第21卷第3期宁波大学学报(理工版)V ol.21 No.3 2008年9月JOURNAL OF NINGBO UNIVERSITY ( NSEE ) Sept. 2008文章编号:1001-5132(2008)03-0323-04河蟹育苗池塘水质管理技术的初步研究徐如卫1,周锡瑞2,余建来3(1.宁波大学生命科学与生物工程学院,浙江宁波 315211;2.奉化市水产技术推广站,浙江宁波 315500;3.奉化市象山港应用渔业研究所,浙江宁波 315507)摘要:结合河蟹土池育苗实际,对育苗池塘易出水质问题的时期、主要原因及其表现展开讨论;并对常见水质问题引发的影响及其后果进行了详细剖析. 据此,提出了彻底清塘消毒、适时施肥、合理投饲、充分利用增氧机械、适时适量加换新水等育苗池塘水质管理的实用技术,为有效管理水质提供参考.关键词:河蟹;育苗池塘;水质管理中图分类号:S966.16 文献标识码:A河蟹学名中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis),主要分布在我国东部海域沿岸及通海的河流、湖泊中[1]. 随着人工养殖的快速发展,人繁蟹苗业已成为养殖用苗的主体来源. 作为河蟹育苗的新型方法及有效途径,土池生态育苗以其投资少,风险小,生态似天然,蟹苗质量好而备受关注,发展十分迅速.但在生产实践中,因池塘水质管理不当而引发的育苗产量不高及蟹苗质量不佳等现象时有发生;从而在一定程度上影响了厂家的信誉及养家的效益,困扰了不少育苗厂家的正常生产经营. 大量实践表明:池塘水质管理技术对育苗产量及其效益影响颇大. 随着土池育苗总体水平的提升,水质问题更是成为产业发展的主要制约因子. 为有效剖析这一技术难题,笔者于近2年分别在浙江奉化市湖头渡育苗场和小埠育苗场,对苗池水质问题及其管理技术展开了专项调研,并根据所得到的结果,对河蟹育苗池塘水质管理的相关技术进行了探讨,以供业界同行参考. 1育苗池塘易出水质问题的主要时期及相关原因生产性试验及相关调研显示:在目前的河蟹土池育苗实践中,最易出现水质问题的时段为育苗前期(Z1~Z2幼体)和育苗后期(Z5~大眼幼体).1.1苗池前期水质问题的表现及其成因在苗池准备阶段,由于大剂量生石灰清塘、高浓度漂白粉消毒,池内各类生物均被彻底清除[2]. 此时如不适时施肥培育水质,则问题必将随之而来. 苗池前期水质问题的表现主要有2种形式:(1)施肥太迟,浮游生物未能及时批量繁生,以致待孵幼时,苗池水质依然清澈见底. (2)施肥过早,导致浮游生物大量繁生,以致到孵幼时,苗池水色肥浓,透明度极低. 由此可见,苗池前期水质问题的产生均与施肥时间与亲蟹孵幼时间脱节、不吻合相关.1.2苗池后期水质问题的表现及其成因经过前期10d左右的幼体培育,随着大量人工324 宁波大学学报(理工版) 2008饵料入池以及残饵、粪便、幼体死皮的不断累积,苗池后期水质势必逐渐趋肥,以致于可能出现2类彼此关联的水质问题. (1)水质过肥:由于大量有机物的积累,水质出现过度肥浓、呈酱褐色,透明度极低、不足20cm;(2)水质恶变:随着富营养化程度不断加重,一旦遭遇异常气候变化,水质恶化往往在所难免;其结果将会导致池中浮游生物在短时间内大批死亡,池水由浓转清发臭,透明度骤增直至清澈见底. 由此可见,苗池后期水质问题的产生均是池内有机物大量积累及排换水不及时所致.2育苗池塘常见水质问题的主要影响及可能后果2.1育苗前期水质问题的影响及其后果2.1.1 水质清瘦由于水中浮游植物稀少,光合作用不强,溶氧量较低. 其结果一方面难以保证Z1幼体开食天然饵料,影响其摄食及生长发育;另一方面还会因溶氧问题导致幼体发育受阻、异常,乃至大批死亡. 水质清瘦对Z1幼体向Z2蜕变影响尤其明显,使得育苗生产中Z1幼体不能向Z2顺利蜕变.2.1.2 水质太肥由于水中浮游植物大量增生,白天光合作用十分强烈,池内DO、pH昼夜变化明显. 