说明：1、根据需要设置拨码开关。

F1 F0选择振荡频率，全OFF，频率最低；在ON，频率最高PT选择“存在时间”，也就是如果车辆在线圈上停留一定时间以后，则认为环境改变。

OFF: 20秒钟，ON: 4分钟，一般设为ON。

SA选择是否自适应灵敏度提高，ON:提高；OFF:不提高 S0S1S2选择灵敏度，OFF/OFF/OFF灵敏度最高，ON/OFF/OFF 灵敏度次高，……，依此类推，三个ON（拨码开关向下）灵敏度最低，。

缺省设置为从1至8为：1,6为ON，其他为OFF,即“灵敏度”为次高，“存在时间”为4分钟。

2、连接好触发线圈，一定要连接好。

3、连接好触发输出线OUT1 —OUT4为输出，GND为接地。

4、SPD1/SPD2暂时不用。

5、接上220V电源，FG （大地），L （火线），N （零线）（机壳上标识有问题，以说明书为准）。

6、观察显示LED，如果系统有问题或没有接上所有的线圈，则POWER灯（红色）闪烁，如无问题，贝U POWER常亮。

7、如果有的线圈没有接，则相应的L1~L4灯亮。

8、车辆经过触发线圈，相应的T1~T4灯亮，并在触发输出线上置高电平。

9、改变设置或连接完线圈以后一定要重新上电注意事项：1、一般线圈为1米*2米的矩形3~5圈，圈数太多或线圈长度太大可能工作不正常。

2、在相同方向如放置两个车辆检测器，则通过拨码开关的开关7/8的调整，把两个车检器的振荡频率错开。

否则两个车检器可能会互相干扰出现错拍和漏拍的现象。

比如车检器一的开关7/8设置为OFF OFF,车检器二的开关7/8设置为ON OFF。

3、改变拨码开关的设置或连接线圈后一定要断开220V电源，然后再重新上电。

4、单台车检器的四个线圈之间不会互相干扰，距离没有限制；两个车检器的线圈之间至少间隔2米，或通过拨码开关7/8错开振荡频率，否则可能互相干扰。

简单故障排除1、加电后无任何显示：可能是供电电源问题；可关闭电源，检查220V电源线是否连接正确。

QA-100型车辆检测器说明书该产品采用数字逻辑判断，准确可靠，可连接一个地感线圈，有两个输岀继电器，提供两组输岀信号。

主要应用于停车场和公路收费的自动发卡',道闸防砸车，交通灯控制以及金属交通工具等探测系统。

一、埋设线圈①检测器应安装在防水的箱内且尽量靠近线圈。

◎线圈使用0.75mm多股线芯线缆，绝缘层要求高韧性，高温线（聚四氟乙烯）。

预埋地下的线缆不能有任何接点。

③路面上切割出一个2m*1m的平行四边行槽，槽宽为4mm,深20--30mm. ◎将线缆嵌入槽内6圈，线缆基本直就可以。

为防止线圈线缆受到损坏，应将所有拐角处的锐角切成钝角。

◎在线圈埋设好后，线槽可以用水泥，环氧树脂或沥青固定，密封，使用过程中为了避免人员，车辆对线圈造成物理晃动，造成检测失误。

埋置过程中应避免线圈破损，并将线头进行绞合。

各拨码开关的具体设置见表一。

1级为灵敏度最高，8级为最低。

通常情况下最常用的灵敏度推荐值为第三级，只有当需过滤某种类型的车辆时才根据下表进行调节。

当检测车辆离开线圈以后，经过面板上delay time拨码开关设定的延时后，脉冲输出端口会有一个脉冲触发控制设备运行。

Delay time拨码开关的延时设置由下表二所示。

当开关处于ON时不影响延时长短，当处于OFF状态时，即延时加上它在下表二所对应的时长。

五、故障排除以下是一些常见问题的排除方法：1. 无目标显示：a) 检查是否已正确连接设备的发射器和接收器。

用户手册User’s manual79GHz毫米波道闸防砸雷达一、注意事项在使用79GHz毫米波道闸防砸雷达，应遵循以下注意事项：（1）要根据现场实际情况，参考说明书合理配雷达工作参数。

