一封内容简洁的投稿信，会让编辑对你文章的第一印象加分不少。

今天，我们一起来学习一下，一篇给文章加分的投稿信应该怎么写。

投稿信的内容主要包含文章的标题、类型，没有一稿多投的声明，文章的主要内容及亮点，还有通讯作者的信息。

敲黑板！一篇投稿信最重要的两点，是语言简洁和符合期刊标准。

所以，要想写好投稿信，我们务必要了解各个投稿期刊的要求。

打开期刊主页，找到 information for authors/instructions for author（就是对作者的要求），找到 Cover Letter，这就是该期刊对 Cover Letter 的要求了。

一般来说，Cover Letter 以 word 的形式提交，按照期刊要求的字体大小来写，长度建议不超过一页。

下面我们拆分 Cover Letter，详细看看一篇 Cover Letter 应该怎么写。

第一部分开门见山这一部分，主要是告诉编辑，我的文章标题和文章类型，并且写上我们没有一稿多投的情况。

首先，我们用斜体字写上期刊的名字，再跟编辑打个招呼。

先用一句话概括文章的核心内容：This manuscript addresses XXX.然后，简单的介绍一下文章背景和一些关键词。

接下来，再说明在这方面其他人已经做了什么（可以引用参考文献），有什么研究上的空白，进而引出文章的亮点。

如果觉得投稿信篇幅过长，或者对自己的表达不够自信的话，可以直接介绍自己文章的亮点即可。

在描述亮点的时候切忌浮夸，要给人家低调奢华有内涵的感觉！第二段的写法比较多样化，只需用简洁的语言把文章的内容和亮点讲清楚即可。

3、如何写cover letter？各个杂志的具体要求是不一样的，在杂志的guide for authors 一般会有要求。

如果没有具体的要求，大家可按照通用要求处理。

论文投稿系列之CoverLetter写法（一）1. 什么是Cover letter?Cover Letter, 即投稿信，是论文投递时与论文一起发送给编辑的信件，其目的是让编辑在阅读你的论文之前，简单了解你文章的基本情况。

Cover letter是编辑对论文的第一印象，也是初步评判你论文是否可以被期刊接收的重要依据（如果编辑看完Cover letter之后一点兴趣也没有，就没有下文了），因此Cover letter的撰写是非常重要的。

cover letter 的格式
Cover letter的格式通常遵循以下的结构：
1. 发信人信息：
在信的上方左上角处写上自己的姓名、地址、电话号码和电子邮箱地址。

2. 收信人信息：
在信的上方左边写上收信人的姓名、公司名称和地址。

3. 日期：
在信的上方右上角写上发送信件的日期。

4. 称呼：
写上收信人的尊称，如"尊敬的先生/女士"，如果能找到收信人的名字，尽量使用名字。

5. 引言段：
开头部分简单介绍自己，陈述为什么你对该职位感兴趣以及你找到这个工作的原因。

还可以提及你对该公司的了解和你认为自己为什么适合这个职位。

6. 重点段落：
此部分会进一步阐述你的技能、经验和能力，对应聘岗位的要求进行说明。

可以提供实例来支持你的陈述，并强调你能够为公司带来的价值和贡献。

7. 结尾段：

2. 投稿信应该包括哪些内容？1）通讯作者信息和期刊编辑或编辑部信息若所投期刊为英⽂期刊，投稿信格式参照正式英⽂信件格式。

写信⼈的名字、职称、单位和联系⽅式位于右上⾓，也可置于投稿信末尾落款后。

信纸最好有写信⼈单位的抬头，显得正式。

有多个通讯作者时，只⽤附上写投稿信的作者信息即可。

接下来左起顶格写期刊编辑或编辑部的信息，包括：投稿时间（记得投稿前更新）、编辑名字、职称（博⼠、主编、副主编等）、期刊名和联系邮箱。

正⽂⾏⽂前最好写全编辑名字，是博⼠的名字前要加Dr.。
