2(1). 若主句为一般现在时,宾语从句的时态不受主句限制,而是由从句的时间决定;口诀:I want to know what he (do) yesterday.I want to know what he (do) tomorrow.若主句为一般过去时,则宾语从句必须要用过去的某种时态与主句呼应。
口诀:比较以下主句和从句的时态搭配:He always says he is busy. 他说他很忙。
He said he was busy. 他说他很忙。
I know you will agree. 我知道你会同意的。
I knew you would agree. 我知道你会同意的。
(2).当宾语从句的内容是客观真理、自然现象时,则用一般现在时。
口诀:如:The teacher said that the earth turns around the sun. 老师说地球绕着太阳转。
He told me that light travels faster than sounds. 他告诉光比声音传播得快。
3若宾语从句为问句,从句必须用陈述语序:疑问词+主语+谓语(动词)如:She asked when she could leave. 她问她何时可以离开。

1.动词的宾语从句:作动词的宾语大多数及物动词可以带宾语从句,有些动词短语也可以带宾语从句。

He said nothing about who broke the window last night.3.形容词的宾语从句:作形容词的宾语在afraid,certain,glad,happy,pleased,sure,surprise,satisfied,sorry等表示感情的形容词后可接宾语从句。
I’m sorry y ou are having trouble in making friends.(二)宾语从句中引导词(连接词)的用法1.that,if/whether引导that,whether,if引导宾语从句时都只起连接作用,不作句子成分。
That无意义且可省略,而whether/if意为“是否”,故不可省略。
He told me that he would go to the college the next year.I don’t know if there will be a bus any more.Nobody knew whether he could pass the exam.2.连接代词引导当连接代词who, whom,whose, what ,which,whatever,whichever,whoever等引导宾语从句时,可以在宾语从句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语等成分。

一、引导词A.由that引导的陈述句性的宾语从句,在很多动词如say。

see。

XXX等动词后。
that只起连接作用,在从句中不做句子的成分,也无词汇意义,在口语中常被省略,但在大多数情况下还是以不省为好,特别是在笔语中。
例如:I told him that he was wrong.在think。

suppose。
expect等动词引起的宾语从句中,有时谓语尽管是否定意义,却不用否定形式,而将think等动词变为否定形式。
例如:I don’t think you are right。
(我认为你做的不对)在许多带有复合宾语的句子中,that引导的宾语从句经常移到句子的后面,而用it做形式宾语。
例如:We think it wrong that he told a lie to XXX(我认为他向每一个人撒谎是错误的)B.由连词if、whether引导的表示“是否…”的宾语从句。
XXX和if可以替换。
例如:I don’t know if/whether he will come tomorrow。
The teacher asked if/whether we had finished XXX.注意:1.在介词后面的宾语从句中不用if引导。
例如:Everything depends on whether we have XXX.2.宾语从句中有or not时不用if引导。
例如:I don’t know whether the movie star will come or not.3.和不定式连用作宾语时不用if引导。

1. 宾语从句的概念
宾语是句子的重要成分之一,在多数情况下,是由名词性的词类充当的。
如果宾语部分是由一个句子充当的话,则被称为宾语从句。
我们以前学过的
间接引语实质上就是宾语从句。
如:Mary said that she was going to visit Hong Kong.(that 引导的宾语从句)
宾语从句三件事,时态语序连接词;
主从时态要一致,陈述语序才合适;
一般问句做从句,连接词if 别忘记;
特殊问句做宾从,特殊问词莫漏掉。
2. 宾语从句的三要素--时态、语序、连接词
(1)时态:主句和从句的时态必须保持一致。
即主句为一般现在时,从句
可根据需要选择各种时态;
如果主句是一般过去时,从句只能用过去的某种时态(包括一般过去时、
过去进行时、过去完成时、过去将
来时等)。
e.g. We’re sorry to hear that your mother ill.(主句是一般现在时,从句一般现在时)
听说你母亲病了,我们很难过。

其疑问部分的构成方法是:“结构看从句,肯定否定看主句”七、宾语从句否定意义的转移。
在think ,believe ,suppose,imagine等动词所跟的宾语中,如果从句谓语是否定的,一般要将否定词not转移至主句谓语上去,而将从句谓语改为肯定形式。

五、注意情况:(否定转移及状语从句)1.宾语从句的否定转移:宾语从句表否定意义时,如果主句的主语是第一人称且谓语动词为think,believe,suppose,expect等时,否定要转移到主句的谓语动词中。
E.g. 我相信/认为他不会来。
I don’t believe /think he will come. (对)I believe /think he won’t come.(错)注:1>当宾语从句的否定转移时,若主句的主语为第一人称(I/we)时,则该句的反意疑问句由从句来决定。
E.g.I don’t think(that) he is a student,is he?我认为他不是学生,对吗?2>若主句的主语不是第一人称(I/we)时,则该句的反意疑问句由主句来决定。
