二、服务对象1. 本仪器服务对象以本院师生为主,校内、校外教学及研究单位之研究人员为辅。
2. 本仪器使用需先登陆仪器测试中心网站向仪器负责人提出预约申请,批准后即可下载并填写600MHz一般服务使用申请表送样。

参数对脉冲核磁共振信号图像的影响分析Analyzing the effects of parameters on NMR images金磊 0830******* 指导老师:俞熹复旦大学物理系摘要本文主要讨论了脉冲核磁共振信号图像中各种参数的物理意义,从实验原理出发,根据NMI20核磁共振仪实验软件,研究改变各参数对输出图像的影响,并总结出一些有效提高图像质量的参数选择方法。
关键词核磁共振脉冲序列成像参数选择引言核磁共振( Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, NMR)是指处在外界恒定磁场为的具有磁矩的原子核,产生能级分裂,若在垂直以方向加一射频(Radio Frequency,RF)场,当射频场的频率等于相邻能级间的跃迁频率时(即满足)核磁矩产生磁偶极跃迁的现象。
目前,核磁共振成像(NMRI) 技术是医学中最重要的影像诊断手段之一。
本文主要讨论了脉冲核磁共振信号图像中各种参数的物理意义,结合实验原理,使用NMI20核磁共振仪实验软件,研究改变各参数对输出图像的影响,并总结出有效提高图像质量的参数选择方法。
实验原理1.核磁共振基本原理置于磁场中的自旋核系统,具有宏观磁化矢量Mz。
沿垂直于外场的方向施加一个频率与拉莫尔频率1相同的射频电场,则宏观磁化矢量也将受到射频磁场作用,发生章动。
在实验中可探测到射频脉冲使得磁化适量偏离Z方向一个角度θ。

在垂直于外磁场的方向施加与质子拉莫尔频率相等的90度射频电磁波,即可使得宏观磁化矢量发生偏转,产生核磁共振成像,在垂直与原磁场方向放置探测横向(XY平面内)磁感应强度的线圈,即可对核磁共振信号进行观察。
所得信号即为本实验的主要研究对象。
图12.硬脉冲和软脉冲NMRI中的射频磁场系统发射出中心频率为拉莫尔频率的射频电磁波,激发样品质子群从而1单个自旋核在磁场中的运动除了不断绕自身轴做转动之外,还以磁场为轴作进动,进动的频率满足公式ω=γ*B,其中的ω即是拉莫尔频率,射频磁场越接近总的拉莫尔频率,共振效果就越明显。

并研究直流低气压放电现象,测量等离子体伏安曲线,测定气体击穿电压验证帕邢定律,利用Langmuir单探针和Langmuir双探针测量等离子体的密度、温度和德拜长度等参数。
并就相关现象进行讨论。
关键词:直流辉光等离子体气体放电伏安特性击穿Langmuir探针引言:关于等离子体等离子体(Plasma)是一种由大量正、负带电粒子和中性粒子组成的准中性气体,广泛存在于宇宙中,常被视为是物质的第四态,被称为等离子态,或者“超气态”。
等离子体具有很高的电导率,与电磁场存在极强的耦合作用。
等离子体是由克鲁克斯在1879年发现的,1928年美国科学家欧文·朗缪尔和汤克斯(Tonks)首次将“等离子体(plasma)”一词引入物理学,用来描述气体放电管里的物质形态。
严格来说,等离子是具有高位能动能的气体团,等离子的总带电量仍是中性,借由电场或磁场的高动能将外层的电子击出,结果电子已不再被束缚于原子核,而成为高位能高动能的的自由电子。
等离子体可通过放电、加热、光激励等方法产生,它有以下特点: [1](1) 电子温度高于离子温度由于电子和离子的质量差别悬殊,电子更容易从电场中获得能量,因此电子的平均动能远大于离子的平均动能,即电子和离子有各自独立的不同平衡温度。
电子温度比离子温度高得多,而离子温度与等离子体中中性粒子温度一样。
引入等离子体中的极板也可以保持较低的温度。
等离子体高度电离,是电和热的良导体,具有比普通气体大几百倍的比热容。
(2) 具有丰富的活性粒子通过与电子的非弹性碰撞,各种粒子得到活性激发。
这些活性粒子具有不同能量,可在固体表面发生各种物理和化学效应。
所以需要在很高温度下才能进行的化学反应在等离子体中很容易完成。
(3) 存在等离子体鞘层在等离子体中引入负(或正) 电极,为屏蔽外电势对等离子体的影响,在电极周围形成正(或负) 电荷层,称为等离子体鞘层。
