摘 要绞车作为煤矿运输的辅助设备,在煤矿的运输中起着举足轻重的作用。
本设计的20JHS -多用变速绞车主要用于采煤工作面液压支架的撤移,调向和搬运,还可以在斜井中作提升和下放重物之用。
20JHS -多用变速绞车主要由电动机、联轴器、液力推杆制动器、减速器、及卷筒组成。
减速器包括圆锥—圆柱减速器、行星减速器。
锥齿轮为格里森制弧齿锥齿轮。
行星减速器采用2K —H 传动形式,中心太阳轮浮动。
其结构紧凑、传动比大,均载效果好。
另外,本绞车取消了原淮南JM-28的整体式结构,这样可以使得铸造以及维修更加方便,大大地缩短了修理的时间,降低了维修的成本。
同时,也为了适应绞车结构的需要,增设了一个过桥部件。
由于采煤工作面工况复杂多变,有多种需要,因此,本绞车设计为三速,有三种牵引力,采用机械变速,通过确定滑移齿轮的位置来实现。
本绞车的设计寿命为5000小时,是回柱绞车(蜗轮蜗杆传动)的三倍,整机效率达到78.9%。
关键词:绞车;矿山机械;行星传动图书分类号: 密 级:AbstractAs an ancillary transporting equipment, winch plays an important role in transportation of coal mine.JHS-change speed winch is mainly used in removing, marshalling and hauling 20hydraulic prop on word face. Besides, it can also used as the equipment to raise and low down heavy load.JHS-mainly consists of electric motor, coupling, electro-hydraulic thruster brake, 20gearbox and drum. While gear boxes include cone-cylinder gear reducer, and planetary gear box. The former is Gleason-make spiral bevel gear, which the latter takes 2k-H transmission pattern. Of this structure, the center gear floats to achieve the goal of averaging load. This has many advantages compact structure, big speed ratio and good effect of averaging load. Besides, this winch uses box divided style to instead the integral structure of JM-28 in Huainan, which can ease the costing and maintenance. It can shorten the time of maintenance greatly, hence, it can low the cost of maintenance. At the same time, in order to meet the demand of the winch’s structure, an idle gear equipment is attached to it.According to different circumstance of work face, the winch is designed to have three speeds and three haulage force. 液压绞车牵引系统技术摘要1总体要求1.1液压绞车牵引系统的设计与制造:设计先进、结构合理、运行安全、经济适用、操作简单,其总体技术水平达到当今国内外同类产品的先进水平。
1.2液压绞车牵引系统要有足够的强度、刚度、稳定性和抗倾覆性,整机结构应紧凑,造型美观、坚固耐用,密封性好、保护环节完善,成套性强,安装调整方便,可维护性好。
各机构能安全可靠地运行,震动、噪声、环保、节能均符合现行有关标准的要求,消防和安全均符合中国的现行有关标准。
保证运转平稳,能连续长时间运转。
1.3液压绞车牵引系统的钢结构、机械系统、电气系统和安全保护装置要符合现行国内有关规范和标准。
所有的总成部件必须装有铭牌,铭牌应标有该总成件的主要技术规格参数。
配套厂的总成件铭牌要完好保留,便于察看。
安全标志及说明采用中英文两种文字书写。
1.4液压绞车牵引系统必须充分满足使用方的要求,使用性能和寿命必须具有优于同类一般产品的优点。
1.5液压绞车牵引系统的设计图纸和技术文件的制图方法、尺寸、公差配合、符号等都应采用公制体系,并符合ISO现行有关标准或中国现行有关国家标准的规定。
1.6液压绞车牵引系统厂家应负责总体设计、制造和液压绞车牵引系统及其控制柜(含附件)的供货、运输、安装、调试、取证协调工作,以及附件供货、安装与调试。
投标方提供整套系统(液压绞车和液压系统)的全部零部件及附件,招标方只提供水电气的接口。
1.7在合同签订后的7日内,投标人应向招标人提供所需的液压绞车牵引系统全部、详细的基础施工图和电气配置图。

