【课标分析】：本课时为七年级下第四单元How do you make a banana milk

shake？本单元的语言功能是能够正确描述制作步骤并依据指示语完成步骤。主要内容围绕制作香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉展开，要求学生能够学会用英语表达制作过程，并且加成热爱生活健康饮食的意识培养。在本课口语落实的基础上，后续课时将继续围绕一些食品制作和西方国家的风俗节日饮食练习，以巩固、运用和深化目标语言，如美国的感恩节土鸡的制作过程等。根据《课程标准》要求，七年级学习者能在简单的表达中使用正确的方式并要求具有一定的表达能力，如能在口语活动中使用正确的语音、语调，能在教师的指导下完成对话的几个回合的交流等。因次在本课时的教学过程中，教师立足于香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉的制作，为学生提前拍摄好视频，让学生在兴趣的指引下主动的去学习掌握目标语言，最终实现教学目标的达成。

【教材分析】：本课时为七年级上第四单元How do you make a banana milk

shake？ Section A, Period 1。本单元的话题是食物制作。本课时是这一单元的第一课时，主要内容围绕香蕉奶昔和水果沙拉的制作展开，要求学生能够掌握制作过程，练习使用how many 和how much 对可数名词和不可数名词进行提问。在教材处理方面，我打破教材原有的思路，将Section A的香蕉奶昔和后面听力部分中的水果沙拉的制作串联起来，并且为他们拍摄制作视频，让学生在整个课堂中感觉是在学习自己喜爱的两种食物的制作方法，能够提高学生的兴趣，并且将主要动词的使用一直贯穿在了每个环节中。第二个听力部分也将第一部分的重难点融入其中，这是本节课最大的一个设计突破。从单词到短语再到句子的掌握，由易到难逐步达成教学目标。在本课目标落实的基础上，后续课时将继续围绕食物制作以及西方国家节日饮食的制作来巩固、运用、深化和拓展目标语言。

【学情分析】：本单元的主题是食物制作，这一教学内容非常能够吸引学生的注意力。在上课之前给学生布置过掌握单词和提前预习的任务，将视频共享给学生，积极的学生在预习时因对食物的兴趣而认真观察视频，学会制作奶昔和水果沙拉，或许会自己制作，但是目标语言需要在他们在堂上更加精确的学习，因此在课堂上要更加关注学生听，说的能力。

【教法与学法分析】：本着“以生为本”的理念创设真实的食物制作的视频，激发学生说英语的欲望，让学生从听到模仿，到练习 ，再到创新创作；让学生在轻松的氛围中学习说英语、练习说英语最终能用英语完成制作步骤。课前学生对本课进行预习，在课前对本节课的基本内容有所了解。经过改编，原1b听力排序改成学生看完视频后对目标语言的跟读，纠正学生的发音，也是作为语音语调的模板；2a的听力主要练习how many 和how much 的使用，我在这里将它做出修改，由只是单纯的练习可数不可数名词的提问进行改编，重新制作视频编辑内容，将前半部分的重要祈使句的动词使用也汇入其中，重难点贯穿整个课堂教学，有效地达到掌握重难点的目的。

有关香蕉奶昔水果沙拉的制作过程，其中祈使句几个重要动词词组的使用，表顺序的词语的使用,对可数不可数名词的提问及不可数名词量的表达。

2 Listen to 2b , write ingredients under the correct amount in

the chart. If we want to make questions ,we will use

different phrases how many for countable nouns and how

much for uncountable nouns. (The teacher will show them

an example).

3 Group work： Talk about the recipe in pairs , using the

words we learned this class ,and pay attention to the words 容的基础，直接出示本节课的学习目标。

展示学生平时喜欢喝的饮料的图片，问他们是否是健康的，引出另一种饮料，香蕉奶昔，激发学习如何制作的欲望，从而激发学生学习积极性。另外，鼓励学生健康饮食。猜测所需食材。

观看制作香蕉奶昔的视频，初步感知语言。第二步依据图片分解学习制作香蕉奶昔的具体步骤，跟读，之后听录音感知整篇文章，填写空白单词，感知表示顺序的词，然后让学生描述制作过程。由听到说，逐步练习巩固重难点。 将另一学习内容，制作水果沙拉及how many how