虽然幼体摄食尚能正常,但因昼夜DO、pH的严重反差,极易导致幼体难以适应而出现发育异常,蜕皮变态受阻;严重时,随着大量Z1幼体纷纷夭折于蜕变进程,水质败坏、水色转清,给后期育苗埋下隐患.2.1.3 实例分析在2005年的生产性试验中,有面积为500m2的12口池塘,平均蟹苗产量为52.3g·m-3. 而其中发生前期水质问题的一口池塘在孵幼密度大致相同且高于平均的情况下,由于水质问题造成Z1幼体大量死亡,结果产苗量只有36g·m-3,仅为平均单产的68.83%,最高单产的54.55%. 由此说明前期水质问题会对幼体发育产生明显的即时影响,导致幼体发育异常、中途陆续死亡、产量明显下降等严重后果.2.2育苗后期水质问题的影响及其后果2.2.1 水质过肥由于水中浮游植物密度极高,白天光合作用十分强烈,极易导致池内DO、pH昼夜差异明显. 同时,随着后期幼体营养需求的增大,投入池中的人工饵料及残饵、粪便不断增多,将进一步诱使池水趋肥、池底氨氮等大量积累,形成恶性循环,以致水质难以调控而严重制约人工投饲与幼体摄食. 其后果必将是幼体发育不同步、变态蜕皮受阻、幼体很难由Z5期向大眼期顺利过渡,即使有部分幼体陆续零星蜕变成大眼幼体,也大多体质较弱、且日龄差异较大、在后续培育及淡化过程中将有较大比例淘汰,使出苗质量大打折扣.2.2.2 池水恶变这是上述问题严重至极端的表现. 随着水体富营养化程度的不断加重,水质渐趋恶化;此时若遇气候及环境条件突变,极易导致浮游植物突然大量死亡,以致于水中溶氧来源受阻、耗氧因子大增,池水处于严重缺氧及毒素骤增状态,结果使幼体及各类生物大批窒息致毒死亡. 一旦发生池水恶变,该池育苗生产将严重受损,产量极低、质量极差.2.2.3 实例分析在2006年的生产性试验中,有面积均为500m2的16口池塘,在总体水质管理良好的情况下,平均蟹苗产量为62.6g·m-3. 但其中2口前期发育一切正常且幼体密度很高的育苗池塘,由于后期换水困难,使水质未能及时调控而濒临恶变,结果导致近90%的待变Z5及新生大眼幼体相继夭折,最终的蟹苗产量不足10g·m-3. 其影响及后果之重可见一斑. 同前期相比,育苗后期水质问题引发的影响更大、产生的后果更重、导致的损失更加明显且无法弥补. 其对蟹苗生产的影响主要表现为:随着水体逐渐变肥,DO、pH等水质因子时常处于临界状态而使负第3期徐如卫,等:河蟹育苗池塘水质管理技术的初步研究 325面影响增大、氨氮等毒素在池底大量积累而无法及时消解、整体环境趋于恶化,这一切对处于重要发育时期的后期幼体来说,影响非常致命. 恶劣的环境条件很难满足Z5幼体向大眼幼体顺利蜕变,结果将使大量Z5死于蜕变过程,并使不少新生大眼幼体因体质虚弱、环境不适而陆续死亡.3育苗池塘水质管理的技术要点及实用措施综上可知,在河蟹育苗过程中,无论前期水质不适,还是后期环境恶化,一旦发生均将对生产带来严重影响而使育苗效率及效益大减. 因此,始终重视苗池水质管理是确保育苗成功及高效的关键之一. 据多年跟踪调研及生产性试验,笔者认为苗池水质管理的关键为:3.1结合冬季池塘清整冰冻日晒池底清除过多淤泥后,在干池状态下任池底冰冻日晒. 这样做不仅可以杀灭致病因子,而且能够增加底泥通透性,促使其中的有机产物分解矿化[1],为日后改善下层水质奠定良好基础.3.2彻底清塘消毒池水在计划育苗前15d左右,按常规剂量泼洒生石灰清塘[2];待池塘进水后,再以5×10-5~8×10-5的漂白粉全池泼洒消毒池水. 通过彻底清塘消毒,既可为亲蟹孵幼创造安全舒适的环境;也有利于适宜藻类培育,为池水改良及天然饵料培育提供优质前提.3.3适时施肥培育好起始水质苗池培育水质时,肥料宜用磷肥或复合化肥,也可连续泼施豆浆;但关键是掌握适宜时间. 至于具体用肥量可取决于施肥时间及气候条件. 施肥通常宜在计划孵幼前5d左右,如能同时向池内引入部分事先培育的藻种,则肥水效果将更加明显. 培育好起始水质,既为待孵幼体准备丰富的天然适口饵料,也为Z1幼体顺利向Z2蜕变创造适宜条件. 苗池起始水质可以水色和透明度作指标加以评判,以池水呈淡茶褐色、透明度30cm左右较为适宜.3.4合理投饲统筹兼顾孵幼结束后,应开始全面的生产管理,并以协调投饲与水质为重点. 