Alcohol occupies an important position in people's daily life. People often say that alcohol in moderation is good for heart, but pay no heed to more harm that alcohol brings to health.
In fact, any heart benefit is outweighed by alcohol-related deaths. Studies show that alcohol is a contributor to cancer and can induce esophageal cancer, liver cancer, oral cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer and other cancers.
