4G6发动机技术特点1. 高性能1) 压缩比提高(9.5或10)顶置式气门机构:顶置式气门机构使燃烧室的结构更加紧凑,进气系统可以优化布置,使得进气阻力较小,进气流速提高,从而采用比较高的压缩比,实现高效率的燃烧及输出强大的动力。
2) 充气效率、燃烧效率高横向气流:由于采用顶置式气门机构,燃烧室内形成横向气流,混合气更加均匀分布,有利于燃烧火焰的传播,提高最大爆发压力。
多气门:每个气缸有2个进气门、2个排气门,火花塞布置在4个气门的中心,这样使流通截面积增大,单个气门的受热面积减少,气门的刚度得到加强;气流在燃烧室内布置均匀,使火花塞的点火效率提供,燃烧更加充分。
2. 低振动、低噪音1) 平衡机构布置在气缸体上的两个平衡轴以两倍于曲轴转速的速度旋转,可以有效消除发动机运转时在垂直方向及旋转方向的震动,使整车行驶更加宁静、乘客备感舒适。

研制情况K-15 是波兰航空研究所研制的单转子涡轮喷气发动机。
计划于1988 年中公布,目前正由波兰热舒夫工厂生产。

TWD-10B 涡桨发动机外形牌号TWD-10B结构形式自由涡轮式单转子推力范围754kW现状生产装机对象安-28 短距起落轻型运输机。
研制情况TWD-10B 涡桨发动机是波兰热舒夫工厂按前苏联鄂木斯克/格鲁申柯夫设计局设计的ТВД-10Б涡桨发动机的许可证制造的。
翻修寿命1000h。
UnRegisteredPZL-10W涡轮轴发动机结构牌号PZL-10W结构形式自由涡轮式单转子功率范围662kW现状生产装机对象波兰希维德尼克厂“鹰”直升机。
研制情况PZL-10W 是波兰热舒夫工厂研制的自由涡轮式单转子涡轮轴发动机,它是由TWD-10B 涡轮螺旋桨发动机发展而来的,具有相同的燃气发生器。
东方·富思特花园小区VI号楼工程安全生产事故应急救援预案本工程位于建涪路东侧(原海陵三厂内),框剪结构,高18+1/-3层,建筑面积12473㎡,总高度83.4m。
针对该工程一些特点,本着“以人为本,安全第一。
”、“预防为主”的方针。
为认真贯彻党中央、国务院关于安全工作的一系列指示,提高对重大建筑安全事故的快速反应能力,最大限度地减少危害程度,保障国家和人民财产安全。
现根据《建设工程安全生产管理条例》、《重庆市重大建筑安全事故应急处置指示预案的通知》、《涪陵区重大建筑安全事故应急处置办公室的通知》等文件精神和通知,特制定本项目部安全生产事故应急救援预案。
一、应急救援小组及人员成立涪陵区建设工程公司东方·富思特花园小区VI 号综合楼工程应急救援小组。
该救援小组在接到报告后,以最快的方式赶往现场,实施紧急抢救措施。
疏散人员,控制现场秩序和险情,根据伤员和险情情况,拔打120急救和报告上级有关部门的决定。
力争将伤害减轻并有效控制。
组长:(项目经理)副组长:(项目技术负责人)(项目专职安全员)成员:(文明施工监督员)(保健急救员)(施工员)(物资采购员)(质检员)该救援小组职责是监督、督促施工现场隐患发现整改、修整,并在事故发生后,接到报告,以最快的方式赶往现场,实施紧急抢救措施。
疏散人员,控制现场秩序和险情,根据伤员和险情情况,拔打120急救和报告上级有关部门的决定。
力争将伤害减轻并有效控制。
二、应急救援器具及设备1、通讯设备:小组成员每人配备一部手机,并保证全天24小时开通,在接到情况后,10分钟内汇合在事故现场(每天保持成员2人在施工现场值班)。
2、交通工具:一部长安车,6座,作为救援伤员到医院的运输车。
3、救援器具:担架一副、急救箱一个(内装纱布2卷、胶布1卷、剪刀一把、镊子1把、碘酒1瓶、酒精1瓶、石滴水1瓶、人丹10盒、创可贴5盒、云南白药1瓶),防毒服及面具5套。
