英语工程合同范本
Engineering Contract
This Engineering Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into on [Date]
and between [Party A Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") and [Party B
Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Party B").
1. Project Description
Party A here engages Party B to undertake the [Project Name] project (the
"Project"). The Project shall include but not be limited to the following scope of
work: [Describe the specific work and deliverables of the project].
2. Project Schedule
The Project is expected to mence on [Start Date] and be pleted [Completion
Date]. Party B shall make reasonable efforts to meet the project schedule.
3. Project Cost and Payment

make the following payments to Party B:
An advance payment of [Advance Payment Amount] upon the signing of this
Contract.
Interim payments based on the progress of the Project as mutually agreed.

4. Quality Assurance
Party B shall ensure that the Project is pleted in accordance with the
applicable industry standards and the requirements specified Party A. Party A
shall have the right to inspect and test the Project at various stages.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights arising from the Project shall belong to Party A,
unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality Both parties shall keep confidential all information related to the Project and
shall not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the
other party.
7. Termination
This Contract may be terminated either party in the event of a material
breach of its terms and conditions the other party. Notice of termination shall be
given in writing.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be
resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fls, the dispute shall be
submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution].
9. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws
of [Jurisdiction].
10. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and
supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
