尼康D90实用手册D90和D300一些细节区别实际使用后，最大的感受除了专业机和业余机手感上的区别，D90比D300差的最多的就是对焦系统了，除了D300有各种对焦和追焦上的选项之外，最主要的就是对焦速度和追焦成功率了，俺拍摄的对象以自己家的很小的不配合的活动范围和活动能力均不强的小朋友为主，一般用动态对焦、连拍、动态区域拍摄，快门一般在1/100以上，用D90的时候比较清晰60%左右，特别清晰的大概有20％~30％。

用D300这个成功率是非常高的，特别清晰的一般在70~80左右。

其它方面：1. 显示模式，D90没有显示对焦点功能，D300有；2. 虽然跟D300一样，有3D跟踪，但只有11个点一个选项；3. D90的OK按钮，功能比D300少，不能设定在查看图片时按下OK键的行为，D300 可以设定为在查看照片的时候，按下OK键看直方图或者启动润饰菜单等等，而D90只能是启动润饰菜单；4. 没有AF微调功能，这个，让我们一起骂一声：不厚道啊！除此之外，在机内软件上，D90相对D300还是有不少亮点的：1. 删除和隐藏图像，D90增加了按照日期选择的功能；2. 设定优化校准，D90默认增加了人像和风景两种；3. 动态D-Light，D90增加了Auto，D90还增加了“极高”；4. 相比D300，增加即时取景自动对焦方式，可以是：脸部优先、宽区域和标准区域；5. D90自拍，增加了拍摄张数的选项，可以选择1~9张。

从此拍家庭集体合影的时候，就不怕有人闭眼睛了，同时，自拍连拍的时候，还可以使用曝光包围，上架子拍风景的时候也会比较轻松一点；6. D90显示屏关闭延迟，细化了各种情况，可以针对“播放、菜单、摄影信息显示和影像查看”分别设定关闭LCD屏幕的时间；7. D90自动包围曝光中，增加了D-Light包围；8. D90的Func按钮，可选择项目比D300多了不少，这也是正常的，机身上的按钮比较少嘛，相比D80，其中有两个是新的：“访问我的菜单中的首个项目和可以切换到＋NEF 的模式”；9. D90固件版本号多了一个，除了A、B还有一个L；10. D90润饰菜单多了不少功能，主要多了：“快速润饰、矫正（可以矫正水平线）、失真控制（可以矫正桶形和枕形畸变）、鱼眼”；11.
