1、等长练习（静力训练法）
概念：肌肉收缩而长度不变的对抗阻力的力量训练方法
优点：肌肉能承受的运动负荷重量较大。
等长练习时神经细胞长时间保持兴奋，有助于提 高神经细胞的工作能力；可提高肌肉无氧代谢能力、增 加肌红蛋白含量、促进肌肉毛细血管的增生。
