】一、教材内容与分析本部分呈现了在地铁站接朋友的场景, 自然地引入了询问和简单描述人物外貌的典型句型和重点词汇, 然后通过听力活动的输入和针对性的对话训练, 导入整个单元的话题, 让学生学会如何用简单的句型和词汇描述人物的外貌, 是一节典型的听说课。

The topic I’ll talk about today is Unit 9 What does he look like? Section A 1a-1c. This unit is taught in the second term in Grade 7.And I’ll talk about it from the following parts.Part 1 The analysis of teaching material(教材分析)It is the first period of this unit. It is a listening and speaking lesson. This lesson mainly talks about people’s appearance, such as people’s height、build、hair and so on. It is very near to their life. The grammar in this unit is still the present tense.Part 2 The analysis of students(学情分析)The students have learned English for more than half a year so far. They have showed great interest in English. They want to express themselves but they are lack of vocabularies. Most of them don’t often use English to communicate with others. Some of them are not active in the class because they are afraid of making mistakes. Unit9 What does he look like?SectionA 1a-2c教学设计【教材分析】本单元是九年制义务课程标准实验教科书《新目标英语》七年级下册中第九单元第一课时,本单元的核心话题是谈论人的外表形象(look),日常生活中,我们经常要向别人描述人物,如我们所熟悉的人物的身高、发型、胖瘦等,因此“talking about sb’s look”是教学重点。
在目标语言“What does she/he look like ? She/he has long hair.” 中学会描述人物的外貌特征,然后通过听力活动的输入和针对性对话训练,让学生先学会如何用简单的句型和词汇描述人的外貌,再了解如何运用选择疑问句询问他人的外貌特征。
教材围绕着谈论人的外貌展开,同时开展交际功能的学习,以一种循序渐进的方式,引导学生用英语来介绍自己和他人。
本部分将听、说、读、练等融为一体,激发学生学习英语的兴趣和愿望。
通过合作学习,使学生体验成就感,从而树立自信心,发展自主学习的能力,进一步培养学生用英语进行交际的能力。
【学情分析】七年级的学生年龄小,生性活泼好动,喜欢直观形象思维,对游戏、竞赛、画面特别感兴趣。
由于七年级学生刚学习句型,在英语的听、说能力方面,很多学生不愿开口说英语,怕说不好或说错;英语听力也比较薄弱。
针对这种情况,我把本节课的重点放在英语听说训练两方面,通过开展一些生动有趣的活动,加强英语听说训练。
根据学生的心理特点我在课上多以表扬为主,注重对学生英语学习兴趣的培养,营造英语氛围,鼓励学生开口说英语,鼓励他们大胆说、积极做。
特别是给差生创造机会,让他们尝试成功的喜悦。