既要视池中幼体生长发育保质保量地投喂适宜饲料,前期宜精活为主、少量多餐;后期力求数量充足、品种多样[3];尤其当育苗生产进入中后期时,更应讲究因地制宜、统筹兼顾. 在确保满足幼体发育需求的前提下,饲料种类选择、处理及投喂方式等措施均应从有利于水质出发,尽可能使投饲产生而造成的水质影响降至最小,同时以良好水质来确保幼体正常摄食及生长发育.3.5充分利用增氧机的水质改良功能在目前的土池育苗中,通常500m2左右的苗池均配有一台0.75kw的水车式增氧机. 理论上讲,各类增氧机均具有增氧、搅水和曝气的3大功能[1]. 但实际使用时,由于对增氧机作用原理的理解存在偏差,往往难以充分发挥其在池水改良中应有的作用. 其中,最大的误区就是将其只当增氧使用,而忽略了搅水、曝气的功能. 因此,对增氧机的作用原理及其使用方法,有必要重新理解,以便能最大限度地发挥其在水质调控中的积极作用、消减负面影响. 实践表明,适时合理使用增氧机是苗池水质管理最有效的措施之一. 实践中,应根据池水溶氧变化特性及其即时现状,合理掌控增氧机的开机及运行时间;力求做到在正常发挥增氧作用的同时,通过适时搅水、曝气,充分挖掘其曝除有害气体、调节改良底层水质的潜在作用. 笔者认为:苗池增氧机合理使用的关键在于坚持晴天午后定时开机;根据池水现状及气候变化确定运行时间;同时应尽力缩减夜间尤其上半夜的运行.3.6适时适量加、换新水苗池水质变化常会从水色及透明度中得以反映,因为水色及透明度是水中浮游生物质和量的综合反映[4]. 因此,根据两者变化进行适时适量加、326 宁波大学学报(理工版) 2008换新水,可有效改良水质、预防水体恶化. 一般认为:河蟹育苗池塘应以适合中等肥水的硅藻类为优势种群,水色宜茶褐或黄绿、透明度30cm左右为佳. 所以,生产中可通过关注池水变化并对照上述要求来确定加、换新水的时间及水量. 原则上,前期苗池宜以加水为主;后期加、换水并举,以换水为主;加、换水量先少后多,间隔时间前长后短. 就现状而言,在池水调控及改良中加、换新水仍不失为一项高效实用的管理技术,但前提是能确保适时适量,并应重视新水的质量. 此外,在具体实施时,加、换新水会受到诸多因子制约,故要求事先做好相关准备,如水源储备、水质预处理等.3.7必要时适量使用水质改良剂在育苗生产的中后期,苗池水质往往受有机污染较重,水色大多转浓;至接近恶变时,底部常积累有大量因厌气分解产生的有毒中间产物(NH3-N、H2S等). 此时,采用一般的调控措施已很难使水质快速改良. 因此,在可能的情况下,可考虑选用微生态制剂,以及时分解池内有机物质、消耗有毒气体,从而达到改良底质、净化水质的目的;这同南美白对虾养殖中后期水质管理的基本原理相似[4]. 实践证明:合理使用有益微生态制剂可快速改善水质、稳定pH及预防池水恶变.参考文献:[1]王武. 鱼类增养殖学[M]. 北京: 中国农业出版社, 2000.[2]林乐峰. 河蟹养殖与经营大全[M]. 北京: 中国农业出版社, 1999.[3]徐如卫, 陆开宏, 江锦坡, 等. 河蟹土池人工育苗有关问题的初步探讨[J]. 浙江水产学院学报, 1995, 14(3): 177-181.[4]王向阳. 南美白对虾养殖中后期水质管理技术[J]. 中国水产, 2006(6):48.Preliminary Study on Management of Water Quality inBreeding-ponds of Eriocheir sinensisXU Ru-wei1, ZHOU Xi-rui2, YU Jian-lai3( 1.Faculty of Life Science and Biotechnology, Ningbo University, Ningbo 315211, China; 2.Fisheries Technical Extension Station of Fenghua, Ningbo 315550, China; 3.