4、起重机械的监控、预防塔吊:安装:(1)塔机质量合格,且技术状况良好.(2)安装队伍具有专业资格证.(3)制定详细安拆方案,并经审批通过.(4)塔机基础符合设计要求.(5)经专业鉴定机构验收合格后,方可投入使用作业前检查:(1)机械结构的外观情况,各传动机构应正常.(2)各齿轮箱,液压油箱的油位应符合标准.(3)主要部位连接螺栓应无松动.(4)钢丝绳磨损及穿绕滑轮应符合规定.(5)配电配线符合JCJ46—88规范要求.作业中:(1)严格遵守塔机安全技术操作规范.(2)严格执行“十不吊’:超负荷不吊;歪拉斜挂不吊;指挥信号不明不吊;安全装置失灵不吊;重物越人头不吊;光线阴暗不清不吊;埋在地下的插体不吊;吊钩上站人不吊;捆绑不牢不紧不吊;重物边缘锋利,无防护措施不吊(3)提升重物后,严禁自由下降.(4)作业时,严禁擅自离开工作岗位.作业后:(1)臂杆转剩顺风方向,并放松回转制动杆.(2)小车及平衡重应移到非工作状态.(3)吊钩提升到离臂杆顶端2—3m处.(4)将控制开关到零,依次断开各路开关,关门窗(5)下机后切断电源总开关,打开高空指示灯.拆除:(1)严格按塔机安拆方案进行拆除.(2)拆除程序与安装相反,即后安装的部件先拆除.(3)臂杆覆盖范围设立拉线示警,禁止无关人员进入(4)拆除的部件应进行检查,维修和保养处理.5.高处坠落的监控预防高处作业定义:凡在坠落高度基准面2m以上(合2m)有可能坠落的高处进行的作业.作业人员要求:(1)高处作业人员应经过体检,合格后方可上岗.(2)所有人员应接受高处作业安全知识的教育.(3)所有人员要进行技术交底,特别是新工艺,新技术、新材料,新设备.(4)作业人员必须正确佩戴合格的安全帽,安全带等防护用品.(5)衣着灵便,穿软底防滑鞋,操作时遵守各自的操作规程和劳动纪律.(6)雨雪天作业,有可靠的防滑.防寒和防冻措施.(7)遇有6级以上强风,浓雾等,不得进行露天攀登与悬空高处作业.临边作业:(1)基坑周边尚未安装栏杆或栏板的阳台,料台与挑平台周边,雨篷与挑檐边,无外脚手架的屋面与楼层周边及水箱与水塔周边等处,必须设置防护拦杆.(2)二层楼面周边,以及作业层段楼层周边,设安全平网一道.(3)分层施工的楼梯口和梯段,必须安装临时护栏.(4)井架与施工用电梯和脚手架等与建筑物通道的两侧边,设防护栏杆地面通道上部设防护棚.(5)各种垂直运输接料平台除两侧设防护栏杆外,平台口还应设置安全门或活动防护栏杆.洞口作业:(1)板与墙的洞口,必须设置牢固的盖板,防护栏杆,安全网等防护设施.(2)电梯井口必须设防护栏杆或固定门,井内每隔二层并最多隔10m设一道安全网.(3)挖孔桩,坑槽上口及各类洞口,除设置防护设施与安全标志外,夜间设红灯示警.攀登作业:(1)攀登的用具,结构构造及其基础必须牢固可靠.(2)上下梯子时,必须面向梯子,且不得手持器物.(3)作业人中应从规定的通道上下,不得在阳台之间等非规定通道进行攀登.也不得利用吊车臂架等施工设备进行攀登.悬空作业:悬空作业处应有牢靠的立足处,必须按具体情况配置防护栏网,栏杆或其他安全设施.悬空作业所用的索具、脚手板、吊篮、吊笼,平台等设备,均需经过技术鉴定或检证后方可使用。
(1)模板支撑和拆卸模板未固定前不得进行下一道工序,严禁在连接件和支撑件上攀登上下。
严禁在上下同一垂直面上装拆模板。
3m以上的柱模板,四周中应设斜撑,并搭操作平台。
低于3m,可使用马凳操作。
拆除高处作业,应配置登高用具或搭设支架。
(2)钢筋绑扎绑扎钢筋或安装钢筋骨架时,必须搭设脚手架和马凳。
绑扎边墙、梁,柱箍时,应搭设操作台架和张拉安全网.绑扎立柱、墙筋时,不得站在骨架上,不得攀登骨架上下。
3m以上的柱筋,在柱周围搭设操作台架。
3m 以下,可在地面或楼面上绑扎,然后整体竖立。
(4)砼浇筑浇筑离地面2m以上砼时,应设操作平台,不得直接站在模板或支撑件上操作。
(5)悬空门窗作业安装门窗,油漆及玻璃时,严禁操作人员站在樘子、阳台栏板上操作.门窗临时固定,封填材料未达到强度,以及电焊时,严禁手拉门窗进行攀登.在高处外墙安装门窗,无外脚手架时,应张挂安全网。
无安全网时,应系好安全带,其保险钩应挂在操作人员上方的可靠物件上。
进行各项窗口作业时,操作人员的重心应在窗内,不得在窗台上站立。
应系好安全带操作。
(6)交叉作业支模,粉刷、砌墙等各工种进行上下立体交叉作业时,不得在同一垂直方向上操作。
下层作业的位置,必须处于依上层高度确定的可能坠落范围半径之外。
不符合以上条件时,应设置安全防护层。
钢模板、脚手架等拆除时,下方不得有其他操作人员。
钢模板等临时堆放高楼层边沿不小于1m,堆放高度不超过1m。
