中职英语基础模块授课教案Unit 9 CultivationReading Food for Thought 中职生英语课程的教学目标是“以实用为主,应用为目的”。
正如《课程要求》所指出的那样: “教学模式的改变不仅是教学活动或教学手段的转变,而且是教学理念的转变,是实现从教师为中心,单纯传授语言知识和技能的教学模式,向学生为中心,既传授一般语言知识和技能,更注重培养语言运用能力和自主学习能力的教学模式的转变。
”这就需要中职英语教师学习新理念,合理运用现代化的教学手段,精心设计每个教学环节,让学生成为信息加工的主体,知识的主动构建者,学习过程的主人。
一、教材分析本课选自《中等职业教育课程改革国家规划新教材》基础模块上“Unit 9 Cultivation Reading Food for Thought(有益的教诲)”部分,此篇课文在整个单元为精读课文。
本篇课文通过一个简单的故事讲授了一个道理,即“不要对人发脾气,这样会伤人,朋友是最珍贵的。
”通过本篇课文的学习,不仅要培养学生的听、说、读、写的能力,还要培养学生的坚强意志,积极的情感和态度,懂得如何与他人相处。
二、学情分析我所教的班级是高一的新生,他们大多数英语基础比较薄弱, 运用英语进行交际活动的能力较差,主动学习的动力不够,然而他们的好胜心强,渴望在班集体里得到他人的承认,很在乎别人对他们的评价,求知欲旺盛,思维比较活跃。
因此,只有设置使他们感兴趣的活动,因材施教,尊重学生的个体差异,适应学生的个性发展需求,寻找适应他们的教学策略。
才能使每个学生均学有所得。

Unit 9 May I help you?(第三课时教学设计)一、教材分析1.教学内容本课时系教材《英语1》(基础模块高教版)第九单元的第三课时,包括language in use部分,具体内容为:各种场所的服务语言。
2.教学重点、难点⑴教学重点服务场所与服务语言。
⑵教学难点运用服务语言。
二、教学目标1.知识目标⑴掌握服务人员名称及场所词汇。
⑵掌握如何用英语在不同场合提供或获得服务的句型:What’s wrong with you?I have a bad headache.Can I take your order now?Can I help you?What can I do for you?2.能力目标学生能在不同的场所选择合适的服务用语。
3.情感目标学生设想未来的职业,建立初步的就业意识。
三、教学步骤Step One Lead-in1. The students show their documents they collect and describe the places where they got those documents and who served them. The teacher comments on it.(设计意图:学生展示前日所收集单据,并用所学语言描述服务地点与服务人员。
教师及时对学生的作业作出评价,对优秀作业的集体肯定,可以促使学生更积极主动地做作业。

目的在于让学生巩固并正确辨别服务场所以及相应的服务用语,根据生活语境进行交流。

Unit 9 May I help you?(第四课时教学设计)一、教材分析1.教学内容本课时系教材《英语1》(基础模块高教版)第九单元的第四课时,包括unit task, Self-check和Fun Time三部分,具体内容为:单元任务,单元回顾自查和一篇轻松课外阅读。
2.教学重点、难点⑴教学重点制作海报,描述理想社区。
⑵教学难点介绍社区中的各项服务。
二、教学目标1.知识目标掌握并运用服务场所,服务人员及相关的词汇、句型2.能力目标学生能流利使用服务场所,服务人员及相关的词汇、句型,并通过小组合作的方式制作海报,用所学语言描述小区提供的各项服务。
3.情感目标学生能通过小组活动增强合作意识,通过思考理想中小区所需要的服务,培养学生的服务意识。
三、教学步骤Step One Lead-in1. Make a comment on the students’ homework. Read some good dialogues made by the students.(设计意图:作业点评是学生最喜欢的环节之一,值得教师长期坚持。
)2. Review the vocabularies and sentences about services. (设计意图:复习单元重点,为下面的海报制作环节打基础。
)Step Two Unit Task1.The teacher makes a questionnaire:Which community do you live?Is it convenient to live there?What services can you get in your community?What services do you wish you could get in your community? (设计意图:通过问卷调查,让学生观察并审视自己和同学们所住社区以及社区所提供的服务,使学生重视自己的生活环境,并且了解到社区服务的重要性,为下一步运用语言作背景知识的铺垫。
Unit9 I hear that a fashion fair will be held in our city. 一、单元内容分析本单元的教学重点是了解和掌握与时装慈善活动相关的词汇和短语;能够听懂并会熟练运用与时装活动安排相关的句型进行询问和表达;能读懂与时尚相关的文章。
本单元通过复习与时装相关的短语和词汇,引出时装交易活动安排这个话题,与学生的兴趣爱好紧密相连。
但本单元的词汇和短语较长,平常少见,因此在学习的过程中存在一定的难度,所以针对学生的实际情况,教师应该通过合理的设计,帮助学生有效地完成听、说、读、写四个任务,为后面的练习以及语言的输出做好充足的准备。
在教学过程中教师可充分利用时装交易宣传等相关活动,让学生在个体或集体活动中充分练习活动安排的相关句型,并在此基础上培养学生的兴趣爱好和个性发展,帮助他们提升小组合作能力和自主学习的能力。