（2）选取合适的雷达安装高度，避免因雷达安装位置过低或过高而失效。

（3）根据说明书，正确连接雷达信号线和道闸控制接口。

（4）雷达使用12V直流独立供电，切勿连接到220V交流电。

二、安装方式（1）安装位置：雷达紧贴于道闸箱体或单独立柱上安装，指示灯朝上，小车安装高度（路面与雷达下方的距离）约0.65米-0.7米、大车建议安装0.9米及以上，水平位置装在闸机机箱中间部位。

（2）微调选位：开孔前先将雷达上电，用磁铁螺丝将其紧贴箱体，确保雷达正前方没有目标物体。

如果发现雷达绿灯闪烁或常亮，则左右上下微调移动，直至绿灯常灭（确保不产生打地或道闸杆虚景）。

（3）打孔固定：用钻机在选定位置打孔，钻机钻头大小为Φ8mm。

在打好过线孔以及另外固定孔后，将雷达线缆穿过中心孔，用螺丝拧紧雷达确保雷达不晃动。

一般情况下，穿线孔加上1个固定孔即可完成雷达的固定。

（4）黏贴固定（可选）：除打孔固定外，也可选择黏贴方式固定雷达。

在雷达四周用3M胶粘贴，压实固定。

（5）连接道闸：将雷达电源红色线和黑色线，分别和电源正极和负极相接。

如果道闸控制板继电器为常开，将雷达输出端蓝色线、橙色线与道闸开关控制接口连接；如果道闸控制板继电器为常闭，输入继电器切换命令将雷达输出端蓝色线、橙色线由常开变为常闭。

（2）每次调试接线或者插拔线前，均要断电操作，同时注意白线和紫线不能触碰到12V电源正极。

四、调试使用（1）长按按键3s，雷达出现红、绿灯同时闪烁，松开按键后开始进行参数配置。

（2）根据雷达红绿灯闪烁次数进入不同设置模式：①、红、绿灯闪烁2次后松开按键，两个灯同灭后继续按按键，每次按键增加0.5米，从0米开始计算。

安装注意事项①雷达应选用质量可靠的 12V 1A 以上的电源适配器单独供电②道闸机箱、雷达务必安装稳固，否则机箱、雷达晃动会影响雷达的准确率。

③防水垫请务必贴平整，否则将渗水进道闸机箱.④雷达检测范围内不要放置任何物体，包括围挡。

⑤如道闸有“延迟落杆”功能请关闭，“延迟落杆”指道闸在起杆状态下，一定时间内没有检测目标，则自动落杆。

⑥ 每次调试接线或插拔线束前，均需断电操作。

同时应注意绿色和蓝色线束不能触碰到12V 电源正极。

⑦通常情况下根据杆长来设检测距离，以防闸杆外有行人或物体通过而被雷达检测，设置检测距离原则上应小于实际杆长 0.5 米为优。

⑧应用于 5 米以上超宽车道时，车辆通过闸机时与道路的夹角越大，雷达接收到车身反射回来的电磁波能量就越小，导致检测性能弱化。

建议通过路锥引导车辆行驶，使车辆与道路夹角度小于 30 度。

道闸雷达设置说明，将道闸安装完毕后安装雷达接收器，车辆经过时雷达发出接触信号，到岗亭的收费系统，就可以开始计时计费雷达线束连接(闸机控制线必须连接)、调距和杆型选择均完成情况下，按照如下步骤进行背景学习：
保持闸杆处于抬起状态；
将雷达电源接通，通电状态下将拨码开关拨到ON 端；
闸杆会自动下落，将拨码开关拨回1 端，站在闸机旁雷达后方观察雷达绿色指示灯（或者站在正对雷达设置的杆长距离之外），栅栏杆、广告牌、空降闸场景雷达绿灯会出现快闪；
闸杆完全落稳后等待3S，用闸杆遥控器重复抬起、落下闸杆直到绿灯常亮，此时表示环境记录完成。

本过程耗时视现场环境而定，最长约三分钟；
雷达断电重启即可使用。
