乳腺钼靶机安全操作规程
一、乳腺钼靶机由经过培训，具备资格的人员操作。

二、本系统应定期清洁、保养，清洁时不能开机，避免短路。

保证机器的接地完好，检查前对患者有可能直接接触的外部电路要进行再检查。

三、球管长期不用后再使用时必须进行球管训练。

四、如果发现机器以及患者有异常时，确认患者安全后再采取停止机器等适当的措施。

如发生电击伤事故，应启动应急预案。

五、检查前要检查压迫器的完好性，压迫乳腺时，动作要轻柔，尽量减轻患者的不适。

六、选择摄影条件时，要首先了解患者的生理期及触诊情况。

七、检查室应准备急救物品，如患者需要注入对比剂，应先做过敏实验，检查过程中如发生过敏反应，应就地急救，并通报上级及相关科室。

八、机器出现故障，不能擅自乱动，维修必须由专业人员进行。

1、合上空气开关给机器供电。

2、检查两个紧急制动按钮看是否都在开状态。

若在关状态请把它们都打开（轻
轻地向顺时针方向旋动按钮）。

注意：这两个按钮为串联，只要任何一个处于关状态机器就不能得电工作。

3、待电源指示灯稳定不闪烁后按一下机器上电源按钮，机器就处于候机状态。

这时控制面板上液晶显示应处在发亮显示状态。

4、安装正确的准直器（正常的和为放大用的不一样）。

安装面部挡板。

5、安装压板（若是拍局部放大片还应安装放大支架）
6、安放暗盒并在暗盒架上选择左，右等标记。

7、按需要调整C型臂的角度。

8、按正确的方法把乳房放到托架上。

（必要时可适当调整C臂高度）。

9、选择正确的焦点（正常用0.3mm 放大用0.1mm），选择曝光方法（自动，
半自动或手动；如果为半自动请调整KV值，如果是手动请选择恰当的KV 及mAs值。

10、选择film/screen组合（虽然有3档可选，但一般只有1档可用。

）
11、预设压力。

（一般建议调整在12-15之间，在操作中可根据病人的承受能力
再作增减），用脚踏开关压迫乳房。

12、根据乳房大小选择正确的探头位置。

13、确认液晶屏右下角已显示READY字样。

14、按下曝光开关使胶片曝光。

15、移开病人。

16、C型臂回零角度位。

17、取出暗盒并把托架上标记复位。

压迫使您感到有压力或疼痛，但每次压迫时间一般不超过一分钟，这一分钟可能挽救您的生命。

◆完全放松的身体可以缓解压迫带来的不适感觉
◆乳腺组织在缓慢加压中可以承受较大的压力，摄片时请保持身体静止，直至压迫解除
