无焰燃烧未来
• 1)无焰燃烧技术不但符合了国际、国内的节能减排的政策要求, 其燃 烧技术的高效性, 大大节约了所需燃烧的成本费用, 也从根本上达到了 真正节约能源的目的。由于其技术中减小了N 向NO 的转化率, 同时又 增强了NO 的再燃性, 这样也极大的降低了NOX的排放量, 从而起到了 减排的目的
何为无焰燃烧
• 无焰燃烧的定义
• 煤气与空气在烧嘴内完全均匀混合（预混），实际助燃空气量大于或等于理论空气量， 即空气消耗系数（α≥1），然后进入燃气室或炉膛中进行的燃烧的一种方法。由于燃烧 速度很快，火焰短而透明，无明显轮廓，所以叫无焰燃烧。--主要靠粒子振动传热。
阴燃
• 定义：没有火焰的缓慢燃烧现象称为阴燃 • 很多固体物质，如纸张、锯末、纤维织物 、纤维素板、胶乳橡胶以及某些多孔热固 性塑料等，都有可能发生阴燃，特别是当 它们堆积起来的时候。
