of the level of a national mechanical design and manufacture. This article is structure selection and injection mold structure analys for the contact lenses box. This product is a kind of daily necessities and its material is thermoplastic ABS. ABS is a kind of material which is current used quite widespread. Its production batch is the mass production and has the characteristics: simple structure, beautiful appearance; smooth surface, also the surface roughness is small; high strength and durability of the product. The design for the research content: using Pro/E software parts manufacturing module set plan contact lenses box structure shape; with Pro/E software mold manufacture module to the contact lenses box for the mold assembly; analyzes the contact lenses box of parting surface and designs a mold casting system; the move to mold and set the template for the open mold design; with EMX software to design mold of the formwork total assembly and to the assembly mold cavity test analysis. The design using Pro/e drawing software to invisible contact lenses box of mold design, realizes the contact lenses box of the success of the mold design. The design of the mold cavity test results prove that mold has good feasibility and economical efficiency. Compared with the traditional design method, this kind of design increases productivity and product quality. The overall design mentality and request conform to the modern design tidal and development direction of the future.
