正、负压保护器说明书正、负压保护器是一种安装在沼气发酵罐上,当罐体产生正、负压时,起到保护作用以防出现安全事故的一种装置。
正、负压保护器共有2种型号,分别为500pa型和4kpa型。
2种型号的保护器原理与基本构造相同,现场根据发酵罐体来对其进行选型,如果发酵罐体为搪瓷顶,则选用4kpa型;如果发酵罐体为膜顶,则选用500pa型。
一、正、负压保护器构造组成:1、正压保护器正压保护器为玻璃钢材质,要求做外模保证外表光滑。
厚度均为15mm。
活动顶盖法兰厚度25mm。
保护器外部有一玻璃液位指示管,上部设有一个DN20进水口,通过此口向保护器内加水。
下部相应配有一个DN20放水口。
中心管的管径为100mm,此管与正、负压保护器套管相连接。
在保护器侧壁上开有一个DN100的套管,此套管的作用是用来安装烟囱。
2、负压保护器负压保护器材质和加工要求与正压保护器相同,同样为玻璃钢材质,要求做外模保证外表光滑。
负压保护器中心管制作是加工的关键,中心管采用UPVC 管,底部与玻璃钢连接,可采用加焊一结合环来解决。
负压保护器与正压保护器在外表结构上十分相似,同样配有DN20进、出水口各一个,玻璃液位指示管一根。
但负压保护器在底座上开有4个沿圆周均匀分布的进气孔。
负压保护器中心管顶端按图A所示车一倒角,保证顶面平整与后装的套筒严密结合。
管底十字撑PVC板为塑料焊连接。
二、正、负压保护器工作原理:1、正压保护器正压保护器的作用是用来对发酵罐体起正压保护作用的。
发酵罐体对于压力是有一个承受上限的,如果罐体内部压力超过这个数值,就很可能会导致罐体爆裂的严重安全事故。
例如:当罐体进料并搅拌的时候,产气量会骤然增加,大量的沼气迅速在罐体聚集,产生非常大的压力。
如果此时不能及时给罐体泄压,就很可能会导致安全事故。
因此我们用正压保护器对罐体进行泄压。
正压保护器的内部有一定深度的水封,作用有二。
第一是防止沼气泄露,因为保护器上部的套管是与发酵罐体相连接的。
CDXJ6–3欠压保护器使用说明书
欠压保护器使用说明书SUZGQ-63系列自复式过欠压保护器(以下简称保护器)是采用最新技术开发的又一高科技新产品。
当供电线路出现过电压、欠电压时,保护器能在持续高压冲击下迅速、安全地切断电路,避免异常电压送入终端电器造成事故的发生,当电压恢复正常值,保护器将在规定时间内自动接通电路,确保终端电器在无人值守情况下正常运行。
保护器适用于单相交流电压220V,频率50Hz,额定工作电流60A及以下的用户或负载。
作为由中性线故障引起的单相线路过欠电压对单相用电设备的保护。
主要用于住宅分户箱进线或需要保护单相用电设备的配电线路的保护。
完全依据企业标准Q/SUZ1GQ001-2012设计生产的新一代自复式过欠压保护器。
单相线路发生过欠电压时切断线路,单相线路电压恢复正常经延时后自动复位接通线路,无需人工操作。
线路出现瞬态或暂态过电压时,保护器不产生误动作。
线路由于接点不实等故障出现电压不稳,或突然断电又突然来电时,保护器不接通线路。
线路故障电压为最高时,保护器自身不会被损坏。
电压保护范围:40A以
下0~300V,50/60A:0~600Y。
耐受冲击电压:4kV(符合川类电器的安全标准)。

Surge ArresterGeneralEaton combines metal (zinc) oxide varistor technology in a pre m olded rubber elbow to provide overvoltage system protection in an insulated, fully shielded, sub m ers i ble, deadfront device with its Cooper Power™ series metal oxide varistor elbow (M.O.V .E.) surge arrester.The arrester housing inter f ace conforms to IEEE Std 386™-2006 standard – Separable Insulated Connector Systems. The arrester housing ismolded of EPDM insulating rubber, which provides deadfront safety in a small, clampstick operable unit.M.O.V .E. arresters are used on underground systems in pad -mounted transformer and entry cabinets, vaults, switching en c lo s ures and other installations to provide shielded deadfront arrester protection. 正、负压保护器说明书
