インボイスInvoice 請求書のこと。
主に輸出入を行うときに使用し、約定品の出荷案内書、物品明細書、価格計算書、代金請求書を兼ねた商用書類で、売主が買主宛に作成します。
【貿易で使用される主なインボイス】・ シッピングインボイス /Shipping Invoice Shippingとは船便とか航空便とかトラック便で貨物を発送する事です。
貨物の代金以外にも、船積経費を別途に買い手に請求する場合などに使います。
・ コマーシャルインボイス /Commercial Invoice商品を売買する際に使います。
貿易で売り手がお客さんへの商品の明細や、船積予定、単価、合計額などを明記して代金を請求するときに使います。
税金が発生しない場合には、Commercialと言う形容詞を付けないで、単に Invoiceとします。
日本から海外へ輸出する場合は、消費税は内国税の為、海外の買い手に消費税を請求できません。
海外へ輸出する商品の仕入れや製造、完成までに発生した消費税は、還付申請できます。
・ カスタムズインボイス /Customs Invoice輸出通関時に使用する、税関用のインボイスです。
輸出申告が目的で、税関に代金を請求するためではありません。
船積予定などは暫定的な記載でも可能です。
・ プロフォーマインボイス /Proforma Invoice見積書と同じ役目を果たしますインボイス。