2.教学重点、难点(1)教学重点复习与时装相关的词汇和短语,听懂并掌握与展览会活动安排相关的简单对话,并能准确地询问和表达活动的安排。
(2)教学难点展览会的简单对话,并能正确询问和表达活动的安排和计划。

Unit 9 May I help you?(第一课时教学设计)一、学情分析职业学校的学生毕业后将走入社会,踏上工作岗位。
本单位将语言活动设置在真实的职业场景中,让学生模拟为顾客服务或作为顾客获得服务。
学生在真实的环境中运用英语处理问题,解决问题,从而提高英语运用能力,培养其职业意识。
职业学校的学生虽然大多数基础较差,英语表达能力欠缺,但他们有较强的表现欲望,好奇心强,有一定的求知卻,喜欢动手操作。
因此,教师在教学过程中应充分利用学生的特点开展相应活动,如借助图片,PPT,卡片,录音机等教学辅助手段,运用小组讨论,头脑风暴,海报制作等方式,让学生在语境中学习语言。

Reading and Writing一、教学建议语言运用要求:理解并准确流畅地朗读课文,完成教材和练习册中本单元所规定的练习题。
二、词汇学习(1) transportation n. 运输,运输工具The transportation took off with its cargo at midnight.运输机载着货物深夜起飞了。
(2) wheel n. 轮子,车轮,方向盘,旋转I'm rather tired; will you take the wheel?我有点累, 你来替我驾驶好吗?(3) inexpensive adj. 不贵的,便宜的I would like to go to an inexpensive restaurant.我想去花费不大的餐厅。
(4) independence n. 独立,自主,自立By the time they get to that age they will value their independence.当他们到了那年龄时他们会珍视自己的独立性。
(5) schedule vt. 安排,排定The secretary is trying to schedule the month's appointments.秘书正在设法安排这个月的约会。
三、课文理解(1) 这篇文章是说明文,引导学生掌握一般的说明方法。
如本文所采用的:There are 3 main reasons why the car has become so popular in this country. First of all……The second reason……The third reason is(2) The second reason that cars are popular is the fact that the United States never really developed an efficient and inexpensive form of public transportation.小汽车普遍的第二个原因是在美国有效的、便宜的公共交通从来就没有真正发展起来。
在这个复合句中,前一个that引导一个定语从句,修饰reason;后一个that引导一个同位语从句,说明fact的内容。
应给学生指出同位语从句和定语从句的区别。
(3)The American spirit of independence is what really made cars popular.美国人的独立精神是小汽车流行的真正原因。
what引导一个表语从句。
四、课文参考翻译美国最重要的交通工具在美国小汽车是生活的重要组成部分。
小汽车使美国成为轮子上的国家。
小汽车在美国如此流行有三个原因:首先,美国人假期喜欢选择去旅游,小汽车是最舒适和最便宜的交通工具,有了汽车,人们不需花许多钱就能到处旅游。
所以美国人乘小汽车出行就像我们出行靠火车一样。
第二个原因是在美国有效的、便宜的公共交通从来就没有真正发展起来。
长途火车在美国从来不像世界其它国家那么普遍,空中运输提供了舒适的旅游系统,但是由于机票太贵以致不能常坐。
第三个原因是最重要的。

迄今为止,还没有找到一种可靠的能够避免鸟机相撞的方法。
但是美国国家航空航天局太空中心的科学家们研发了一种枪,它能够在大型客机、喷气飞机和航天飞机在全速行驶时向它们的挡风玻璃发射死鸡。

他们向美国的科学家们请求发给他们避免挡风玻璃撞碎的建议。
