第一单元主要介绍的是Lingling向Amy和Ms Smart展示她和家人的旅行照片。
第二单元的课文主要介绍了Lingling和家人在新疆旅行的经历。
本课是《新标准英语》(三年级起点)五年级下册的第六模块第二单元,内容承接了第一单元的旅游话题,第一单元主要以对话的形式通过看照片讲述了Lingling的旅游经历,而第二单元是在第一单元的基础上以叙述的方式更加细致地讲述了Lingling旅游的内容。
二、学情分析:本课教学对象是五年级学生,随着对小学教育的不断适应,五年级学生无论是在生理,还是心理上都比较稳定,并在此基础上不断发展。
在注意力方面,学生的有意注意逐步发展并占主导地位,注意的集中性、稳定性、注意的广度、注意的分配、转移等方面都较低年级学生有不同程度的发展。
这一时期的学生已初步形成了一定的学习态度,并且随着主体意识的觉醒,自我意识、自我主张、自我控制能力进一步加强。
对五年级的学生来说,本课所运用的时态——一般过去时,并不陌生,从四年级下册开始到五年级下册的内容基本都围绕着一般过去时,对于这个时态,学生已经有了初步的了解和掌握,并且它也是五年级学生学习的重点,所以只要教师能采用有效的教学方式,从学生已有的知识入手,学生便能很容易地掌握课文文本的学习,并能做到当堂复述以及拓展。
