Before you begin the work for the fourth division, you meet the Division Head to review BCG’s previous work in the company and workplan for the current project. He relays to you that neither he nor his people will have “a bunch of consultants” telling them how to better run his business. He states that the CEO is strongly encouraging him to “let you consultants” in, but that he is skeptical of any value that BCG will add.
