Analysis The topic of this part is “traffic rules”. Such a topic is related to our daily life,
so it is helpful to raise students’ learning interests. Students are expected to be able
to use the structure “...must...” to express some traffic rules.
This lesson is the fourth period of this unit. In the last three periods, the
students have learnt the new words about ways to go to school, new patterns:
"...must.../Don’t..." to express some traffic rules. In this period, the students will
learn some vocabularies and sentences about traffic rules. The most important point
in this period is students’ comprehensive application of the target language.

Students in Grade Six have learned English for about 2 years so far. The
students are happy to get in touch with new things. They are willing to play
interesting games. They have taken a great interest in English now.
