When you show some picture about weather the Ss can speak it. They

Step 1 Warmer (2 minutes)
T: Good morning, boys and girls.
Ss: Good morning, Miss Ge .
T: Nice to meet you.
Ss: Nice to meet you, too.
T: How are you today ?
Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine, too ……
Step2设疑自探1(3minutes)
Now let’s learn our new lesson. First look at the Bb.
Then the teacher writes some news words and sentences underline on the
Bb.
cold, go home ,nose, close ,still, go home
My nose is running.
T: Can you guess how to read them? What’s the meaning of them? Now
you can talk about them in a group.
Step3解疑合探1 (5 minutes)
1、Then let someone answer the questions, if there is something wrong,
the teacher should correct it.
Encourage the Ss stand up and read the words by themselves.
If all the Ss don't know how to read ,the teacher should tell them. ……………………………………………………………………
2、Then let the Ss read after the teacher, next ask some one to read them,
if there is something wrong, the teacher should correct them.
Step4:设疑自探2 (5minutes)
1、 设疑导入课文:
T: Look at this picture. What can you see in the picture?
Ss: I can see snow and house.
T: Oh, it’s so cold. Are you cold?
S: Yes, I’m cold.
T: Let’s go home.
S: Ok.
T:OK. Look at the text, can you tell me what is the meaning of it?
Ss: Sorry, we don’t know.
2、 OK. Now listen to the tape and talk about what is the meaning of the
text. Are you clear?
Ss: Yes.
Step5:解疑合探2 (5 minutes)
1、Then let the Ss listen to the tape and then talk about it in pairs.
2、Next ask someone to explain it to all the Ss.
If there is something wrong, the teacher should correct it.
3 、 Let’s listen to the tape and read after it.
Then let the Ss listen the tape and then read the text.
T: Very good. Now ,look at the picture .Who is she?
Ss: She is Eve.
T: Who is she.
S: She is Eve’s Mum.
4、Then the teacher asks the Ss read the words:cold, go home ,nose,
close ,still, go home,
If there is something wrong, the teacher should correct it.
Step6 质疑再探(5minutes)
1、Very good. Please read the text. Can you tell me something more?
2、The teacher choose some one to explain the meaning of the sentences.
If they can’t explain them, the teacher should tell them.
Step 7运用拓展(7 minutes)
The teacher writes the questions on the Bb and ask the Ss write in on the
