1.2. 产品特点◆安全可靠:采用PHILIPS最新的高速ARM处理器,主处理器板采用四层印制板的电气设计,高精度的AD采样,主要元件全部采用进口器件,保证了装置电气设计上的高可靠性,产品通过了严格的型式试验和电磁兼容测试,保证了产品在恶劣环境下的适应能力和可靠性。
概述:FM700系列保护及测控装置是华力特公司秉承十余年变配电自动化系统的经验,倾力为电力用户打造而成,该系列产品在引进了国外先进技术的基础上自行设计而成,达到了国内同行业先进水平,适用于110KV及以下电压等级的变配电自动化系统。
技术特点:1、一体化设计保护、测控一体化,使保护和测控之间做到“无缝连接”,集成化程度高,简化整个系统接线,方便了设计和现场施工,提高了整个系统的可靠性2、保护、测控相对独立保护和测控具有各自独立的交流采样回路,既保证了监测精度,又保证了保护所要求的抗饱和性能3、可靠性设计选用高性能、高可靠性、高集成度的宽温度军用或工业级芯片:高精度阻容元件,密封继电器,确保了装置高、低温环境下的可靠性。
多重光电隔离、软硬件滤波、磁环回路、看门狗电路、智能诊断、各种开放闭锁控制,ALL IN ONE的主板电路设计原则等多种抗干扰措施。
全封闭抗干扰单元机箱,新型背插式结构设计,双层屏蔽,总线不外引,减少电磁干扰的影响。
4、现场免维护概念完善的自检体系,硬件监测直到跳闸出口继电器软件实现模拟量精度调整,取消了传统的模拟通道的误差补偿电位器,提高了模拟回路的可靠性,亦方便了现场调试、校验。
5、通讯配置通讯方式有多种选择,可以选择双以太网口、CAN网口或RS485通讯口,解决了通讯的瓶颈问题,提高了整个系统的通讯可靠性。
装置可以通过脉冲方式实现硬件对时。
6、透明化的软件设计大屏幕液晶汉字显示,通过菜单直接查看实时电压、电流、无功、有功、功率因素、事件信息等,汉字树形菜单,提示明显的文字和符号标注,供保护人员投退保护,设定保护整定值,摈弃了以往的操作字方式,设置简单,易于理解事件记录可分类记录最新的32条故障信息,32条预告信息,8条自检信息,包含事件的详细信息(动作时间、动作值、动作类型),并具有掉电保持功能装置具有故障录波功能,记忆最新8套故障波形,每套波形录下故障前10个周波,故障后10个周波,返回前10个周波,返回后5个周波,可在装置上查看,显示故障波形,进行波形分析亦可上传当地监控或调度7、独特性设计多层次的PASSWORD运行人员口令,保护人员口令、运动人员口令独到的运动试验功能,试验时仅发信号,不实际出口,可在线试验,方便了远动调试。

RMS-700菲利普保安装置检修工艺规程2.1 内容提要及适用范围2.1.1 内容提要本规程规定了200MW汽轮机RMS-700菲利普测量系统的配置;电气接线图以及各测量通道的测量原理;检修项目及检修周期;校验与调整;系统检查和整机试验;运行维护及常见故障的处理。
2.1.2 适用范围适用于200MW机组的汽轮机。
2.2 技术内容2.2.1 概述RMS-700汽轮机监视保护装置是西德菲利普公司产品,它可以对十几个汽轮机参数进行测量,并输出报警一值和二值,供信号和保护用。
RMS-700汽轮机监视保护装置为组装式仪表,整个装置除探头和前置器外,其余的都集中在一机柜内,机柜分为四层,共24块组件(#23机为31块)。
其中三块电源组件SPS720/125W、SCM040、PSG124/25,五块静态位移组件SDM010,二块转速及键相组件RSM010、RSM020、(#23机三块,多了一块RSM040),七块轴承盖振动监测组件(#23机八块),四块大轴振动组件VBM010、VBM040(#23机共12块VBM010组件),一块电压/电流转换组件AOI060,一块多点数字式电压显示组件DSI020,一块多点动圈式电压显示组件ASI020。
RMS-700汽轮机监视保护装置所使用的前置器为CON010或CON020,它的作用是把位移信号转换成电压信号。
探头类型:轴承盖振动:PR9268/20,7只(#23机8只)。
高、中、低压胀差:PR6426,测量范围0--10mm,3只。
轴向位移:PR6424,测量范围0--4mm,2只。
大轴振动:PR6423,测量范围0--2mm,7只(#23机13只)。
转速探头:PR9376/20,2只(#23机4只)。
RMS-700汽轮机监视保护装置的外部都设有保护系统:汽轮机超速、轴向位移大保护、胀差大保护、轴承盖振动大保护及偏心率大保护(该保护已经退出闭环)。
这5套保护系统外部属国产继电器,分别有5个相应的保护切投开关控制保护系统是否投入。
