2008年新课标人教版高三英语第二轮复习专题讲座六:阅读理解高考阅读理解的解题技巧阅读理解作为考查考生语言能力的重点,《考试大纲》提出了明确的要求:“要求考生读懂熟悉的有关日常生活话题的简短文字材料。
考生应能:理解主旨要义;理解文中具体信息;根据上下文推断生词的词义;作出简单判断和推理;理解文章的基本结构;理解作者的意图和态度。
”高考英语阅读理解也围绕这一要求来命题,基本上可分为五类:1.细节判断题;2.猜测词义题;3.主旨大意题;4.推理引申题;5.篇章结构题。
下面以2004、2005、2006年全国统一高考英语科试题为例来分析上述五种试题的命题特点、具体要求以及解题技巧和方法。
第一节细节判断题解题技巧《普通高中英语课程标准》中达到英语学科的高中毕业要求为七级,其有关阅读最基本的要求是:“能从一般性文章中获取和处理主要信息”。
对这种“获取和处理主要信息”能力的考查,主要采用的方式就是:细节判断。
这类题在高考阅读理解题中占一定的比例,做好这类题是确保基础分的关键。
同时,弄清细节,正确获取信息,也是把握文章主旨的前提。
因此,要特别重视做好这类题。
细节判断题题干常见的问句形式多种多样。
如:Which of the following is NOT mentioned in the passage?Which of the following statements is NOT true?Which of the following statements is correct according to the passage?Which of the following is NOT considered as …?According to the passage, which of the following is NOT mentioned as one of the reasons for … ?How many … … ?What/who/when/where/how/why … … ?做这类题的一般方法是通过skimming把握文章中心后,再通过寻读法(scanning)快速确定该细节在文中的出处(信息源),对照选项进行“三对一错或三错一对”的判断。
《新课标》高三英语(人教版)第二轮复习专题讲座第十一讲高考新题型山东高考新题型:阅读表达是2007年山东英语高考的一个新题型。
该题型既考查学生的阅读理解能力,又考查学生书面表达能力,故而难度较大,且所占分值高,因此很多考生对此望而生畏。
现就其命题特点、解题技巧及备考策略作一阐述。
二.解题技巧1.What is the best title of the passage? (Please answer within 10 words)答题技巧:(1)通常为短语或短句, 力求精辟、简洁;(2)实词首字母大写虚词首字母小写;(3)若虚词位于句首大写;(4)只大写第一个单词的首字母;2.Regular Wh-Questions based on the passage答题技巧:对于封闭性问题,应结合文章相关内容,在文中找答案及依据;3.Please fill in the blank in the passage with proper words or phrases.答题技巧:仔细斟酌上下文,捕捉文章的具体信息,认真推敲语言,力求准确到位;4.开放性问题①What would you do if you were…② What other suggestions would you give?③How would you settle the problem if you were …?答题技巧:对于开放性问题,应在理解文章的基础上结合自己的观点组织答案。
5.Translate the underlined sentence into Chinese.答题技巧:分析句子结构,判断句子成分间的关系,既要符合句子原意,又要注意汉语句子的通顺和达意;如:A young college student, who was admitted to a wrong speciality (专业) of an undesirable college, abandoned himself to playing truant (逃学) and was given to drinking instead of studying.be admitted to 被……录取abandon oneself to (doing) sth. 沉湎于……;放纵;be given to (doing) sth. 沉湎/迷于……;由于被录取到一所不满意的大学,专业也不对口,一位年轻的大学生整日沉迷于旷课酗酒中,没有心思学习。
与2007年相⽐,今年英语科⽬的考试说明稍有变化。
⼀、命题指导思想 ⾸先,在实施新课程之后,我省各地市根据本地实际情况确定了不同版本的英语教材,如果仅依据某⼀套教材命题就会有失公平。
因此,命题以教育部颁布的⾼中英语课程标准、考试⼤纲和我省的考试说明为依据,⽽不拘泥于某⼀版本的教材。
第⼆,命题重视“新材料、新情境”的创设与运⽤,考查考⽣的综合语⾔运⽤能⼒。
新材料、新情景的创设与运⽤,主要体现在词汇和语法知识、完形填空、阅读理解、阅读表达等题⽬的选材上,这些题⽬应注重选取贴近考⽣、贴近⽣活、新颖的、时代感强的材料。
写作题的主题涉及与每个考⽣密切相关的内容,这样可以引导考⽣思考现实问题,使每个考⽣均有内容可写,充分发挥⾃⼰的⽔平,展⽰其英语写作能⼒,⽽不是单纯地为了写作⽽写作。
第三,本着利于中学推进素质教育,深化新课程改⾰的原则,命题保持相对稳定。
2008年英语⾼考试题没有出现新的题型。
试题依然分为四部分,分别为听⼒部分、英语知识运⽤部分、阅读理解部分和书⾯表达部分。
各部分的分值也与2007年保持⼀致。
第I卷(选择题)占105分,第II卷(书⾯表达)占45分。
命题还注重体现新课程理念。
注重考查考⽣英语学习策略、⾃主学习等⽅⾯的能⼒,材料选择注重引导考⽣树⽴正确的⼈⽣观、世界观和价值观,全⾯提⾼⼈⽂素养。
第四,命题⼒求科学、准确、公平、规范,试卷应有较⾼的信度、效度、必要的区分度和适当的难度。
⼆、考试内容及要求 考试内容及要求与2007年⼀致。
2008年依然按《普通⾼中英语课程标准(实验)》设定的⼋级要求命题。
三、考试形式与试卷结构 考试形式与试卷结构也与2007年保持基本⼀致,但是有三点需要注意: 第⼀,听⼒部分仍采⽤教育部考试中⼼命制的试题。
2008考⽣在复习备考听⼒部分时可参考教育部考试中⼼往年命制的听⼒题。
第⼆,取消了对完形填空、阅读理解、阅读表达所选⽂章的字数限制。
2007年考试说明对完形填空和阅读理解以及阅读表达的阅读量进⾏了限制,其中,完形填空短⽂为200⾄250词,阅读理解短⽂总阅读量约1000词,阅读表达总阅读量为200⾄300词。
子《新课标》高三英语(人教版)第二轮复习专题讲座第一讲情景交际考纲解读及复习策略:明确新课程标准八级在口语交际方面的能力要求,熟悉课表列举的功能意念项目表及话题项目表,组织学生实际练习这些功能和话题。
重点复习相关交际用语:分析历年全国统一高考, 情景交际主要从以下三个角度命题: 1) 特定语境中的问与答; 2)中、英语言习惯差异和文化背景差异;3)语言知识寓于交际语境中。
07年高考更倾向把语法知识点尽量容入实际交际情景中考查, 并且每题至少考查两个以上的知识点。
这样一来,情景交际就显得特别重要。
也就是说要做好高考英语中的语言基础知识题(单项选择题),首先得掌握情景交际。
课程标准所列的功能意念项目、话题项目是情景交际出题的依据, 这里不再一一列举。
现就特定语境中的问与答及中、英语言习惯和文化背景差异两方面的考查热点及备考过程中常遇到的几个问题说明如下:1.With pleasure和My pleasure有什么区别?With pleasure. 意思是“非常乐意(效劳)”,常用于对别人请求的回复;My pleasure 和It’s m y pleasure同义,是“不用谢、甭客气”的意思,是回答对方表示感谢的客套话。