正、负压保护器是一种安装在沼气发酵罐上,当罐体产生正、负压时,起到保护作用以防出现安全事故的一种装置。
正、负压保护器共有2种型号,分别为500pa型和4kpa型。
2种型号的保护器原理与基本构造相同,现场根据发酵罐体来对其进行选型,如果发酵罐体为搪瓷顶,则选用4kpa型;如果发酵罐体为膜顶,则选用500pa型。
一、正、负压保护器构造组成:
1、正压保护器
正压保护器为玻璃钢材质,要求做外模保证外表光滑。
厚度均为15mm。
活动顶盖法兰厚度25mm。
保护器外部有一玻璃液位指示管,上部设有一个DN20进水口,通过此口向保护器内加水。
下部相应配有一个DN20放水口。
中心管的管径为100mm,此管与正、负压保护器套管相连接。
在保护器侧壁上开有一个DN100的套管,此套管的作用是用来安装烟囱。
2、负压保护器
负压保护器材质和加工要求与正压保护器相同,同样为玻璃钢材质,要求做外模保证外表光滑。
负压保护器中心管制作是加工的关键,中心管采用UPVC 管,底部与玻璃钢连接,可采用加焊一结合环来解决。
负压保护器与正压保护器在外表结构上十分相似,同样配有DN20进、出水口各一个,玻璃液位指示管一根。
但负压保护器在底座上开有4个沿圆周均匀分布的进气孔。
负压保护器中心管顶端按图A所示车一倒角,保证顶面平整与后装的套筒严密结合。
管底十字撑PVC板为塑料焊连接。
二、正、负压保护器工作原理:
1、正压保护器
正压保护器的作用是用来对发酵罐体起正压保护作用的。
发酵罐体对于压力是有一个承受上限的,如果罐体内部压力超过这个数值,就很可能会导致罐体爆裂的严重安全事故。
例如:当罐体进料并搅拌的时候,产气量会骤然增加,大量的沼气迅速在罐体聚集,产生非常大的压力。
如果此时不能及时给罐体泄压,就很可能会导致安全事故。
因此我们用正压保护器对罐体进行泄压。
正压保护器的内部有一定深度的水封,作用有二。
第一是防止沼气泄露,因为保护器上部的套管是与发酵罐体相连接的。
第二就是它的泄压作用。
当罐内沼气压力过大时,中心管内的水位下降,直到沼气从中心管的下端逸出,并从侧壁的烟囱排向大气。
当气体逸出的时候,会带起一定高度的水柱,很有可能从正压保护器中漏出,因此需要加设烟囱,作用在于防止正压保护器中的水流失,从而导致罐体漏气。
2、负压保护器
负压保护器的作用是用来对发酵罐体起负压保护作用的。
发酵罐体对压力同样会有一个承受下限,如果罐体压力过低,外部大气压则会大于罐体内部压力,这时罐体就会受到一个来自大气压的挤压力。
如果内外压差达到一定数值时,罐体就会被大气压力压扁。
这同样是很严重的安全事故。
例如:当罐体排液排泥时,会导致罐体内液位迅速下降,而空气又不能及时补进,从而形成负压。
这时就需
要对罐体迅速补充空气,来平衡罐体内外的压力,避免罐体被压扁。
负压保护器内部也同样会有一段水封。
其作用是单一的,就是用来封住外部的空气。
在中心管的上部会有一个套筒,是与中心管严密结合的。
当罐体内部压力在正常范围之内时,罐内压力会压住套筒,从而外部空气无法进入罐内。
但是当罐体内部产生负压时,外部空气的压力大于内部压力,从而顶着浮筒上升,直到浮筒完全脱水面,然后空气便进入罐体内部,补充气压,防止事故产生。
三、正、负压保护器的使用方法:
1、当发酵罐体为搪瓷顶时,选用的正、负压保护器型号为4kpa型。
正负压保护器通常安装在搪瓷罐体的罐顶。
根据罐体安装图,分别将正压保护器和负压保护器连接到罐顶正负压保护器套管上。
搪瓷顶的正压保护压力为 2.5kpa,负压为500pa。
正压和负压保护压力的数值是和保护器内的水封深度有关的,其换算关系是1cm水柱对应100pa压力。
