Teaching procedures

Step I Warming up and lead-in 2 1. Greet the class as usual and check their progress.

2. Let students look at the picture and make up the dialogue by using present perfect

tense.

Step II Pre-reading

Let students watch the video. After that ,ask students to answer some questions.Then present the

new words in 3a to the students.

Step III While-reading

1. Read the passage based on Robinson Crusoe.Then answer the questions.

a. What does Robinson Crusoe wait for?

b. Why does Robinson Crusoe call the man Friday?

2. Read the passage again .Find words that have these meanings.

3. The following sentences are some information about the passage. But there are mistakes in

them. Have a try to find out the mistakes and correct them.

Step IV Post-reading

1. Retell the story about Robinson Crusoe.

2. Do exercises.

Step V Summary

In this class,we read a short passage based on Robinson Crusoe and developed our reading

skill.Through the passage,we learned how to talk about experiences.

1. be full of

教后反思

一节课下来，大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来，并积极举手发言。课堂气氛比较活跃，调动了大部分学生听课的积极性，因此合作教学对提高学生实际的语言交流能力、以及与他人的合作能力有很大的促进作用。但很明显的，语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多，代表小组汇报的机会也多，而另有一些学生却习惯于当听众，被动地接受别人的观点。很少发表自己的个人意见，也就是说在小组合作学习中学生的参与度不均衡，而这部分学生主要是学习困难生。