无极绳绞车毕业设计1 绪论1.1引言煤炭是中国主要能源和重要的化工原料.煤炭企业在国民经济和社会发展中起着及其重要的地位.从不同角度阐述了煤炭企业在国民经济和社会发展中所处的重要地位,并指出在今后相当长一个时期内,这种地位不会改变.煤炭工业的机械化是指采掘、支护、运输、提升的机械化。
其中运输包括矿物运输和辅助运输。
绞车就是辅助运搬输其中一种。
我国绞车的发展大致分为三个阶段。
20世纪50年代主要是仿制设计阶段;60年代,自行设计阶段;70年代以后,我国进入标准化、系列化设计阶段。
1.2绞车运输及国内外的发展状况近40年我国的煤炭行业发生了巨大变化,采煤技术已接近达到国际先进水平,综采单采原煤产量早已突破了百万吨,然而煤炭工业机械化离不开运输,运输又离不了辅助运输设备,绞车就是辅助运输设备的一种。
原煤的运输也已经实现了大运量娦式输送机化,但井下轨道辅助运输与之很不适应,材料的运输基本上沿用传统的小绞车群接式的运输方式,运输战线长,环节多,占用搬运设备、人员外,安全性差,效率低。
尽管一些煤矿对其进行了技术改造, 但仍然满足不了当前矿井发展和生产的需要。
可见矿井辅助运输在当前现代化矿井建设中起关键作用。
我国绞车的诞生是从20世纪50年代开始的,初期主要仿制日本和苏联的;60年代进入了自行设计阶段;随着技术的慢慢成熟,绞车的设计也进入了标准化和系列化的发展阶段。
但与国外水平相比,我国的绞车在品种、型式、结构、产品性能,三化水平(参数化、标准化、通用化)和技术经济方面还存在一定的差距。
国外矿用绞车发展趋势有以下几个特点:a、标准化、系列化;b、体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑;c、高效节能;d、寿命长、低噪音;e、一机多能、通用化、大功率;g、外形简单、平滑、美观、大方。
针对国外的情况我们应采取以下措施:a、制定完善标准,进行产品更新改造和提高产品性能;b、完善测试手段,重点放在产品性能检测;c 技术引进和更新换代相结合;d、组织专业化生产,争取在较短时间内达到先进国家的水平。

绞车,用卷筒缠绕钢丝绳或链条提升或牵引重物的轻小型起重设备,又称卷扬机,可单独使用,也可作起重、筑路和矿井提升等机械中的组成部件,因操作简单、绕绳量大、移置方便而广泛应用。
本次设计旨在以单卷筒行星齿轮传动调度绞车为依托,采用新的设计方法――三维实体设计来完成产品的设计。
三维实体设计(实体造型)是近年来发展起来的一种先进的设计方法,与传统设计方法相比较有许多优越性。
长期以来,传统的设计方法由于受到技术手段的限制,不得不放弃用直观感强的立体图来表达产品,而是遵循着一种工作量大、设计周期长的方式进行设计:三维构思-------平面图形---------三维产品,不仅使原本直观的立体抽象化了,而且耗费了大量的精力和时间。
因为在这样一个抽象思维和想象的环境中,既不符合由形象思维到抽象思维的认知规律,又不利于培养空间想象能力和创新设计能力。
而三维实体设计(实体造型)弥补了传统设计法的这种缺陷,在二维和三维空间中架起一座桥梁,让我们在三维空间中直接认知和感知三维实体,更加充分地发展和提高了设计师的空间想象能力及创新能力,为先进产品的开发提供了广阔而优越的设计平台。
本设计是应用以参数化为基础的CAD/CAE/CAM集成软件Pro/ENGINEER进行三维实体造型,来完成产品的零件、部件设计和整机的装配。
其最大的优点在于大大减少了设计师的工作量,从而加速了机械设计的过程。
另外,还可以对产品进行优化,使其结构更加合理,性能更加良好。
第一章方案评述绞车有手动、内燃机和电动机驱动几类。
①手动绞车的手柄回转的传动机构上装有停止器(棘轮和棘爪),可使重物保持在需要的位置。
装配或提升重物的手动绞车还应设置安全手柄和制动器。
手动绞车一般用在起重量小、设施条件较差或无电源的地方。
②内燃机驱动的绞车,在卷筒与内燃机之间装有离合器。
当离合器和卷筒轴上的制动器松开后,卷筒上的绳索处于无载状态,此时绳索一端可从卷筒上自由地拽出,以缩短再次提拉物件时的挂绳时间。

120/94≈1.3>1.1根据以上计算,绞车牵引力富余系数大于1.1,能满足使用要求。

L—为钢丝绳提升长度,取L= m。
2)绞车最大拉车数计算由上述计算得出W和下表计算填写表格最大拉车数三、绞车安装验收标准1、绞车使用单位要检查绞车的完好情况和设备编号、生产许可证、产品合格证、防爆合格证、矿用产品安全标志证,任一项不合格均不得使用。