在罐顶安装好正、负压保护器以后,需要分别向正、负压保护器内加水,如图所示,在正、负压保护器的顶部均有一个DN20的进水口,从此进水口向保护器内注水,同时需要观测保护器侧面的玻璃液位指示管,正压保护器内的水位要在20cm-30cm之间,负压保护器内的水位要在12-19cm左右,上下浮动不要太大,水位添加尽量准确。
2、当发酵罐体为膜顶时,选用的正、负压保护器型号为500pa型。
发酵罐为膜顶时,在罐顶无法安装保护器等配套设备,因此一般会在罐侧相应安装一个3m 平台,平台上放置正、负压保护器一套,以及吹膜风机一套。
根据罐体安装图,分别将正压保护器和负压保护器放置在平台上并连接到罐体保护器套管上。
安装完毕后,需要分别向正、负压保护器内加水,如图所示,在正、负压保护器的顶部均有一个DN20的进水口,从此进水口向保护器内注水,同时需要观测保护器侧面的玻璃液位指示管,正压保护器内的水位(液位计水位高度)要在5cm左右,负压保护器内的水位(液位计水位高度)要在7cm左右,上下浮动不要太
大,水位添加尽量准确。
3、由于水分蒸发等原因,站内技术人员要定期上罐巡检,查看玻璃液位指示管内的液位高度,根据此示数来判断保护器内是否缺水。
当水位低于要求高度时(搪顶正压为20-30cm,负压为19cm;膜顶正压为5cm,负压为7cm),打开进水口上的阀门,向内注水,并随时观测玻璃液位指示管内的液位高度,以免加入过量的水。
加水完毕,务必要关闭阀门,否则晴天时会加速水分蒸发。
雨天时会进入雨水,使保护器内水位升高。
水位过低或过高均会使保护器失去保护作用。
如果不慎加入过量的水,可以从保护器下部的排水口将多余的水排出。
4、北方冬季寒冷,保护期内水会结冰,从而失去保护作用,因此在加水时,还
要加入适量的防冻液,确保正、负压保护器正常启动运行。
沼气发酵用水封式正负压保护器,它包括第一密封罐,第一密封罐上部与主发酵罐连通,第一密封罐的底部与第二密封罐的底部连通,第二密封罐的上部分别与第三密封罐的上部及储气罐连通,第三密封罐的底部与第四密封罐的底部连通,第四密封罐的上部与大气连通,第一密封罐与第二密封罐之间通过水密封,第三密封罐与第四密封罐之间通过水密封,它是当主发酵罐内的压力达到设定上限时向储气罐内泄压,当储气罐内压力达到设定上限时向大气泄压,当主发酵罐内压力低于设定下限时,储气罐向主发酵罐内补充压力,当储气罐内压力不足时,大气向储气罐及主发酵罐内补充,达到对主发酵罐进行正负压保护的目的,使主发酵罐正常稳定工作。
一种新型沼气正负压保护器,包括内稳压室、外稳压室和稳压水,所述内稳压室与罐接口连通,所述内稳压室底部与外稳压室底部相连通且外稳压室的下口部边缘要比所述罐接口的下边缘低,所述稳压水位于内稳压室与外稳压室底部将内稳压室和外稳压室隔离,所述外稳压室通过排气管与大气连通,稳压水在内稳压室中的位置为内水位,稳压水在外稳压室中的位置为外水位。
当消化罐内的气体压力小于大气压力加上外水位和内水位的高度差产生的压力时,消化罐内将从大气中吸入空气,保持消化罐内的压力稳定,从而保护沼气消化罐不因超压或低压而被破坏。
沼气工程厌氧发生器罐体干式正负压保护器
本实用新型涉及沼气工程厌氧发生器罐体干式正负压保护器,包括两个换气室,换气室之间设置有两个气流通道,包括进气通道与排气通道,换气室与气流通道之间均设置有气压推动阀门;换气室上还设置有换气管。
本实用新型在厌氧发生器罐体内气压过大时,可以推动排气通道内的阀门,排出多余气体;在厌氧发生器罐体内气压过低,形成负压时,可以推动进气通道内的阀门,补充气压。
一体化正负压保护器,包括保护器筒体;所述筒体内装有水,所述筒体上设置有一个进气管和一个放散管;所述进气管底部伸入筒体内的水中、由水封住下端的进气管口形成水封结构,所述进气管通过一个软连接管连接一个止回阀,所述软连接管和止回阀之间设置有一个可调节支架。
本实用新型是一种集正压保护和负压保护于一体的保护器,既实现了传统正压保护器的功能,同时也实现了传统负压保护器的功能,减小了占地面积,在应用中越来越广泛。
腐蚀性气体正负压保护器。
正负压保护器分别由罐体1,罐底2,进气口3,出气口4,进水管5和排空管6组成,其中罐体被一个挡板7按照一定的体积比例分隔开,注入适当的水后,当气体压力比标准大气压大于某个值,或比标准大气压小于某个值时,进气口出气口相通,从而实现保护功能,整个保护器结构简单,可靠,安装方便。
同时材料均采用搪瓷钢板,具有很好的防腐性能,经久耐用。