楼层边口、通道口,脚手架边缘等处,严禁堆放任何拆下物件。
凡人员进出的通道口,应搭设安全防护棚。
高度超过24m以上的交叉作业,应设双层防护棚。
由于上方施工可能坠落物件或处于塔吊回转范围内的通道,应设双层防护棚。
(7)脚手架脚手架应编制详细施工方案,经验收合格后方可投入使用。
作业层脚手架的脚手板应铺设严密,下部应设安全平网兜底。
脚手架外侧采用密目式安全网全封闭,不得留有空隙。
作业层脚手板与建筑物之间的空隙大于15cm时应作全封闭,防止人员和物料坠落。
作业人员上下应有专用通道,不得攀爬架体。
(8)吊篮:吊篮应编制详细施工方案及设计计算书,经验收合格后方可投入使用.结构件应选用钢材或其他适合的金属结构材料制造,其结构应具有足够的强度和刚度.作业人员应按规定带安全帽及安全带,安全带应挂设在单独设置的安全绳上,严禁安全绳上与吊篮连接.吊篮外侧采用的防护栏杆及立网封闭。
作业时吊篮应与建筑结构拉结,空隙不得大于10cm.6、坍塌的监控,预防(1)施工方案:应根据地质情况、施工工艺、作业条件及周边环境编制基坑(槽)、边坡,基础桩,模板和临时建筑的施工方案.(2)地下管线及相邻建(构)筑物防护:先确定地下管线的埋深,相邻建(构)筑物的位置及防护要求,制订防护措施,并对建(构)筑物的沉降和位移情况进行观测.(3)排水降水:应作好施工区域内临时排水系统规划,临时排水不得破坏相邻建(构)筑物的地基,挖、填土方的边坡.场地周围出现地表水汇集,地下管渗漏时,应采取有组织排水。
开挖低于地下水位的基坑(槽),边坡和基础桩时,应采用降水措施降低地下水位.(4)临边防护及坑壁支护深度超过2m的基坑周围应设置符合要求的防护栏杆及安全网,无法放坡的基坑应进行支护.施工过程中如果支护设施发生变形,位移,必须立即采取措施进行调整或加固.拆除支撑时应按基坑(槽)回填顺序自下而上,逐层拆除,随拆随填,防止边坡塌方或相邻建(构)筑物产生破坏,必要时要采取加固措施。
7、坑边荷载坑边堆置各类建筑材料,应按规定距离堆置。
各类施工机械距坑边距离,应根据设备重量、并不得不于1.5m。
(6)上下通道在施工方案中应确定攀登设施及专用通道,作业人员不得攀爬模板、架等临时设施。
(7)交叉作业机械开挖土方时,作业人员不得进入机械作业范围内进行清理或找坡作业。
(8)作业方法:施工时应遵循自上而下的开挖顺序,严禁先切除坡脚。
爆破施工时,应防止爆破震动影响边坡稳定。
(9)作业环境基础施工属于危险作业场所,应对施工现场设施及周边环境作好变形监测,当发生异常时及时采取有效可靠的措施,防止事故发生。
坑内人员不得在未加固处理的坑壁下方操作、走动、停留,要离开坑壁一定的距离,操作时应随时注意上方土质的变化情况,发现问题时,作业人员要迅速撤离并及时加固处理。
夜间施工要尽量安排在地形平坦。
施工干扰少和运输道路畅通的地段,并备足够的照明和警示灯。
(10)模板模板支撑应采用钢管脚手架,不得使用严重锈蚀,变形、断裂、脱焊、螺栓松动的钢管及扣件。
支撑立柱基础应牢固,井按设计计算严格控制模板支撑系统的沉降量,支撑立柱基础为泥土地面时,应采取排水措施,对地面平整夯实,并加设满足支撑承载力要求的垫板后,方可用以支撑支柱。
斜支撑和立柱应牢固拉接,形成整体。
(11)楼面荷载楼面、屋面堆放建筑材料、模板,施工机具或其他材料时,施工单位应严格控制数量,重量,防止超载,堆放数量较多时,应进行荷载计算,不得超过设计的使用荷载。
(12)临时设施临时建筑外侧为街道或行人通道的,应采取加固措施,禁止在施工围墙上方或紧靠施工围墙架设广告宣传标牌。
(13)雨期施工应对施工现场的排水系统进行检查和维护,保证排水畅通。
8、触电的监控、预防严格执行《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范9 1GJ46-88》要求,建立健全安全用电责任制,编制审批临时用电组织设计并做好技术交底建立用电档案,加强电工巡视,检查、维修工作。
值班电工应每天作好安全用电记录。
施工用电存在安全隐患并导致事故发生主要有以下几个方面:(1)在建工程外侧与高压线路的距离小于规范规定的安全距离,又无防护措施。
