我校在探索课堂教学改革中，坚持理念先行，先改变教师的教学理念，落实“学生是学习的主人，教师是课堂教学活动的组织者、合作者、参与者”的课程理念，让学生广泛参与学习活动，培养学生自主学习能力、交流展示能力、创新思维能力，推行“学案导学交流展示”的生本课堂，构建全员参与，师生、生生互动、交流展示的新型课堂。

具体策略：一、学案导学，先学后教。
