结果表明：当用于铜合金镀镍件与三元乙丙橡胶、天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶粘接时，Ｐｏｌｙｔｏｎ８１３、８２１和Ｃｈｅｍｌｏｋ２０５、６１５０的粘接性能相近，剥离试验后的破坏类型相同；当用于铜合金镀镍件与丁腈橡胶粘接时，Ｃｈｅｍｌｏｋ２０５、６１５０的粘接性能优于Ｐｏｌｙｔｏｎ８１３、８２１；经过环境试验后，金属基体与橡胶的剥离强度普遍大于环境试验前的剥离强度。

借助硫化橡胶与金属的粘接，可以使两种材料结合制得具有不同构型和特性的复合件，不仅增加了橡胶的抗震性能、绝缘性能、密封性能等，同时也增加金属的刚性和强度等性能［２，３］。

橡胶与金属热硫化粘接已广泛应用于许多工业领域，如航空、航天、电子、机械、船舶等，其粘接性能的好坏对粘接复合件的使用性能和可靠性起着关键性作用。

热硫化胶粘剂主要包括酚醛树脂、多异氰酸酯和卤化聚合物三大类，目前常用的进口热硫化胶粘剂主要有美国的Ｃｈｅｍｌｏｋ（开姆洛克）系列、Ｔｈｉｘｏｎ（罗门哈斯）系列，德国的Ｃｈｅｍｏｓｉｌ（汉高）系列等，其有效粘接体系一般都为双涂层粘接体系［４］。

性能特点：
本品有优异的抗撕裂性、强韧性、耐磨性和低温快速固化特性，特别适合北方春、秋、冬季节或井下低温环境。

用于输送带及橡胶制品的快速维修保养时，可有效修复各类缺陷。

主要用途：
* 用于橡胶输送带纵向撕裂、孔洞、划伤、破损等缺陷的快速维修。

* 用于橡胶类制品的粘接与修补，及电缆接头的防水冷补。

使用方法：
1、基体打磨：橡胶或纤维表面用钢丝轮打磨粗糙，暴露出新的界面。

2、刷底涂胶：与国内外同类修补胶一样，本胶与多数纤维带粘接良好，但与钢
丝带及部分纤维带粘接强度较低。

为确保粘接强度，用于抢修纵向撕裂修复时，刷V216速凝底涂胶过渡；用于其它修复时，可刷V213底涂胶过渡。

3、电动搅拌：本胶凝胶速度很快，唯电动搅拌才确保均匀。

将B组份全部倒入 A组份，立刻电动搅拌60秒—90秒分钟，充分搅拌均匀，搅拌后胶筒略感发热，立刻倒出并刮涂。

4、胶体固化：15℃时，5分钟变稠，十分钟不粘手，60分钟可以打磨。

加热
80℃，10分钟可打磨，30分钟基本固化。

若需要慢速作业，请选择本公司同类产品V219橡胶修补胶。

5、注意事项：非易燃品，阴凉干燥存放，保质期12个月，生产日期见装箱合
格证。

使用方法
表面处理：被粘物表面清洁处理，保证被粘物表面干燥，无油污，无灰尘。

涂胶：将胶直接涂于被粘物表面，晾置5min-15min,待溶剂挥发后（以不粘手为准）;如果是疏松材质可进行第二次涂胶，再晾置15min-25min，直接粘合两表面，加压使其紧密接触，在室温下放置24H即可达较高使用强度,72小时后可达到最高强度。

注意事项
本品为易燃品，存放于阴凉通风处，须按易燃品规则贮运。

使用时注意通风及防止明火接触，胶液用后应随时盖好，以免溶剂挥发。

如胶液太厚，可用乙酸乙酯稀释。

储存与包装
本品需在通风、阴凉、干燥处密封保存；
本品保质期为一年，过期经检验合格仍可使用。
