2.MOLEX莫仕连接器----------做端子,胶壳起家的,故现在在中国大陆卖得最多的还是端子胶壳,是消费类电子连接器的世界老大,但对于大部分5XXXX(日本产)、9XXXX(欧洲产),7XXXX(美洲产),4XXXX(美洲产)这些系列的物料,交期非常恐怖。
质量当然也比较可以。
3. Amphenol-----通过收购合并等变成连接器世界老三,在军工,航天/航空,通信方面非常有名,2005年更收购了泰瑞达,增加了其在高速通信连接器市场的竞争力。
但他没有像TYCO,Molex连接器的统一和网站,不同产品,不同分公司,有不同的网站,共有几十个网站都是属于AMPHENOL的。
在产品检索上非常头痛,而价格也比较乱。
不过,因为不同分公司一定程度上是竞争对手。
4. FCI--------------连接器老四,又叫法马通,去年被美国财团收购,在通信连接器及汽车连接器方面比较强。
5. Samtac---------最有名的是板对板产品(排针,排母等)。
6. JAE--------------日本航空电子,主要做电脑周边,汽车连接器及通信连接器等,但在大陆,主要是FPC等精密连接器比较有名。
7. Phoenix--------德国的公司,在端子台方面很有名,但价格不菲。
8. 3M---------------美国公司,在光纤HOT MELT方面,有很强的专利技术,另外MBR连接器等也不错。

第一部分:微型电连接器1.概述微形连接器就是微小型化的连接器,接触件间距一般在1.27mm及以下,国内执行GJB2446军用标准,该标准的内容实际上是MIL-C-83513,但范围扩大了,故国内许多厂家的连接器都说是符合GJB2446,只有采用麻花针的产品才是真正的83513产品。
2.特点1)采用了麻花针接触件,接触可靠性好;2)接点间距小,产品重量轻、体积小;3)贯彻国军标(GJB2446)、符合国际标准(MIL-C-83513),能与国外产品完全互换,可替代国外产品;4)可做成不同的接线形式和各种电缆形式。
三、典型产品1.J30、J30J系列微矩形连接器J30、J30J产品可与美国ITT公司的MD、MDM系列互换,同类产品还有美国AirBorn公司的M系列,包括MM、MN、MK、ML、MP、MQ、MS、MF等子系列。

J30系列连接器外壳与其绝缘安装板融为一体,材料应采用PBT工程塑料。

2.J24系列该系列微型矩形电连接器采用带有线夹和快速锁紧装置的金属屏蔽外壳和绞线式弹性阳接触件。
接触件的间距为1.7mm,排距为1.47mm,有压接和焊接两种方式。
共用9、19、25、37、52、74芯等六种规格,具有外形微小,接触可靠的特点。
3.J40系列J40系列微型矩形电连接器,接触件形式采用绞线式弹性阳接触件(麻花针),现有11、13、15、25、31、39、51芯7种规格。
接触件的间距为2.0mm,具有电接触可靠,抗振动冲击,安装方便,接点密度高、体积小、重量轻的特点。
