air leakage test 漏风试验: 检查锅炉炉墙及烟风道严密性的试验。

alkali descaling 碱煮除垢：在锅水中加入一定量的纯碱（32CONa）、烧碱（NaOH）和磷酸三钠（43PONa）作为清洗剂，在一定压力下进行较长时间煮炉，碱煮结束后放尽碱液，并用清水冲洗的除垢方法。

碱煮法对硫酸盐和硅酸盐水垢能起较好的松软作用，但总的效果不如酸洗法。
